Love this place for a draft beer! Old time locals bar. Love the stories told by the family.

This place makes the most amazing Bloody Mary I've ever had! 21+ ingredients and it shows. Roxy mixes it all with a double dose of TLC and that in itself makes it all totally worth it.

So fun trying to stick my dollar... all $ donated!

Erosion has truly created something special and inclusive for our community. One of my favorite things is the flexibility: you can grab a flight of wine, beer, OR ice cream (yes, ice cream flights!) to share or enjoy on your own. There's literally something for every mood, every palate, and every friend you bring with you. Their events are always a blast, line dancing nights, trivia, seasonal pop-ups... it brings so much life to St. Helena. I love that they host these on a monthly basis because it gives locals something fun to look forward to. The space is always clean, inviting, and has such a good vibe. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely makes you feel at home. Erosion is small, family-owned, and family-run, and you can feel that level of care and pride in everything they do. And let's talk about the food, I'm obsessed with the wraps and the paninis, and the queso frijole is a must. Simple, delicious, and perfect with a beer or a glass of wine. Erosion has truly become a go-to spot for locals and visitors alike. It's relaxed, fun, unique, and exactly what St. Helena needed. If you haven't stopped by yet, do it, you'll understand why this place has such a loyal following.

We ordered the mozzarella al minuto (grilled crostini with hand pulled mozzarella), Caesar Piadina, Nonna spaghetti with meatballs, and spinach ravioli. We also got the Passion Bull drink. Everything tasted yummy and seasoned well. The mozzarella minuto was the only dish we probably wouldn't order again. The crostini was nice but the mozzarella didn't taste special and just tasted rubbery. Would have preferred the crostini with some burrata or whipped ricotta cheese. We went during a weekday for lunch and were able to seated right away. Staff were very nice. But we didn't get the appetizer or our drinks until after our main dishes came. We actually had to ask the server about them. I know they weren't too busy so not sure why the order was thrown off. Even though there were some missteps, we will be sure to go again the next time we are in the Napa area.

The service is attentive and friendly and there's a generally welcoming vibe when you walk through the door. The menu has a good variety that includes pasta and pizza dishes as well as some delicious antipasti / appetizers. I would love to come back and try more items on the menu, but I came here with my parents and we actually ate not too long prior to visiting. A few days before visiting the area, my brother showed me a video of how they make fresh mozzarella in house and I really, really wanted to try it. In addition to the fresh mozzarella dish, I got a glass of wine and we ordered some calamari. Watching them, serve the fresh mozzarella at the table with such a delight. The mozzarella dish and the calamari were both delicious. This area seems to be a slightly more busy part of town, but this place has a large lot and we found parking really easily. It was also on a weekday.

Dimmer lighting. Mostly booth seating. Organized and professional service. I haven't had any issues booking dinner here. The restaurant is a pretty good size, and there's ample parking. - cheeseburger: I've always been a big fan of the cheeseburger. This time it tasted a bit different though. The sauce in it was tangier than I'm used to. It was still good though. Served with fries, and the fries are nice & crispy. - knife and fork barbecue ribs: these are my favorite ribs, and I love that they're truly "knife and fork" ribs. No need to get your hands all messy eating these things. I'm always torn between ordering this and the cheeseburger. I love them so. The coleslaw and fries that are served with the ribs are a nice complement. - ruby red trout in a lemon butter sauce with crispy rock shrimp: these rock shrimp steal the show here. They're amazing. They have this delightful seasoned salt and are perfectly crispy. The trout itself is fine, but not great. It has a salmon-y flavor to it. - potatoes colcannon: these are delicious. Basically cheesy mashed potatoes with some veggies mixed in. So good. And you can actually substitute your side(s) on the other dishes with this.

I really like the dim ambiance in this family of restaurants, as it instantly adds a relaxing yet sophisticated vibe. We had been to R+D a couple of times in the past, and revisited this past week. We came in for lunch, and unsurprisingly, the place was filled with tourists as well as people watching the World Cup. Luckily we were able to snag a couple of (very comfortable!) seats at the bar. Our bartender/server was nice and responsive, but overextended with the number of people he was helping. Perhaps it's time to hire some additional staff. The menu is a combination of sandwiches & burgers, salads, steak and fish mains, and sushi. The sushi doesn't quite seem to fit the rest of the menu, but as a pescatarian and sushi lover, I'm good with it. We started off with the deviled eggs, the rainbow roll, and a tuna roll, and followed up with a couple of orders of fries. I liked the rainbow roll and the fries. The cocktails were tasty as well - lemon drop for me, tequila & lime for RB. They have beautiful koi fish in the pond out front, that I hope they take good care of. They might need a bigger pond, and judging by their interest in the hoomans passing by, more frequent feeding times.
