The location at Reston town centre is perfect. The module is simple, you either order from the menu or make your own pizza. It's a fast- pizza style with thin pizza base. I always, Ming you, always get their Moonstruck pizza. It's just so freaking amazing! I love the truffle sauce, mushrooms and onions combo. I can't have enough of it. One pizza is enough for one one person, if you are starving, otherwise I usually leave behind one / two slices.My husband makes his own pizza with buffalo sauce , chickpeas, chicken and jalapeño, which tastes good as well. The only flaw is seen is there is not enough seating area, I mean considering it's location, it should have been more. Also, the way tables are put together, it's weird. In my opinion, &pizza is one of the best pizzas in the area and I am delighted at how they interacted with me to rectify my customer experience. I am a fair reviewer who was mislead by the GrubHub delivery service. This review is a revision of my review (yesterday) in which I savaged "&pizza" for a pizza that was ordered at 7:30pm and never arrived. I did that because I was told by "GrubHub" (thru whom I placed the order) that &pizza does their own delivery. After &pizza politely and intelligently contacted me (thank you Mara), they assured me that GrubHub is mistaken: &pizza does not do their own delivery. Good pizza, quick service and nice atmosphere! Never been here before, took a quick look at the classic pizzas and decided to craft my own. Made a basic pizza as I wasn't looking for anything too crazy. Traditional dough, tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, tomatoes, onions, spinach and peppers with bacon and pepperoni. Didn't get any finishing sauces or toppings. Everything was good, well sliced and tasted delicious. The only negative was the fact that the tomatoes and onions kept sliding off the pizza. It was definitely cooked well and hot, but I couldn't keep the toppings on the pizza. Some dropped into the box for easy eating, but some dropped to the ground and my dog ate them up. I am a fan of &pizza. I can't believe the one location in DC that I used to go to has turned into many more locations around the DMV. They are a nice addition to RTC, providing the variety of pizza to the mix, and a healthier pizza option for that matter. They have options for a gluten free dough, vegan sausage, and vegan mozzarella for those with diet preferences. You can order one of their crafted pizzas, or make your own. The calories of each ingredient are listed and the ingredient options are descent. I think their drizzles are a must try with fig balsamic, hot honey and basil pesto. The crust is thin and made to order. The assembly line flow for this new location needs some sharpening. I thought service was fantastic though. Everyone was friendly, helpful and patient. I can't say I've had poor customer service with the other venues at RTC. I think it's the dynamics of the area itself. But the service here adds a good vibe. They have cereal milk cream soda here for the collaboration between milk bar &pizza. I didn't like this soda much. I didn't quite taste the cereal milk that I remember from Christina Tosi's dessert. It just tasted like regular cream soda with a bizarre after taste. That's just my two cents. read more

Great addition for RTC. A self-directed pizza shop was missing from the core plaza. I like that we got a DC-originated chain that can also be found nearby in places like Dulles Airport. I have had a number of their pre-made choices and am never disappointed. Whoever dreams up their blends and sources their materials does pretty good at keeping the flavor up there. My main gripe is that i wish their dough would crisp up a bit more, as it's a very thin but very flexible pizza. Often the toppings get heavy enough to make it an exercise in aiming to get it down the shoot. Being able to do finishers at the second station is nice. Their staff, at least at this location, at times needs to work on attitude. That will ebb and flow with time, leadership and customers I'm sure. read more

When &pizza opened in Reston, I was overjoyed. Before this location, I'd have to find my &pizza cravings in DC or at the airport, but not anymore! While this location is pretty small, they do a good job of keeping up with the demand. I've come in when they've been slammed with customers, as well as when I was the only one in the restaurant, and always been given the same level of service. The pizza is delicious, and I love the variety of toppings that is available at no extra charge. Every pizza can be customized to exactly your liking, which is awesome. I've never had issues here using coupons or the app, which is always a plus! I used to love this &pizza location and have frequented it since it opened, often for their BOGO deals. Over time, I've really noticed their quality go down - when they first opened I would've given a solid 4 stars. The flavors are great and the ingredients taste fresh. But as of the last several months or even the entire last year, I've had my orders messed up or missing ingredients more times than not, and they've become super stingy with toppings. They leave almost half the pizza just without toppings by leaving a thick crust around all the edges, and in the middle they still barely throw on any of the veggies or cheese. I'm hopeful that this &pizza will step it up to the quality they used to provide. read more
