    2 eggs breakfast

Great spot for breakfast located in the lobby of the hyatt regency Seattle hotel. Hyatt globalists receive complimentary breakfasts however the pricing is affordable. They offer a breakfast buffet or ala carte options. Service is great and efficient, location is convenient to downtown Seattle.

Wonderful service from Abe who checked on our dining needs. Thanks for the great iced tea care. Located in the Hyatt Regency hotel in Seattle Washington it was a simple trip downstairs from our room. We each decided on pizza for dinner. Thin crust which we love with one sausage pizza the other cheese. Each pie was cut into six slices. Just that and iced tea and we were full. It was yummy after a long day of travel.

Solid bar and restaurant for a hotel. Open late and it fills up--we had trouble getting a seat after 10pm! Good late night bites if we're talking the meatballs. Under no circumstances should you get the pizza rolls though--learn from our mistakes! They weren't cheesy and had no meat--call them carb rolls, not pizza rolls! Service was fine. Lights were dim and lots of TVs by the bar. Lights look cool.

While the food was reasonably priced... it wasn't exactly very good. At least not all of it. The calamari, burrata, and focaccia appetizers were quite delightful. I got the steak and the jammy egg yolks were to die for and the crispy onions were delicious. The steak itself... awful. Couldn't even chew it it was so tough and I ordered it medium. My coworker got the salmon and ended up getting some kind of food poisoning from it.... I'm sure that part was just a coincidence but really put the icing on the cake. Our water pitchers were never refilled leaving me thirsty all night. The waiter was nice to us though and interested why we were there; but not super attentive after that.

Great service and a nice cozy spot to grab lunch or dinner. Loved their spaghetti and clams, pizza and chopped salad. Couldn't go wrong. Located inside the Hyatt Regency, there's seating inside the bar and in the restaurant.

When I'm staying at a hotel, the restaurants on site are generally the last place I would go. After a busy day walking around the city (and a cruise to get some sleep for), I decided to keep it simple and head to the bar area for a quick drink and bite before calling it a night. (Perhaps a decision worth trying more often!) I grabbed a seat at the bar and the first thing I did was order a Sandia Loca. I'm a big spicy margarita fan so both the tequila and tapatio caught my attention. I requested that it be made with mezcal instead. *insert chef's (bartender) kiss here* This will definitely be my drink of choice any time I'm back out that way. I then ordered the Andare Bruschetta and Cheesy Polenta from the Starters. The bruschetta was the perfect bite of char, light sweetness and the mellowed zip of a chive. The polenta however... That left me wishing it came as a main dish! It was my favorite thing I'd eaten all day. The sausage brought a perfect level of heat and the seasoning was delicious. I expected the eggplant to not work... There's a reason I'm not the chef. I would 10 out of 10 recommend grabbing a bite of this dish as an explosion of flavor on the palate. Andare has potentially changed my mind about hotel restaurants/bars.

Great breakfast and conversations before starting the work day. Conveniently located and fast service.

Staying at the Hyatt Regency so I came here for breakfast. Had the buffet the first morning ($29) and that was a mistake. The food was meh, kinda what you would find at a Hyatt Place. Not worth it at all. Ordered off the menu the second morning and that was A LOT better. The Biscuit and Gravy was very flavorful. The Avocado Toast was good as well. It was also cheaper than the Buffet. So avoid the Buffet and order off the menu!

Andre is a well appointed restaurant in a hotel within walking distance to the Paramount Theater. The bar area has two television perfect for watching seattle sports with drinks and food. The bartenders were friendly but were also managing the bar tables as well. We got the last at the table service before they started requesting customers to come to the bar. I of course had to try the espresso martini, and it was delicious as well as the chicken parm. I swapped the pasta for seasonal veggies and they were fresh and cooked perfectly. One down side is the wine is expensive, more than industry standards. When we have dined in the dining room, we usually bring our own wine to enjoy with a corkage fee.

Excellent fop shelf restaurant. The food was outstanding with the mixed drinks and wine with top shelf. Ambience is smart, modern and trendy . While it's part of the hotel Hyatt Regency, it has the vibe of a standalone restaurant. Service was wonderful - highly recommend on every level!

Not sure why this restaurant only has 3.5 stars. We dined here as part of our stay at the Hyatt Regency. The staff is so kind and attentive. We were checked on often and our drinks were refilled timely. The food is very reasonably priced for a hotel eatery. Lots of variety for breakfast choices. Food was cooked and delivered timely. The waffles are crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Nice buttermilk vanilla flavor. My made to order omelet was served piping hot with generous amount of mushroom, cheddar cheese, and tomato. The avocado toast was underwhelming but healthy :) my oatmilk latte wasn't neat but tasted great :) The seating is comfortable and quiet enough to be able to have a nice conversation even with guests seated at neighboring tables and an open kitchen. We were always seated quickly by the hosts and served with warm, hospitable smiles. We only dined here for breakfast so I'm not sure if the lunch and dinner foods are maybe the reason for the low stars?

An energetic bar inside the Hyatt Regency hotel. We enjoyed both of our drinks. Bartenders were friendly.

We tried the Japanese Breakfast, which is a savory cocktail and such a pleasant surprise. It genuinely has miso soup notes. It's very unique and creative. I also had El Boho (flavorful but not overly sweet). The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to recommending drinks. The space is elegant, unique, and lives up to the photos. I also want to recognize the manager, who was polite, professional, and kindly explained that reservations were required. I completely understand and respect that policy. Unfortunately, my interaction with the bartender before speaking with the manager was the complete opposite. As I tried to get her attention, I felt like she repeatedly looked at me with annoyance and made me feel unwelcome. Rather than simply explaining the reservation policy herself, she went to get the manager instead. She had a problem with Hispanics. She refused to engaged at all. The way I was treated left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially as someone who was genuinely excited to visit. A beautiful venue can only go so far when the hospitality doesn't match. I would have happily accepted that reservations were required if I had simply been treated with basic kindness and respect from the start. I truly hope this was an isolated incident because the location itself is stunning, and the manager handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, because of my interaction with the bartender I've added in the photos, I don't see myself returning. Sadly they have a Prejudice bartender.

Parking can be a wee bit tricky so waking, ride share, or public transit will be your best options. But if you have to drive we found a paid lot a few blocks away While this wasn't the best tiki bar we've ever been to, it did stand out for the presentation of drinks, the cool (and massive) octopus, the immersion, and overall vibe is nice and atmospheric They have four non-alcoholic options which I really appreciated as the one driving for the night! They also have standard as well as unique takes on tiki drinks. We were surprised to find so many options with vodka and tequila which isn't common in a more traditional tiki bar We had the: - "Kiki Premier Mai Tai" which wasn't as rum forward as we would have thought, especially given how many rums it had in it; but overall it was a classic style Mai Tai and tasty with quality rums - "One Eyed Willy" which has a fun presentation in a chest with smoking dry ice. This one you could taste the rum more and overall it was a really enjoyable drink and experience - "See A Light" which is a non-alcoholic option and the taste was just as good as the presentation. This is a speakeasy inside Rumba, I did not know that going in. It's incredibly cool to walk into the bar. The decor is amazing. It's super small though with a few tables and bar seating. It was kinda loud when I was there since most tables were filled. My server was nice as well and was able to answer all my questions. Ambiance was exceptional and is such a cool place to visit. Most of the cocktails came with fancy show of some sort and were extravagant - and equally delicious. I got The Inside Passage, but there were at least three others I was trying to chose from. There was a lot of thought that went into the presentation of each of the drinks and I love that attention to detail. Since it was around dinner time I did want to order food and drink. They did not have the Kikisoba (they ran out) and that made me sad, but I was able to order the Rumba sliders and a basket of fries. I'm not a huge sliders fan, and I did order the caramelized pineapple on the side. The sliders were incredibly flavorful and the perfect size. For anyone wanting to visit Seattle, I do highly recommend this place. It's a really cool vibe and the food is really good too.
