Most of their flavors are really good and you can get 2 samples before making a choice. There's some shaded outdoor seating, main seating, and a back indoor seating (somewhat echo-y), but it hasn't been super busy any time I've been there so there's enough space to not feel crowded.

It was like $8 including tax for the medium so it's not cheap, but it's a good sized cup. They also sell larger sizes (like by the pint I think), and chocolate with interesting flavors that is award-winning, so lots to try! Although they were all good, my personal favorite was the lychee rose followed by the mango sticky rice. I liked the lychee pieces in the lychee rose gelato. Every single bite of this was packed with flavor. They also carve out a bit of the middle to put the condensed milk which makes every bite much more equal than if it was just placed at the top. This was by far one of, if not the best, Italian ices we've ever had. We would very much recommend it to anyone in the Downtown area looking to cool off.
