Update on my auto repair. my auto accident was on May 22, 2026. I still don't have my car. At first it had to have paint redone. Then we brought it home only to return it. It had a terrible vibration. Now, supposedly they had driven that car and it was fine. It certainly isn't fine. So this time they put it up on the rack and discovered that a bracket was broken off of the transmission. Now my car is all-wheel-drive and the front of the car was involved when the woman hit it. Update on that the car was parked when it was hit. My question why wasn't that car put up on the rack to begin with? And truthfully, when I get it back, I'm going to be afraid because I don't feel like the repair on this car has been quality. I only took it to Toyota because it's a Toyota. I figured since I'm still making payments on it and it only has 19,000 miles Toyota would want it done correctly. I am so disappointed and so concerned. We recently had our vehicle repaired at Andy Mohr Collision Center and was very disappointed with the experience. When we picked up the car after the repairs were completed, the battery was completely dead and we had to get a jump start just to drive it home. When we arrived home and turned off the car, it wouldn't start back up again. Prior to bringing our car in for repairs, we had zero issues with the battery. It's clear that something happened during the repair work that completely drained the battery. When I called to speak with the shop manager, JR, about this, he was rude and defensive, claiming it was impossible for his technicians to have drained the battery, constantly spoke over me while I was speaking, and then hung up on me mid conversation. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience. Our car came back from their shop with new problems that weren't there before, and they refused to take any responsibility, adding additional cost to us on top of the months wait for repairs after being rear ended. We will not be returning to Andy Mohr Collision Center again and would not recommend them to others needing collision repair work in Indianapolis. read more

My daughter was driving on her learners permit and she got rear ended when she stopped on a yellow at the stop light. Nobody was hurt, but it was a learning experience for both of us. She learned to look in the rear view before stopping, because a large amount of people run yellow and red lights. The thing I learned is that my insurance agent has contracted out everything when I have a claim. After I called my agent and reported the accident, a series of events were put into place. I was contacted by a rental car representative and fixed up with a rental. The collision center called me back and scheduled a time for me to bring it in for an estimate and then i dropped I it off. I was originaally told it would only be a couple of days. Well, it took exactly one week. No big deal, the car looks like it did before the rear end collision. They do good work here and everyone was reasonably nice. My only complaint was that no one called be back with updates on the repair. I had to call twice just to know if it was about done. I would not have cared if it were going to be a week, but I was told a couple of days. read more

Bought my SUV in after month wait (Fishers location) for appointment for one inch separation of rear quarter panel. By the time I got home the panel popped out. Brought it in again and they said needed to order a bracket to hold it together- they'd call when part was in. 3 weeks later I called them, went right in. By the time I got home the panel was out of place again. Went in a third time and they said they fixed it. Alluded to perhaps a previous repair and old glue. I thought they were a 5 star business. One month and 3 trips back and forth and $962 out of my wallet - I can say they are not. Dealt with someone new each time in. Go somewhere else - you can do better! read more

Top-Notch experience across the board! Our van was hit in a parking lot. Andy Mohr's team in Fishers set us up within a week of our call when other places needed several weeks or just said no - (it is a ramp van). Every step of the process was explained, along with expected times and potential surprises once they got into the work. The team there made scheduling a rental easy and delivered on time and on budget. Working with the other driver's insurance company was made completely painless. Replaced the bumper cover. The bolts on the sides came out. Andy Mohr insisted that the bumper had been hit again. Before I even left, one side had to be tightened. A week later both sides of the bumper had fallen off. Go somewhere else!!! read more

I have had to use Andy Mohr 2 times in the last year for car repairs and both times were great. The staff was helpful and things went smoothly. Beside the place needing a makeover, my only complaint would be that the repairs took a week longer than they were supposed to. Overall I was satisfied with the work and service. read more

They kept my car for 3 entire weeks saying they were waiting for a part to come in, i called Friday nov 1st and they said Mon, i called Mon and they said Tues, of course Tues came and went without hearing anything from them, then this morning I get a phone call saying my car has been ready since Friday and we need to come get it...naturally i went off, 10min later the rental car company calls and said the collision center gave info that the car was ready Friday and that i will be responsible for these extra days...i drove to andy mohr and 1st lied to my face and said they had been calling me since last week, after i caught them in the lie they tried to say they have other customers with my same last name, again another lie because I'm sure they don't have the year make and model vehicle i have, and aren't they responsible for giving out the correct information to each customer, they were so rude and so disrespectful...i wouldn't let them fix my bike if it was broken...AND....when i dropped off my rental car at Enterprise (5 star rating, best customer service btw) they said that they get that from Andy Mohr collision all time that customers are saying they do bad customer service...WTF...never again I'm telling everyone I know...I have never written a review on here before but they truly deserve this 1 star rating read more

You're in for a story on this one. I was in an accident on May 6th, 2019. Wasn't to bad I thought my car would be done in about a week or so (what they quoted me) but it was 2 weeks later I get a call that my car is ready. So I come get it & i'm just handed my keys and sent on my way. When I get to my car, my ziebart shield was not applied even though I had two people tell me that it was FORSURE done,(there was a reason but it wasn't disclosed to me until I had to have one of them come out and look at it. my floor mats (the plastic ones that come on a brand new car) were ripped up & to top it off my Northface that was in the truck got ripped. You ask how? They threw all of the debris from the wrecked pieces in my trunk. When I brought it to their attention, at first they were very kind about it until I told them that my car needed to be done properly & my coat needed to be replaced. I was given the run around for about a month regarding replacing my coat. I FINALLY get a call to come get a check, I come to the shop to find that they had "quoted" me for a small, female, on sale northface even though they had me send in the type of coat, size, etc. from the get go. So after about another week I get the remainder of the value of my coat. Then I get the official call telling me I can come get my Ziebart and my floor mats replaced. So I come to the shop to drop my car off and pick up the rental the manager told me I could use from the lot because "it wouldn't take long" & guess what he didn't have a rental ready for me. So I had to put my day on hold to get in contact with insurance to get a rental. My car was gone for about a week and a half. I was so happy that it was done so I could just be done, with the body shop, & with driving rentals. When I arrive to the shop i'm again handed my keys and sent on my way. I get to my car and my mats have been replaced but the floors were not cleaned underneath so it was a weird move on why they would do that. My Ziebart shield was applied but only half way done. So I go back to tell them again that my car is not completed. So I have to schedule AGAIN to bring my car back, schedule ANOTHER rental. So fast forward to today when I pick my car up, I get it and i'm handed a key and told to have a good day. So I go out to my car to find.... my car still not done my mats still weren't replaced. So I had to sit and wait for them to reapply my mats. Not once did I hear an apology, not once was I accompanied by a worker to make sure my car was done to satisfaction, not once did they try to do ANYTHING to make this a little easier on me or to compensate me for time wasted getting time off of work, making time to switch cars 3 different times within a 4 month period. I will not be returning to this collision repair shop for anything, I will let everyone know about the poor customer service & lack of craftsmanship they have at this location. You have GOT to do better Andy Mohr Collision. read more
