First off, communication with Nathan has always been prompt and professional. We wanted to convert from a traditional water heater tank to a tankless water heater so that we could convert the utility closet to a regular closet space. Additionally, we were planning on installing a wall-mounted bidet in our smaller bathroom. Nathan came to our property to do a thorough assessment; he went into the crawl space, took photos, and was able to discuss our options right there on the spot. No charge. A few days later, we went forward with the tankless water heater conversion. Nathan and his team came in the following Saturday (right on schedule) and was able to complete the install as well as capping the old gas/water lines inside of the walls for the closet. The install was completed by end of day...very clean and presentable, easily serviceable for annual flush. We highly recommend Nathan, and we plan on having him install our bidets and WiFi module for the tankless heater in the near future, as well as maintenance of our new water heater. read more

He replaced an old non-functioning PRV, installed an expansion tank for my water heater, and reconfigured the main service line to accommodate a pressure regulator for my irrigation system that has induced water hammer in my home pipes. One of the hardest things recently is trying to find repair men who are honest and will listen. After having three plumbers out I finally got a hold of Nathan. Nathan came out and listened to everything I said, and then looked at the area where I was having the issue. He was able to diagnose and repair my issue within an hour. This is unbelievable to me. Additionally, I had a second issue that I was uncertain about and he gave me a free inspection to let me know if I needed any repairs. He was very kind, he was very respectful, and he spoke to me like a real person. There was no fast talking sales pitch to rip out my whole wall. Just somebody listening to exactly what I was saying and addressing the issue. We all want somebody to be nice and listen to us, but we also do not want to get ripped off. The difference is that because Nathan listened to what I had to say my repair was just a coupling, we're three other plumbers wanted to rip the whole wall apart. Additionally, I called him this morning and he gave me a time frame for this evening between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m.; he called about 20 minutes before arriving at 4:30 to tell me he was on his way. Just when you think it couldn't get any better, his price was under budget and lower than anybody else by at least 30%. If you have a plumbing problem, call Nathan.
