It's odd how bakeries will just explode on the scene with multiple locations and then disappear over time. The new kid on the block appears to be Angelina who has baked goods, sandwiches, ice cream and coffee. I had a a Stromboli type of lunch which had just been baked. I did not count the calories but it was good with a slightly crispy crust. Service was fast. This Union Square location has an odd design and there is seating in a back room.

Just after trying Angelina Bakery once, you instantly understand why everyone raves about them. Friendly service & all their pastries are beautiful and delicious! On top of that, their bakery is well-kept and spacious. This location in particular makes for a perfect studying spot. In terms of pastries, I really enjoyed everything we tried but my absolute favorite was their Nutella Bomboloni with how light, soft & fluffy it was. They definitely don't skimp on the filling. Overall, would say visiting Angelina Bakery is a must!

Dropped by this cute cafe for a small breakfast and hot coffee! It was a smaller cafe with few seats, but was very gorgeous inside. There were many eye-catching pastries on display, but I managed to just get the Pistachio crème donut and Nutella hot coffee (not pictured). They were both very delicious and I would stop by again!

Hit Angelina's before going to the Met. WOW. This pistachio croissant was to die for. So rich! The filling was insane! It's fast service and a beautiful array of pastries. Don't plan to sit! This is an in and out type of shop. Super cute.

This place is dangerous in the best way, especially being across the street from our hotel. I've had the pistachio croissant before and it's a must every single time. On this trip we tried the Mont Blanc bombolone and it was such a hit with the group that everyone immediately started talking about going back the next morning. Cookies and carrot cake were not really worth trying but definitely try the pastries!

Love this place. My family has gone twice in the last few weeks. The first time we took our daughters here after visiting the FIT museum. EVERYTHING is delicious! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about products because we have peanut and hazelnut allergies within our tribe. Each time we've gone was on a Sunday so it was quiet and comfortable for us. Also if you go closer to closing pastries are 50% off.

Love this spot!! Super friendly service, fresh baked yummies daily and more than reasonable prices!! While traveling for work, I come here every morning for breakfast. Enjoyed one of their many delicious croissant sandos with a pipping hot coffee. And just when I thought there was nothing more to this bakery, I see they have a beautiful outdoor patio so you can enjoy some fresh air, music and your tasty treat!

One of my favorite bakeries in the city, Angelina Bakery, has just opened another location in Nomad. They consistently churn out wonderful desserts and I could not resist visiting their newest location on their first day of business. This new location is actually roomier than you would expect looking from the front. There was plenty of seating towards the back and there is also a lovely outdoor patio. They have one unisex and one family bathroom for customers. By the entrance, there are three kiosks you can use for ordering. Their menu is similar to their other locations, serving both sweet and savory baked items as well as sandwiches, pizza, paninis, gelato (coming soon) and branded merchandise. I went after work and found that most of the items were buy one get one free. I ended up getting two mini Bombolones (Nutella and Pistachio) and two croissants (Pan Au Chocolat and Nutella). Everything was absolutely delicious. I really had no complaint. They also fare well the next day, the croissants keep their crispiness somewhat. Since they are located on the same block as the N/R train, I'm guessing this location will be my go-to as it's the most convenient. If you're looking for a great bakery to try, I highly recommend checking them out.

Best place for a quick breakfast! We kept coming back daily! Service was ok, they did forget our coffee once but were nice enough to make it really quick. They have seating further down and up stairs.

Angelina is another one of those bakeries I've been wanting to try for quite a while. This random Friday evening, I walked past and still saw plenty of cute little pastries available, so I went in. I'm a sucker for potato on pizza and quickly spotted a slice so it was decided--I'm getting food. I opted for the pizza and a pistachio bombolone. The Italian lady who served me was incredibly sweet and kind. I ate upstairs in their seating area which isn't as cute as you might hope for certain clean and functional. The Bombolone was scrumptious! Super soft, not too sweet, and filled with pistachio cream. And the potato pizza absolutely hit the spot. Might not have been the most life changing pizza you can get in nyc but too many places sleep on the potato part all in an all I'm sold and will be back for sure!

The pastries were so beautiful and delicious, combined with the excellent latte, I had a very delightful breakfast and will definitely go again! I ordered a pistachio bombolone and a Nutella bombolone with a latte.

Boston creme bombolone was awesome. Lot of cream packed into it, but it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet or anything. But worth $7? idk

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

The generous serving had creamy, silky layers and was easily enough for the two of us to share. Sweet, light, and refreshing. Plenty of seating, generous portions, and a stop here never disappoints! Located on 32nd St, between Broadway & 5th Ave Train: 34 St-Herald Sq (N/Q/R/W); also an easy walk from Penn Station. Overall, a great casual dessert stop after exploring K-Town, Midtown or nearby Chelsea.

We worked with Eric via email and he was great managing and making sure everything was settled ahead of the event. On the day of our lunch, we arrived around 20 minutes early and the table was already set up. We had two servers throughout the meal and they were lovely. They made sure everything was set up and we had everything we needed. For a large group reservation, they have a $60 minimum and you order everything ahead of time. (The afternoon tea set is mandatory for everyone to get). We had the afternoon tea set, caprese tarts and strawberry parfait for all attendees. The food was filling and tasty. And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.
