HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! 2/21/21 I brought my family for what I was hoping to be a great dining experience....boy was I in for a horrible experience. My husband and I have been to the San Tan Valley location multiple times with minimal issues. Camille or "Cody" was our server. I ordered an appetizer, Family Feast $125 with 4 orders of corn bread then a veggie bowl. w/ extra noodles TO GO. Clearly said that the bowl was TO GO. Our take out came out before our meal and it was wrong it had rice and not in a take out container , then one slice of corn bread came out before our appetizer and Feast I told the server I wanted corn bread with the Feast she lost it yelling at me she said she has no control how the food comes out. Several staff gathered at the host stand next to our booth staring at us ,as well as kitchen staff coming out staring at us. The Lobster was tough totally over cooked we dared say anything. We were still eating when the take out food was brought. The server didn't even ask if we were done or if we wanted dessert. A female Hispanic food runner/server dropped the check and came back 4 times in a matter of a few minutes asking for the check she didn't even bother clearing anything from the table. The tension in the air from your staff was ridiculous. We paid $181.45 to be totally disrespected and unappreciated. I wrote a note on the back of the check stating Management should've been sent over after the 1st mistake. Camille is lucky I left any tip. What ever happened to "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!! Had the lunch bowl of grilled shrimp over linguine with trifecta sauce ( combo of cajun, lemon pepper and garlic) spiced hot. Shrimp and shrimp were excellant but the veggies were very disappointing as it was basically huge chunks of cauliflower and big hunks of broccoli with a few slices of carrots. Must be cheap veggies. This place was awesome! My husband and I devoured the snow crab with the trifecta sauce, potatoes, sausage, and corn. She asked if we had a preference on seating, booth or table-booth it is! The walls are autographs of previous customers-fun to read! Our waitstaff associate was Cody. Big shout out to him! Personable, engaging and took the time to explain the menu. We ordered the shrimp basket and was not disappointed! We got here and it looked slow so we figured we would get served right away. There was only one lady serving and so the bartender was helping out a lot. They were super understaffed. The bartender was really nice but he did mess up my uncles order and forgot about my water and my cousins steamed rice. The thing that bothered me the most was that all my family got their food before me and i looked back and this other group that came in after us got their order before me and all I got was the snow crab leg bag with corn and sausage. By the time I got my food my family was done so they had to wait for me. The food was delicious on the plus side! So I recommend you to come during a time where they are actually staffed, the lady who was supposed to be our server checked on us only twice. Service is horrible. Last time I came I used my debit card and it wouldn't clear their system. I had plenty of money to pay for our meal and couldn't. Manager never came over once to help of offer assistance and I ended up having to walk to Walmart near by use their ATM and finally got the money to pay. Second time here as a guest and sat for over 10 min before I had to ask if anyone was going to help my family and I. Food is ok... service is horrible. The Phoenix locations are better.
