Went to the New location on Broadway. Friday night very busy.We sat at the bar.Male bartender very nice and explained restaurant concept. Decided to just stick with shrimp and a fish and chips basket Whole waiting for order I asked a female bartender for water. She acted like I was disturbing her. Sat the eater glass down without a word As far as the food very disappointing. Shrimp overly breaded not very many shrimp for the price. Went here opening night cuz I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, it did not hit the mark. I ordered the seafood bucket, had snow crab legs, shrimp, lobster tail add on, potatoes, corn on the cob & hard boiled egg. My husband had the cheeseburger, because he does not like seafood & that was the only non-seafood item on the menu. We shared a bowl of clam chowder( which is new england clam chowder, btw, not boston, or whatever it said on menu) Clam chowder was decent. Not spectacular. My seafood bucket, was a big disappointment!! Lobster tail was so small it was barely even worth it & it was $16 more!!!! snow crab ok but not great, had to ask for crab crackers, finally brought out to me they were like scissors!! The servers were absolutely amazing, they made my 21st birthday so special. The service was efficient and they were so genuinely kind and excited to be here. The food was awesome so I definitely recommend it if you miss some east coast type of sea food. The drinks were soooo good. The boil bags were perfect and the staff was very educated about the menu. I was expecting some more communication about the menu from the waiter, but it seemed to be very busy with one table that he had. I waited 25 minutes before I ordered and I waited 25 minutes to get my bill so that I could pay and the restaurant was not busy, somebody needs to train their staff about acknowledging people. We enjoyed our meal at the angry crab shack but it could have been better. we got there around 7:30, and we were greeted right away, but our server didn't write down our food or really pay attention to what we were ordering which was a little odd. When we received our food, it was EXTREMELY oily. the sauce was separating from the oil. the sauce could have also had much more flavor, and there was almost no salt. The seafood was all very small, and hadn't been cooked long enough because the crab was extremely difficult to open. I assume this was because we were there closer to close, which usually entails not the best food. Waited 8 mins to be seated tonight. Then when seated I waited another 20 with out a drink or a greeting. It's not like it was busy tonight. Maybe 8 people seated in the restaurant and 2 in the bar. There was a staff person 5 feet from us but he was busy talking to another customer about her car accident and other random things. Went over the weekend on a whim because my son loves seafood of any kind. Our servers name was Kim. She immediately made us feel like we were at home. Offered suggestions... even to this gal who doesn't enjoy seafood. Our whole experience was excellent. Never had an empty glass. Always made sure we were doing well. I thought for sure she had to be one of the managers cause normally service places isn't this good. She ISN'T! She sure should be. That's manager material right there! Excellent service! Bottom line, just stay away from this place. Worst service I have ever experienced. Extremely rude waiter essentially put the menus on the table and acted bothered if you had a question. Did not explain anything as the menu can be confusing if it's your first time there. The waiter offered no help and stood in the back with other waiters, looking at our table, making fun of us. You can complain and say you won't be back but truly they could care less. It's not about the money, but it is about being able to communicate with your waiter and having your waiter suggest things instead of saying oh if you want that and throwing a menu at you saying oh this is $59 this is $60 add-on which isn't true. Don't come here if you want seated within 10 minutes. Every single time me and my family try to come and eat here, they say there's no tables available at the moment but have the whole left side of the restaurant open but never seat anyone there?? I would say this is one of the worst restaurants I've eaten in...from the very greasy appetizers to the burnt bread on the lobster rolls! A very dirty and uncleared table was not cleaned for most of the time we were there. Several of the workers could be seen walking around just talking. The blonde bartender proceeded to be on her cell phone the entire time. Eventually I just walked out and left after waiting and waiting. This place had so much potential. But sadly she ruined it for me. When you're income is based on tips you'd think you'd be more attentive and professional. Especially when I'm the only customer sitting there. I also watched other tables complain about not getting their drinks when they were watching the bartender actively do NOTHING. They even walked up to her to ask what happened to their beers. We just moved to Tucson and we have been excited to try this place. It was some of the worst food I've ever had and I ended up getting food poisoning. We started off with a half dozen oyster and they just didn't smell right but I assured myself they had to be good since they were on the shell. I couldn't stomach more than two. Then my king crab boil came out. The crab hardly had any meat and was obviously low quality previously frozen. The shrimp was rubbery and my corn on the cob was absolute mush. My husband had the jumbo and barely took two bites. We decided to just check out and not eat anymore. That's when the nausea hit me from the oysters, I ran to the bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting and was not ideal to be sick in. When I returned to the table my husband told the waitress about the oysters and everyone acted as if we were trying to get a meal for free or something. They took off the $13 oysters and was barely appolgetic. I spent the next 12 hrs in the bathroom when we got home. Needless to say we will never return and the health department will be notified. read more

Went on Saturday around noon, party of 6, great food. Staff was helpful and attentive, especially Kim. We'll definitely return.
