This place is wonderful! Julie did my nails and my eyebrows. Tina did my pedicure. I am in love with my nail shape & the cat eye color! She was so patient with my decision making! It's always tough for me to commit to a nail color/design and she welcomed all my ideas and even had some nice suggestions! She did my manicure with such precision, taking excellent care of my previous gel-x removal and also applying my new gel-x set with care. I love when it looks natural! She definitely took the time to file near the cuticle, and manually buff the nail to really ensure it looked the best it could. Tina was also gentle with my pedicure and my feet feel refreshed! My eyebrows are challenging because I have a faded tattoo. She accommodated my request to not make them thin and to also ignore the faded tattoo. My eyebrows look great! This place use to be a good place to get your nails done but honestly they switch up the prices too much. I showed Mimi one picture of a set of nails I would like. She told me three different prices which is weird because I paid the same price for a set longer than the one I showed her last time for a basic color. Go at your own risk and make sure to bring enough money just incase they up the price. They were all polite just switched up the prices too many times for my liking. It's small shopping center with 4 stores and about 8 parking stalls. 2. I paid $53 for a full set gel pictured above as you can see these are horrible. I told myself to stop going to nail salons, and this experience hit the nail on the coffin. Im leaving on vacation in a day, and happened to be in LA so I squeezed it in amongst all my errands because I know I won't have time to do my own nails and toes. To start off I wanted a simple short style, and Mimi asked if I wanted gel and I said yes. I always ask for gel because I don't like cheap product chipping off my nails. She starts my nails and I wasn't familiar with her technique, and figured maybe it was "organic" since this is an "organic spa"? Until I notice she is taking FOREVER, to get the nails ready, finally after 10 minutes she starts applying each nail and as she does she is attaching the nail with a blue light that literally burns my fingers. To the point where I literally have to cry out and move my hand. Then I had to place my hand in the UV/LED light for each finger! By the third finger ( and the third really bad burn) I ask her what is this method? Why not use regular acrylic and glue? She states that it was gel-X, and I tell her I NEVER agreed to gel-x. She never asked gel-x either. Gel does not mean gel-x, those are TWO different things! I say nopppe stop now I don't want gel-x, I never asked for it. She gives me the biggest attitude as she started breaking them off, I actually had to call out her attitude and informed her that she nor I ever stated Gel-x and to stop with the attitude. First and foremost ladies please don't do this method with your nails! It is NOT healthier as they claim. I know someone who got skin cancer in her finger and had to get it amputated BECAUSE of that UV Light they use for gel. Which is why I no longer wanted to go to salons anymore, I just felt like it was the easiest thing to do at the moment. The Gel-x method requires having your hand put in that UV light over a total of 15 times because it's necessary for EACH FINGER?!? That is toooo much exposure, along with attaching each nail with a separate blue light that literally burns your skin??? That's why it lasts longer because it's burning your nail bed. DONT GET GEL-X JUST BECAUSE IT LASTS LONGER!! My three nails were literally burning even after she put regular acrylic on them. She reallllyyyy pushed gel-x because it is more expensive, and I NEVER asked for it. She was slow overall, but my nails aren't bad. They are fairly simple so that doesn't account for much. They don't look like the picture I showed her, which irritated me the most but I just wanted to get out of there so bad that I didn't bother to argue about it. To be honest my nails look like press-ons...which isn't what I was going for at all. My pedicure came out fine, I didn't appreciate the rudeness between the two ladies (1 doing my toes, the other my nails) they were obviously speaking about me and that's just disgusting. How are you going to talk about someone in front of them, in a different language, as they are spending money at YOUR establishment and make it painfully obvious too? I will never come here again, please don't waste your money here. read more

When she finished my nails looked grown out. And when she fixed it, she left nail polish around my fingers. I love this location! I will drive from Palmdale to Commerce to get my nails and pedi. All the workers are friendly, skillful and hard working. I never have felt judged or uncomfortable like at other nail businesses. I can't remember the others names but I remember having Kim, and she was great. They don't rush through the process to get more people in, they're honest with people waiting and letting them know how long it will be. This relieves me because it shows they take their time on their client to do their job. I was thinking whether I should do this or not because I have never left a review before but I have never been treated this way in my life, I literally had to leave and go cry in my car so I wouldn't feel like I'm causing a scene. Me and my sister had an appointment at 5 30 after she got off work but there was traffic on the way there so I told her to let them know we were running 15 mins late when we got there she was seen right away, I have my 2 daughters with me I have no one to take care of them and thought it wasn't gonna be an issue since I just wanted a mani and pedi with gel. While I waited to be seated I was getting my baby comfy and my toddler walked towards my sister and decided to touch the nail polish selector and I hear "Jullie" scream "NO BABY" me thinking she had done something bad I ran to get her and sit her next to me, while we were waiting kids being kids my toddler touched the light switch and made the lights flicker on and off for a split second and "jullie" screams again, I say I'm sorry and put her in my stroller to watch a movie, by then I already feel like I shouldn't even be there but I thought it shouldn't take long to get my nails painted so I leave my 2 daughters in the stroller next to my sister and go wash my hands before I seat with Jullie. I grab my baby because my toddler and my baby don't fit in my stroller so she starts filing my nails and doing the manicure, once she starts painting my nails she says it's gonna take too long to polish one hand hand at a time and to put my baby down and starts talking to her coworkers she did one coat of polish and was trying to have me put my baby down instead of just continuing so I listen and put my baby down while I'm doing so she tells me to becareful with my nail polish while trying to fix my 2 daughters in the stroller I sit back down and she still looks frustrated so since the moment I sat down she seemed in a hurry to finish when all I wanted was to get a tiny bit of me time even if I had my 2 babies with me. I asked her to just charge me for the service she did and if she can remove the nail polish atleast and she said no that I already put it in the light so I said ok thank you and got up and walked towards the front paid and left to my car to wait for my sister. I understand it was late but it wasn't gonna take any longer than it did for her to sit there and tell me she couldn't do her job faster because she had to do one hand at a time, it was just a gel polish and manicure that she didn't even try to take her time cleaning up right. If she doesn't want to work or isn't happy being there she could have simply told me she can't see me so I could just sit in my car instead of trying to hurry me out of there. Thanks to her I will rather just stay home with my daughters where they aren't gonna get screamed at by a stranger.
