With it being Christmas Day, we were unsure how long of a wait there would be for 4 of us. Surprisingly, we got right in. PARKING Only street parking available. The parking machine is just up from the front entrance. You have to press the buttons a little to get it active. It cost us $11 for 3 hours and they only allow 3 hours max FOOD Our group got: Teriyaki chicken bowl (was good!) Spinach artichoke (excellent! Get this!) Hummus (it was pretty good) Veggie wrap (pretty good as well) Green tea with honey (perfect for a cold day) Bacon blue burger (pretty good!) Caesar salad (pretty good) Taco Salad (pretty good!) CLEANLINESS The entire place looked clean and had a cozy feel.

Next best thing to the no name saloon if you have children with you. Got the chicken pesto panini, it was very good! Had a balsamic Vinaigrette sauce with fresh tomatoes and nicely grilled chicken topped with pesto. I would get this again. Good atmosphere, feels like a pub but nice seating where it's not overly loud.

We stopped in on March 11th after receiving a recommendation from a local on the ski lift. We always ask locals their opinions where to go in ski towns. They know best. I'm a little shocked at some of the reviews as we had a great experience at Annex and an delicious burger. We typically prefer to sit at the bar in a casual atmosphere when available if just the two of us. People at the bar are usually super friendly even if not in a chatty mood, everyone is just chill. We walked straight to the bar where we sat down with Javier as the bartender. There are only 5 seats at the bar so we were lucky to have 2 seats available. Javier was attentive and very nice. He gave advice on the menu as well as reminded us of the 'unique' liquor laws of UT we needed to follow when ordering more than one cocktail. I ordered a Moscow mule. I noticed in the Park City and Deer Valley area that not one of the bars or restaurants we dined at serve them in the copper mug, which honestly kind of takes away from the icy cold tasty drink if you know what I mean. It actually changes the taste in a way. Nonetheless, it was fine. We both ordered the Saloon burger which is a 1/2 Lb. buffalo burger with grilled onions, cheese, tomatoes, shredded lettuce & mayo on a fresh house made potato bun. We are always on the lookout for an amazing burger and this did not disappoint! So flavorful and the bun was one of the freshest buns I've ever had. It was really tasty. They serve house made chips on the side which were crunch and flavorful. I would call them kettle chips. I've noticed most the restaurants in Park City/Deer Valley area served kettle type chips with salsa instead of tortilla chips and salsa. Must be their style here. Overall we had a great experience. Is it a little pricy, yes. But it was tasty for sure. We will be back next ski visit.

We had the friendliest waiter ever. The food came quickly and was served hot! They're unique because they serve a side of chips and sala as the default instead of fries but we liked it anyway! I ordered the no name burger

Food was good. The burger was hearty and the bread was good. It's potato bread. The buffalo meat is good. It's quite heavy but still good. The fries were good and crispy. Service was decent. But it's a pub style place. Not fine dining. I would try again

Small little spot but the food was tasty and flavorful. Group of 7 was seated quickly on a Friday afternoon. Pulled Pork Sandwich was served with coleslaw and added bbq sauce. Nice roasty flavor with a little sweetness. Fish & Chips were flaky and fresh. Overall a good experience.

We came for the last Sundance in Utah. I thought the bison burgers were delicious and so were the rosemary fries. Nice service and atmosphere too.

Had a variety of wait staff wait on us so was not sure who our main person was to request anything. Served very warm tepid water in our water glasses and had to ask for ice for the water multiple times before receiving. Room was unseasonably warm, but I know the weather was 10° above normal. Consideration as to opening a window for a cross breeze would've been nice. Cocktails were good and served in a timely manner. Food arrived at our table within five minutes of ordering, which made us feel like they were trying to hurry us through dinner. Food was good, but not great. Nobody came to refill water, check on us to see if we needed anything else and had to walk to the bar to get our check. Again, staff was very courteous, just not present. If I were a report card, I would give this place a "C".

Smooth, perfectly balanced, and not one of those knock-you-over-the-head strong drinks. Dangerous in the best way because you could easily have another... and another. The vibe? Super casual, laid-back, and no pretentious bourbon snobs in sight. Just good drinks and a place you actually want to hang out. And then... the little store inside. Game over. We walked out with a bottle like we had just discovered gold, because apparently, this liquid treasure does NOT exist in our city. 5/5, would absolutely come back and pretend I know way more about bourbon than I actually do.

The outdoor patio was busy so we ended up just getting a table inside. The ambiance is laid back and rustic, cool decorations all over. Our server was nice and made us feel welcome. I pulled up my Colorado digital ID, and the employee seemed completely thrown by it and insisted on seeing my physical license. I understand businesses have policies, but the interaction felt unnecessarily awkward. I'm in my mid-40s, don't even drink alcohol, and still felt like I was being treated as if I were trying to sneak into a bar. It just set an odd tone from the start. I didn't choose the restaurant, but as someone with celiac disease, this was an even bigger issue. I let the staff know up front that I have celiac disease and need to avoid gluten. I ordered a bunless burger and skipped the fries since they don't have a dedicated fryer. I ordered a side salad instead, only to find out almost all of the dressings contained gluten, so I went with the vinaigrette. The burger itself was overcooked and honestly pretty underwhelming. The worst part came at the end of my meal. I took a bite of my salad and felt a crunch. There was a crouton mixed in. I had to spit it into my napkin in front of my coworkers, but by then I'd already chewed it and had crumbs throughout my mouth. For someone with celiac disease, this isn't just an inconvenience. If I'd never mentioned it, that would be one thing. But after telling the staff up front, there should never have been a crouton on that salad. That's beyond normal cross contamination. It was simply careless, and unfortunately it overshadowed the entire experience.

I hate to reference the movie the Menu, but I couldn't help but think that it might be a little like if you got to eat the hamburger at the end. Where a chef, top of their game, made the a hamburger simply because they loved making hamburgers. To be fair there are other things on the menu but they are a similar level of quality. Also the specialized shakes are pretty great as well. On this occasion I had a Nutella shake and don't think I'll be having another shake for several months, both because it was that satisfying and because, well it was enough. On top of all this the Montage in general is always great. I had my birthday dinner at Burgers and Bourbon and think I might do it there again next year. Great property, great food, great service. 5 star review, easy.

Walking to our table the first thing I noticed was that the carpet was filthy. It had a layer of food on it that showed the cleanliness just not in the cards for this establishment. We asked to be moved to another table, as there was an open table with a long bench for seating. However we could be be accommodated as a teenager at the table next door had decided to appropriate the bench for a nap and the hostess was not going to deal with an entitled young brat and his parents. Service was mediocre at best so not much else to say. I am guessing that they were understaffed but at the prices they charge it is not my problem as the guest. The men folk had the B&B burger with truffle fries. The burger was good, cooked to order and the fries were spot on. Our wives split a "Yama" which is listed as "seared big eye tuna / sesame crust / spicy aïoli / avocado mousse / slaw." The fish was mealy and the avocado mousse was really guacamole. The upshot of eating the fish is that both of our wives had an upset stomach in the middle of the night. As we live in Old Town I learned a good lesson. There are great burgers to be had on Main Street at a better price with good service and clean floors. We will stick with our go-to's The Spur and No Name.
