This is now my Napa sandwich spot. I got a turkey sandwich on Dutch with bacon and spouts, along with the usual sandwich accoutrements. Absolutely delicious. Simple but just how I like my sandwich to be. Fresh and flavorful. Staff was very friendly and the eating areas both inside and out are inviting and comfortable. There's a small bar with two TV's to watch sports as well. Very appealing. There are some pre-made paninis that look delicious as well, and a hot food table. All of it was tempting, but just a sandwich for the day. Finally, there is also a small refrigerated area that has some drinks along with some packaged foods. I was told by another customer that the pimento cheese dip is to die for. Something else to try next time.

It turns out certain breads are an upcharge, but that wasn't communicated--I only realized after I had already paid. I also asked for pepperoncini and was charged $3, even though it's supposed to be $1.75. On top of that, it looks like I was charged for cucumbers, even though they're listed as part of the vegetarian sandwich, which feels a bit misleading. I've never had this issue before, so next time I'll definitely double-check pricing or order online since that's always been accurate for me. I still enjoy the food, just wish pricing and add-ons were more clearly communicated.

Enrich bread is not used in France let alone EU. While I still love their EPI, everything else has declined. Croissant is not crispy and fluffy inside. Stick to their breads. Forced tip as well for counter top service.
