    Chicken Caesar salad.

Annie's Paramount Steakhouse delivers fresh, made-to-order food and an excellent dining experience. The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and made with high-quality beef. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and was pleasantly surprised by the generous mix of fresh ingredients, including onions, chopped tomatoes, croutons, and black olives. The dressing was especially impressive and tied everything together perfectly. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

I feel like I have been coming here for years and I don't live anywhere near the city. In town for a convention and when a friend wanted to go to dinner I knew exactly where to take him! Even getting here at 7:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, it was slammed. Waited about 20 minutes to get seated for two. Just such a busy and lively place. Great ambience and very friendly! Food is always good. Tonight we had the Maryland crab cakes as well as the steak and seafood plate. Steak was very delicious and seafood was cooked to perfection with a side of potatoes and coleslaw. Very tasty! My friend very much enjoyed his crab cakes as well. Still a hot spot to go to in DC every time I'm there!

I was visiting DC with my son. I wanted to go have a nice day dinner with him at least one night during our vacation. I gave him three options and after we reviewed the menus, he landed on Annie's, and I am so glad he did. This restaurant was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The staff was kind and welcoming. They were attentive, but not overbearing. The portions were quite sizable. My son's 11 years old, and we split a steak and the two sides that came with it. & let me tell you that steak was cooked perfectly! We also got the mac & cheese "bit" OMGOMGOMG! If you like mac & cheese at all, and even if you don't, you should try it here bc WOWZA! To be fair, if there's one thing I've learned about going to queer / queer friendly establishments- if there's a predominant cheese item on the menu, get it bc gays do not play with cheese. We rounded our meal out with a slice of key lime pie, cheesecake, and icecream and those didn't miss either. Grand total came out to around.. $120 I think which is a HELL of a deal for the meal. We also ordered two coca-Cola's, and I had a cocktail and a glass of wine. I will be returning. TLDR: GO HERE! OMG ITS SO GOOD!

This was such a wonderful dining experience! My friend and I went here for lunch and it was absolutely delicious. The Mac and cheese bites especially are fantastic. Everything is pretty much made in house (buns, ciabatta, pies, hand breaded chicken...). You know it's made with love! The server (I wish I knew his name!) was so wonderful and kind. The food came out so quick! The steak was cooked perfectly, the green beans are secretly the best, and the chicken Parmesan is so comforting. I also love how you can see the history here. The decor is so fun and vibrant. This spot is iconic not only in DuPont, but in DC. Everyone makes you feel right at home and for what you get, the pricing is pretty good! I cannot recommend this spot enough! #happypride!

Annie's is so lively and was decorated for Christmas. Our server was a great guy--he took his time and made us feel so welcomed. We loved hearing about the history. Our steaks were good, thin but tender. The sides were fine. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and happy we went for dinner.

Second visit to Annie's; it will become a regular dining spot when visiting Washington, DC. Tonight I ordered the Chicken Parmesan. The chicken had been prepared to perfection. The breading was not too heavy as I have had at other restaurants. The marinara sauce and cheeses were just right and the penne pasta was excellent. The portion was so large I took home what I couldn't finish and had several more meals out of it. My host had a breaded shrimp started with a couple of different sauces on the platter. We finished with a slice of the Key Lime pie. Our waiter was welcoming, cheerful and was sure that our dining needs were met. The restaurant is lively and active. It's a very fun place to visit and spend time with friends.

What can you say about Annie's other than iconic. If you want to have a good time at a good price Annie's happy hour is the magic you've been looking for. I've brought numerous people here to share in the joy that is this place and no one is ever disappointed. Strongly recommend if you are looking for some strong drinks, good service and some decent apps that you check it out. They do also have an upstairs bar with extra space if the downstairs is packed. I have only been once outside of HH and would say the food and drinks are a little pricey and maybe that's how they make up for the epic happy hours

First off let me say that Fargo, our server, made us feel so welcome and went over the menu with us explaining the different cuts and how they have their own butcher in house. We got the sirloin, ribeye, and pot roast and let me tell you there was absolutely no room for disappointment anywhere on the table! Amazingly GREAT dishes cooked to perfection!!!! We then went on to order the chocolate cake with ice cream that pretty much took us out. It was sooo hefty and decadent! I had to get me the coconut cream pie to go because there was no room in my belly, chins, and cheeks for it but I knew I would want that later on. "Later on" is upon me now and what they failed to tell me was that this coconut cream pie is epic! Creamy with coconutty flakes, gotta be homemade whipped topping, heavenly dessert!!! I think we are gonna head back there to try the other popular dishes before our trip ends this week! Thank you, Fargo!!!!

My friend heard great things about the steak here and they did not disappoint! Be aware, Annie's is a hot spot on 17th on a Friday night, so we waited a bit to get seated. While my friend enjoyed his steak, I had the 8 oz. Bull in the Pan, a mix of marinated sirloin tips, green bell peppers, and onions. It comes with two sides and I got the buttered carrots and mashed potatoes. All of it was so delicious. I requested the sirloin tips cooked medium. It came out really flavorful, tender, and not chewy at all! I almost forgot that the dish was served with sauce on the side. I don't even want to guess how much butter they used to make the mashed potatoes and carrots so good. Carrots were also nice and tender. We got Fried Clams for the appetizer, which I think is a skip. Not quite the chunky clams I was thinking of. As previously mentioned, Annie's is busy on Fridays but quite lively. Even though the dining room was full the whole time we were there, my friend and I had a conversation where we could hear each other. The waiter took good care of us, and understood perfectly how we wanted to split the check.

Fried Chicken breast Mashed Potatoes with Gravy and Pilaf Rice.

Good was pretty good and so was service. I've been told the drinks are usually just the way you'd like em'...strong. My meal came with two sides, mash potatoes and pilaf rice. The sides weren't nothing special could've gone without but it's offered with the menu item. The chicken breast seemed like a cutlet which was prefects. It wasn't dried nor greasy. Very tender and enjoyable. Should you try it? Yes, you should!

We had a fun lunch here with old friends. I loved my fried chicken dinner. It came with 2 delicious boneless breasts, one of which I took home. For my sides I had French fries & buttered carrots. The fries were too thick for my taste, but the carrots were fine.

Novice was the bartender and recommended the Proper burger. I added my typical fries and a Diet Coke. The burger came out quickly. Right off the bat, it's visually amazing. A properly stacked Burger is hard to find. The 2 best things about this burger are 1. The taste , and 2. The form of the burger. The taste is absolutely fantastic. The Gouda paired perfectly with the red onions and the perfectly cooked, juicy beef patties. The aioli was just enough and not overbearing, like looking at a painting of a castle and noticing the subtle blurred background of misty forest. The arugula added another layer of flavor that helped kick this burger into the highest echelons of Burger superiority. And of course, the brioche bun was perfect for this style of burger. It kept its shape while I gently smushed it down in my hands. The entire burger kept its shape and didn't fall apart like some other Burgers will. As I sank my teeth into the first bite, the first thing I noticed was all the flavors blending together. Each bite afterwards just added to my mystified and puzzled bewilderment. The texture was moist and soft. As I chewed and swallowed each morsel, I began to think to myself, is this it? Is my search over? Is this the BEST burger in the country? Never had I tasted such a wonderful burger! (Sorry In-N-Out 2x1, raw onions, chopped chilis, toasted bun, you are no longer on the top of my list). As I neared completion of my newly discovered epitome of gluttonous desires, a feeling of sadness started to take over. I would be done with the burger in a few more bites, and with that, my journey would conclude. I sat there, staring at what would be my final bite. The last bit of pleasure in between my slender fingers, still dripping with the juices God had placed there after it was grilled to perfection in the Kitchen. I placed the final delectable piece into my mouth. I spent what felt like an eternity chewing this treasure before finally gulping down the goblet of wonder. What came after was a feeling of pure bliss. I had finally done it. All the years, all the time dedicated to finding the best Burger ever, is complete. I called my wife and told her "Honey, it's time. I'm coming home." The fries were ok.
