We have visited this location twice and both times on a Sunday, so we always expect to wait. Especially Since I always forget to call ahead. The service is friendly the food is good but a little on the pricey side. There quite a few young people that are always running the front and it can get a little chaotic but other than that good. read more

When we walked in we expected about 25-30 minutes wait time, but it was only 15. I ordered two breakfasts and love my pancakes and eggs with bacon. Food was excellent but very overpriced. Eggs Benedict, traditional 2 egg breakfast with sausage, potatoes, and English muffin, a decaf coffee, and an orange came to $35 with tax. Not a good value. Main complaint was our server. Asked for decaf coffee with half and half. Brought the coffee but no half and half. Had to remind her -- twice. Had to ask for silverware. Walked by my empty coffee mug three times without asking if I wanted more. Had to signal the manager to get more. Asked our server if they gave AARP or military discounts. Said she would check but never got back to us. Maybe we just got an airhead for a server. Terrible customer service. We show up and the hostess advises it a 40 min wait. In the meantime he proceeds to seat people outside who had literally shown up after us. Good food overall but they are often overly crowded on Sunday's pretty much all day; which would be okay if it weren't for the unbelievably long amount of time it takes them to turn over a table--which seems to be stemming part from the absurdly long amount of time it takes to get breakfast meals out after ordering (how long could eggs take to make?)--we waited 32 minutes for our food two weeks ago (table of two and we both had omelettes). On top of that half the order was messed up as we had requested one item not to be in the food due to an allergy but it still was (chose to eat it by surgically removing said item as we didn't want to wait another 32 minutes for a fresh one). There were multiple times where I looked up and half the seating area was empty yet hey had 7-8 groups of people waiting on tables? They would then seat a party of two at a 4 person table while leaving open several two person tables...and had a table set for 12 sit empty for 25 minutes before breaking it down so three groups could sit down. It all seemed very odd and poorly managed. Giving 3/5 because I have had good meals here before on slower days...but I would expect this place must have similar traffic every Sunday as it is one of only a few breakfast spots of its kind in the area. read more
