Five star experience from start to finish, great recommendations from the server and all proves to be fantastic. We started with wuevos rancheros, ordered a croissant sandwich with egg cheddar, bacon, avocado, and sprouts, and also a blackened chicken salad. The food is fantastic and it was so good that we ordered a second plate of the rancheros. Thank you for being such a beacon of joy Tracy and thank you for the incredible meal. The Myakka was eggs benedict sausage patties, tomato, on a grilled biscuit and smothered in sausage gravy. The Max's Bliscuit was a huge buttermilk biscuit, two eggs, cheese, and bacon..the eggs were ordered over-easy but I think that they were just a bit passed that point but Terri said that it was still very good. It's a very bright and friendly decor inside and out...definitely one of our favorite places in Siesta Key Village!

Also ordered include the blackened grouper sandwich, billionaire burger, and tempura shrimp appetizer. Our group loved every entree. The cocktails were also refreshing. The parking place had ample parking where you needed a mobile app to pay for your parking. There was a larger souvenir store there if you needed to kill time before your seating. Once it was our time for our dinner reservations, we were greeted and seated at our table. Our waitress was a bit sarcastic or had a witty comments that didn't sit well with my kids. When ordering our foods, the kids asked what type of drinks they had since it was not listed on the menu. She said Coke but didn't elaborate that they had Coke products. Since she said Coke so fast our daughter didn't hear the response and asked her the question again where she just said that's a great question and ignored her and moved on. Food wise - we had the Peruvian ceviche, Peruvian chicken, I think I had a special grouper dish. The food was good. We were able to eat everything and the kids enjoyed their kids burger meals. Outside of the waitress comments, the place placed nice modern music to listen to and had the basketballs games playing on the tv at the bar.

I ordered my usual which is eggs sausage toaster English muffin and some fruit. My wife got fruit and English muffin and some bacon. I don't know if breakfast tastes better on vacation but this one sure did it was fantastic. We did leave room for a cinnamon roll I wasn't prepared for the size or the scope of how big the cinnamon roll was. If you can imagine the size of a newborn's head being a cinnamon roll that's pretty much what this was. We both were able to take a bite but we're pretty much full up after three cups of coffee so we took the cinnamon roll home and had it later on that evening for dessert. The place is clean it's run well the manager was on site and I love it when the locals come in because they know where to go when the food is proper. Well I can't imagine the nightmare it would be trying to get breakfast during the high season I'm sure these guys can keep up but it was a really awesome dining experience and I enjoyed it will return

But there's a reason behind this. The owner is on site quite a bit it's nice to see him. While the place certainly has quite a few miles on it mostly because it keeps getting beat up during hurricanes it bounces back. Feel free to bring a dollar and staple a dollar to the ceiling or if you're a copper firefighter bring your patch and they will hang it proudly. When I'm on vacation I like my food very simple. A simple double smashburger and fries 100% does me in. For servers are definitely all smiling another staple and not really an expectation but I'm so glad to see it. My wife got a chicken quesadilla not really adventurous again for the same reason. The beers are cold the servers are beautiful and everything is right with the world when I can sit down at siesta key oyster bar.
