    Bourbon street pancakes
    Raquel G.

This place was recommended to me because of my love of all things breakfast, and it did not disappoint! Everyone in my 4 person party loved their meals. I got the bourbon street pancakes YUM! The rum butter sauce was so tasty! My husband's bacquezo omelet was delicious! I visited for my birthday breakfast and I had a "birthday pancakes" coupon (that I had received through their online email sign up) that I was excited to use. I was disappointed to learn that it was for a specific pancake item , way more basic and less appealing than other menu pancakes offered. Therefore I couldn't use it on my chosen specialty pancakes. (Sad face) The service was decent. The venue was larger than I expected. We went early enough to not have a wait on a Saturday morning (9am).

We came in early morning and we had your average diner experience. It was dead silent, which was kind of awkward if you're into vibes. It took us a while for us to be seated as the waitstaff was still filing in - I think it took them a moment for them to see us there lol. Our waitress was rather quiet and not super welcoming, but she got the job done and asked us if we needed refills. As for the food, I thought the portions were rather filling and generous, and as someone who can stomach a whole lot, it definitely was a filling breakfast. I enjoyed my omellette, they definitely loaded it up lol.

I got the hasbrown Benedict, cookie dough waffle, and the chocolate raspberry cold brew. The hasbrown Benedict was very good, the cookie dough waffle was not worth it though. The coffee was good, but nothing spectacular Our waitress was great, but we had to wait over an hour for a table.

You can always find me at a brunch spot! I've recommended Another Broken Egg several times already. The food every time I go is delicious, the specialty food times change often and cater to the sweet and savory lovers. The coffee is always on point and the staff is always super nice. The only thing that knocked the star off is twice now when I've gone in it's been freezing. While probably great for the staff stunning around I'm happy I always have a coat on me. But the food is with it!

Another Broken Egg Cafe is a restaurant chain that has locations in many states. This particular location is in the Crocker Park shopping center. Please see my attached photos for the restaurant's menus for foods and beverages in May 2024. On a Friday morning, I joined this restaurant's online waitlist, but when I arrived, I saw that most tables were empty. A seating hostess kindly greeted my husband and me and promptly seated us at a booth. Our friendly waitress arrived and gave us menus. Several minutes later, the waitress took our order, and several minutes after that, she brought out our foods. At the end of the meal, she promptly brought our bill. Here are my ratings for our foods: Biscuit beignets - 4 stars - This side looked like fried donuts that were covered with powdered sugar. They were accompanied by a small container of honey. Cinnamon-roll French toast - 4 stars - This entree looked like a few cinnamon rolls that were topped with rum-butter sauce, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and whipped cream. For my sides, I chose sunny-side-up eggs, which were cooked perfectly, and bacon, which was crispy. Apple-fritter French toast - 4 stars - My husband ate this entree. It consisted of fritters that were layered with fried apples, a bourbon cream, and powdered sugar. (He requested no blueberries.) For his sides, he chose scrambled eggs and sausage. Overall, these foods were unique compared to what other restaurants serve for breakfast.

I was in the area and wanted to try a restaurant for breakfast. The first thing I noticed was how clean and bright this place was. There was no wait when I arrived and I was greeted immediately. I was seated and looked at the menu. There were so many good options, and I decided on the lemon pound cake French toast. It was complete with an infused whipped cream and fresh strawberries and blackberries on it. I had the option of baked bacon or homemade sausage. I couldn't decide, so my server suggested one of each. The food was so delicious. I could taste the herbs in the sausage. The bacon was baked to perfection, and I liked the fruit. The egg was fine. Unfortunately, my server let me know that my dish was being discontinued next week. I guess that means I need to return and pick a new favorite.

Replacement pancake after sending back first order.

Server was great. Food was not. Pancakes were overcooked and dry. I had to send them back. The order was redone and some were better but not all. Others in the group were also not satisfied because of cold food, portion size, and taste.

Southern influenced breakfast and brunch type foods. Clean and friendly environment. A lot of seating. Delicious coffee. Service was quick and excellent! We came here unplanned and quite happy we did!

Nice atmosphere. The food was alright. All three of us got different omelettes and they really didn't have much flavor to them. Very bland.

The restaurant has a bright, airy atmosphere that feels welcoming even on a slightly cloudy day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Their Happy Hour menu offered several tempting options, and we sampled a variety of dishes. We started with the Crispy Thai Shrimp, which delivered the perfect balance of sweetness and heat. Kitchen Social is known for its artisan dough pizzas, so we ordered the mushroom pizza, and it certainly did not disappoint. We also tried the Korean BBQ Cauliflower and the Shrimp & Grits...both flavorful and well executed. Since it was Happy Hour, we naturally enjoyed a few cocktails to accompany the meal. We sampled both the Maple Old Fashioned and the traditional Old Fashioned, then ventured a bit further with the Tequila Thyme and the Sangria. Each cocktail was well crafted and enjoyable in its own right. Best of all, because it was Happy Hour, the experience was easy on the wallet. Great food, excellent service, enjoyable drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere make Kitchen Social a place I'll definitely be returning to.

The facility is far bigger than I thought it would be. They have a central restaurant with multiple party centers on either side. It's a really BIG facility. New, modern, and quite attractive. With plenty of convenient parking. The wall of the restaurant that faces Cleveland Hopkins Airport is all glass. It affords you quite an impressive view of the airport and the planes landing. The staff we met was pleasant and efficient. Our server, Mina, did an excellent job all night. If there was a weak point, it would be the food. It was not bad (I'm trying to be kind); it was just uninspired, limited, and not really well prepared. Because they do not offer bread for the table our only option was to order the "Soft Pretzel". It arrived badly overcooked, crunchy not soft, and even boardering on burnt. The charcuterie board was OK, but uninspired. I ordered the "Lemon Chicken" which was a full half chicken in a reasonably good sauce. But the meat was dry and it came only with brussel sprouts (yuk!). My wife had the "Walleye" which she simply said was "okay"... oh well. Our guests weren't any more impressed than we were. I will say our coffee and "Pot de Creme" were very good... thank goodness. All in all, our overall experience was "meh"... just "meh". Sorry - really probably should be 3.5

We dropped in for Happy Hour, looking for cocktails and a few bites, and were immediately struck by the well-appointed space. The runway views at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport added an unexpected layer of entertainment--watching planes take off and land while toasting 14 years of marital bliss felt like the perfect backdrop. We started strong with a French 75 and an Old Fashioned--both expertly crafted, but that Old Fashioned? Smooth, balanced, and memorable enough to set the tone for the entire evening. Wednesday happens to be Wing Day ($2 whole wings), and we took full advantage. We sampled Buffalo, Sweet & Tangy BBQ, Lemon Pepper Dry Rub, and the undeniable star of the show: Garlic Parmesan. Each had its own personality, but that Garlic Parmesan was simply elite. Service was impeccable--Emily was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our experience flowed as effortlessly as the cocktails. Speaking of which, round two brought a Cosmo alongside a repeat of that Old Fashioned...because when you find the right note, you stay in that key. For food, we shared the French Dip Baguette--shaved prime rib, provolone, horseradish aioli, and au jus done right--and paired it with the Mega Crunch Fries, elevated with sea salt, rosemary, and a light truffle oil drizzle. Simple menu items, executed with intention. We closed the evening the same way we began--together, with one final round of Old Fashioneds. A Happy Hour well spent. A celebration well honored. A 14-year journey still taking off.

I was excited to stop in for a cocktail. We love finding quaint new places with an interesting appeal and from afar this certainly met those details. However, we stopped in this past Saturday, for my daughter's birthday celebration. I was super pumped to come back - ( see sentences above! ) Anyway, 4 of us walked in ( there would be a total of 6 ) and while yes it's small, not too small for a small party of 6. There was a couple at the bar and a girl who was drinking a mimosa in a robe so I think it's safe to assume she was getting a treatment from the spa. We had been inside about 10-15 minutes with no bar tender or staff to be seen. I saw the couple received their drinks but while we were taking pics, I never saw a staff member- so I asked them if there was anyone taking orders. He said yes, they were in other room. Still nobody coming out. Our other two members of our party arrived and we looked at menus and still no one. Finally, a girl comes out. Walks over, does not even say hello, and says: do you want drinks?!?! We put our orders in and 1 minute later she comes out and says, um this table is reserved ( or something close to that ) in 20 minutes and actually we will probably need both tables soooo.........so I guess that was our que to say never mind. I guess had they come out and taken our order when we first arrived it would have been fine, but we weren't looking to do shots with our full size drinks. No apologies or anything just like ok bye when we said we would go somewhere else. So here's my input: 1. Sacred Hour- do not advertise this space to the outside community if you can only accommodate your clients that are receiving services. 2. Train your staff. A hello, A greeting, something, anything. Not - "do you want drinks?!" That in itself was so distasteful. Not to mention the prices of drinks are not cheap. This is an upscale place ( or appears to be ) 3. Bottom line- we will not return. Quite honestly, I'm not sure if I would return back to this location for my spa services either. I think that people have forgotten how to be courteous and polite. People do not realize ( or maybe they do and just don't care ) that the reason they stay in business is because of their customers. Treating your customers with kindness is epic. You know the old saying - you get more bees with honey?!? Well, Tribu- maybe you should rethink this and add it to your training instead of coffee or tea!
