Update: Before finding my new and forever nail place I was going here because it was close and seemed nice. Last pedicure I had here for my birthday the guy literally dug a hole to the other side of the world i think. I cant believe i didn't get an infection it hurt so bad for so long. Also was getting dip nails here for a while before going to my new place (now over a year) and they would chip and crack every few days and kept going back to get them fixed it was super annoying. But when you pay for nails and they keep cracking you go back to get them fixed! I have heard many people in the area complain staff have gotten more rude over the years and not doing as good of job since they opened. read more

Nail technician was rushed the entire experience. She started doing my nails even before my pedicure wasn't finished close to being finished. She had me holding my arm in the air so she could stand in the hallway to cut the cuticles of my hands. She brought me to the manicure table only for the polish. The table was covered in trash with an empty/used glass. Will not be returning. read more

I went here the day before my wedding to get a manicure and pedicure. This place was recommended to me and I love that they have a full bar. I got a huge sangria that was delicious. My nails were beautiful and the staff there are great. However, as you can see by my picture, the pedicure didn't go very well. Both of my heels have huge gashes on them. I have nerve issues and can't feel my right leg, so I didn't know what was going on. I just about screamed and she started grating my left heel. I'll never be back. read more

I came 8/7 for a full set mani n pedi (NO ADD ON NO DRINKS NOTHING) despite the site not having updated pricing info regarding the spa pedicure which clearly states $38 including the callus removal. I decided to contact them prior to my arrival. I called several times and asked about pricing I told him what the site states the price is showing. The front desk person stated the price changed and that he would notify the district manager but for callus removal it would bring it to $46 okay great no biggie now I know ... So I get that as well as the acrylic full set gel polish $59.... Minus tax, which is $105. So when I went to the counter to pay there was a gentleman paying and without asking the desk person gave him a receipt but when I payed I had to ask for mines and the guy said okay what's your phone number I'll send you a electronic copy... I said okay sure. I left waited about 10mins and still hadn't received one so I called told him I didn't get it and asked him to please repeat back my number he did and had to resend it. Hung up when I saw the charge that's when I called back AGAIN and asked how much was tax he said 8% I was driving and didn't think to calculate it right then in there so when I finally did calculate everything and make sure my facts were straight I'm like no if it was 8% on top of $105 it would be $113. I was charged $118. At that point I was just tired of calling because clearly something is off. Granted it's only $5 however I tipped my nail tech handsomely and separately from my bill. So why are you people doing this? This isn't right and it's not adding up every time I've come here excluding my very first visit I leave this place feeling taken advantage of. I'd love it if management would reach out to me and clearly explain the math behind this... I'm a logical person and understand mistakes happen. (Side Note) My nail tech was great and did a great job I'm not by any means upset with him. read more

It's huge and tons of employees. But it feels like a factory, and you get factory quality. Nobody seems to truly care that much about your nails or the details... at least my technician did not. I asked her to even out the cuticle as the gel bled a bit and lumped in the center and along the side of another mail. She did not fix either. The coats were not even. She skipped a step as she didn't ask me to soak my left hand before scraping the nail bed, but my right hand got soaked before. For my kids first mani/pedi, she received only HALF the services as the other 2 kids in our party (???). I don't think there was even topcoat for her? Chipped and peeled off within 12 hours. My friends pedicure soak was so overfilled when she came back after figuring out some stuff with the kids in our party, the water overflowed and her sneakers were soaked, no mention or sorry or anything. My friends manicure was terrible too. She had uneven nails tips and he didn't ask or tried to clarify how to fix them so he left it jagged and uneven???? We all tipped standard but in hindsight we should not have. Or are standards just too low here?? Im seriously appalled by the service and quality here. read more

I always enjoy Anthony Vince locations. I never worry about my nails not being done right, and they offer a variety of colors. The location is clean, with good parking, friendly staff, and comfortable chairs like their other locations. After a long day, you want to enjoy your pampering, and AV never fails. I love that I've always been able to walk in. I have tried other nail salons in Columbus and find myself returning to Anthony Vince. Even while visiting my family in Cumming, GA I insist on going to AV rather than other salons in the area. Nita is the absolute best! She does my pedicures & dip nail regularly & I am never disappointed! She is so talented! I have had experiences in the past, for example, where the esthetician either, tries to talk you into or insists on doing another type of nail application because it's better, etc, or they talk to you the entire time. Nita always does exactly what I ask for, no questions asked. Also, I like to have a quiet, relaxing service because I talk all day at work & Nita only converses if you spark up the conversation. They definitely just churn people in and out and for a hefty price. I got a manicure today for Mother's Day and while it was busy, there was plenty of staff to accommodate. They did zero cuticle trimming, soaking, lotion etc. what I would expect in a manicure. I got dip powder and it's lumpy. Definitely not what I would expect from a $50+ manicure and plus tip. I only tipped because they were friendly enough but clearly not thorough or experienced. Won't be going back unfortunately. read more

I've started manicure Mondays every few weeks. I generally walk with no appointment around lunch, easily sit with a technician, and have a great gel manicure. Whatever brand I tried last time did not chip- 3 weeks! They have your usual selection of color offerings, lots of other services, and water/coffee/tea with a full cash bar, though I haven't tried any drinks. Gel mani around $36 with tax and gel removal. Clean, usually pretty quiet on a Monday afternoon, but looking forward to coming with a girls group and trying the drinks. Solid addition to Bridge Park. read more

Expect to be charged an astronomical amount for a mediocre service. Anything you want, they can do it poorly and charge you more. A shape you already have on your nail? $15. That takes an extra 15 seconds. Two fingers to different colors $15? Didn't you know they had to open TWO different bottles of nail polish?! They should be compensated for that?! Removal that they put on 3 weeks ago? Gonna charge for that too. Absolutely no reason I should be paying $200 to get my fingers and toes done. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip?! Absolutely no loyalty for regulars, they're rude, and all they care about is efficiency (and money) Take your money literally anywhere else. read more

Had to make a last minute pedicure appointment while here for a wedding, so happy they had openings! Called ahead with an hours notice and they were happy to have me. I also arrived 10 min early and was seen immediately. Super nice they're in walking distance from the Marriott in this area. Clean check in, temperature check (temp gun), quick color choice-not rushed I just knew what I wanted. I was quickly seated and offered a drink menu! YAS. Bloody Mary ($9) & a Pedi!? Bring it on. I'm so happy with their service, I've been checked on by the front desk associate for how/if I liked my Bloody Mary (he made my drink), my nail tech asked if I liked my drink/ asked how I was feeling during my leg mask, and then was asked how I was doing again by the front desk associate. Very happy to answer that I loved my drink and felt extremely relaxed. No one seems to be in a rush here and really focuses on how you're feeling. I chose to do the signature pedicure ($44), which I wasn't originally going to do but I figured why not. My nail tech was gently and instructive for foot placement, the callus removal was gentle and not painful nor aggressive. Paint job was clean and neat.
