Something I do enjoy about this spa is that they offer a lot of different colors and services. Although, I have been a couple times and never been overly impressed with my results. My friend made and appointment for all of the bridesmaids to get our nails done before her wedding, so I decided to just do a gel manicure. 3 days after the nail appointment, half of my nails have either chipped off or lifted to the point that they have to be taken off. I am pretty upset because their manicures are not cheap. Another thing I noticed is they rush through all of it, which does ruin the experience. I have given them multiple chances and each time they get worse and worse. Would not recommend them for nail service. read more

I made an appointment for 6:00pm for myself and my boyfriend to get pedicures. I was asked to move my appointment to 6:30pm, I did. We showed up early didn't got sat after 6:30pm they started my boyfriends pedicure at 6:45pm I was still waiting until 7:00pm 30 minutes I had my feet sitting in water. So I got up and left. They offered me a $15.00 off coupon to use that's it. I understand it's something and they were busy but I was obviously upset. Made an appointment at this location today due to the other location being busy. It was my first time here and I called and made an appointment for 1:30. I walk in and check in and start looking through the colors, after a few minutes a man calls my name and takes me to his station. He was really standoffish and rude right off the bat. So I just kept to myself, didn't say much and was on my phone. He asked what shape I wanted and I said square, should be easy enough, right? He gets the set started and completely disregarded everything i said i wanted. Did a completely different shape and even cut two of my fingers so they were bleeding. He sped through the set and then told me to wash my hands (to hide the fact they were still bleeding) and went and hid in the back. Also charged me over $110 dollars for a new basic set? Worst nail experience of my life i walked out crying after staff laughed at me when i raised all of my concerns. Absolutely terrible business avoid at all costs. read more

I received a gift card so I came here to get a dip manicure. I made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes before I could be seen. My manicure was fine..so I thought. My dip only lasted 4 hours before 2 fingers cracked and chipped. I called and went back the next day and once again had to wait quite a bit. It wasn't the same person doing my nails and she did a terrible job fixing the broken nails...so I made an appointment to come back in 2 days when the original lady was back who did my nails. In the meantime...2 more nails cracked...not to mention I had 2 nails that didn't match the others from the last fix. I hated my nails so much. Went back for the third time...had to wait of course...and all was going good. Until the manager came over to the lady doing my nails and asked her to "hurry up" because other people were waiting. I tried Anthony Vince because of the great reviews and pictures I saw. My normal nail lady is on vacation so I wanted to try them out. I got dip powder and was cut twice in the process. I have almond shape nails and asked to keep the shape but to clean it up a bit from the grow out. The shape is completely uneven and crooked on all of them. The first girl to do my nails had a horrible attitude and would not speak to me. She was super lazy and hardly did anything for the removal and had another gentleman do the rest of it for her. I was extremely disappointed with me experience. On the website it said the cost of acrylics with regular polish was $39 which is not bad at all. But when I went into the salon they charged me $90. I gave them a regular polish and the woman doing my nails went and got a different polish that was gel. When I asked her about it she said it was the same thing. This happened to my friend as well. We both had never gotten our nails done so we didn't know the difference in experience between getting gel and regular polish. At the front they charged us for gel + acrylics because they had tricked us. Me and my friend are both underaged so I was really appalled that they had stolen our money like this. read more

Took my bridal party for mani-pedis and had the best preceding experience. There were six of us which fit perfectly in the pedicure pods. The massage chairs were what dreams are made of. Everyone received the AV pedicure and I got the Deluxe. Everyone was raving about the technicians and what a great job they did. The groom even joined us and they all made him feel very comfortable for his first time. Everyone was incredibly friendly, safety conscious, and really helped us all relax. read more

This is by far the worst salon I've ever been to. I just moved to Columbus so I was looking for a nice place to get my nails done, and I came here because of good reviews and a nice salon feel. I just had an acrylic/gel fill and it took an hour and fourty five minutes, I've never had a fill take longer than fourty. Not even a week after I got them done, THREE full nails was popped off in the same day. I wasn't doing anything that would make them come off, they popped off after opening the fridge and opening my trash can. I've never had full nails pop off in my life, and I've had acrylics for about six years now. I called to get them fixed, because that is completely unacceptable. I guess whoever scheduled my appointment for the next day wasn't supposed to be scheduling appointments, because the guy that fixed my nails seemed VERY inconvenienced by me being there. They also told me that they normally don't fix for free and that they're "doing me a favor". Sorry if your salon can't have nails last ONE WEEK I'm not paying for you to fix it. While they were getting fixed I kept being interrogated about who originally did my nails and who had answered the phone the day before. That being my second time in the salon ever, I obviously had no clue. That didn't stop them from questioning me though. I finally went to a different salon today to get them fixed, and my nail tech told me that i had MOLD under the acrylic that the Anthony-Vince salon had done. I have NEVER had any sort of mold or fungus on my nails EVER. If you can't have nails that don't come off/lift halfway off you shouldn't be doing nails. I cannot believe the quality that came out of that salon. It was also the most expensive fill i had ever had, coming out at $65 before tip. Insane. Never coming back. read more

I visited Anthony Vincé Nail Spa and got a pedicure, where I paid extra for OPI Infinite Shine. I was told this would make the polish last longer than usual. I get pedicures regularly and typically don't get any chips or breakage for weeks. Separately, my appointment took TWO HOURS. Traditionally at other salons, this service takes 45 min to one hour. Within a few days of getting my pedicure at Anthony Vincé, the polish on one toe completely fell off -- not a chip, just completely 100% off. This occurred on the first day of my beach vacation and I'm obviously super bummed that my pedicure is ruined already. I tried to reach out to the team about the issue and was told "it is still not a guaranteed nail polish that our salon can fix under our policy." I was excited about this salon but can't recommend the salon as my service took forever and more importantly, the quality of the product was subpar to my (fairly basic) expectations. I wanted to treat myself to a pedicure and full set of acrylics so I thought "why not Anthony Vince." I had been before for a pedicure, they do wonderful on pedicures. However, my 1st time having a full set put on from this location was a joke though. After 6 days, I had 7 nails beginning to lift, meaning my acrylic nails were beginning to pop up from the back, along where my cuticle is. My hair was getting caught in them and everything. I made an appointment to go back to have them fix it, I live 30min away but figured I paid them my money, they should be the ones fixing it. When explaining to the manager when I got there, all he did was respond with "mmhmm, mmhmm" AND THEN, the nail tech said she would just GLUE them (I DID NOT PAY FOR PRESS ONS) and when she was done, she handed me the bottle of glue and told me to keep it in case I needed it for any other ones that may lift. I have NEVER had this problem before when having acrylics. I went back to my side of town and had them fixed where I usually go and they could not believe it, especially when I told them they were done from Anthony Vince. She began to tell me of all the things that could have happened and how if moisture would have been under there what nasty things could have happened. It was so bad, she was able to just take a fake nail tip and run it between my nail and the Anthony Vince acrylic and they came right off.... The crazy manager, Lee, called me when I was 7 minutes late to my appointment. I explained that there was no parking, if your familiar with the location it's a very busy shopping mall with only two rows of parking. He proceeded to yell at me over the phone and when I finally found a spot and walked in he screamed at me in front of the entire salon full of customers. I am still in shock. I would maybe understand him being upset with me if I was 20+ minutes but seriously less than 10 minutes when you can look outside and see there is physically no where to park. Regardless, the way he handled the situation was INSANE. Screaming at a young women in front of your salon full of customers... what the hell. He looked and sounded crazy... he told me the parking lot was not his fault and it shouldn't have made me late... I honestly think that man was delusional and clinically insane. Appalled by the way this manger spoke to me.. you don't treat customers like that let alone people for that matter! Teke and Holly both are really talented nail techs, they are very nice and skilled but I won't be going back after being screamed at by the GM!
