Then ANOTHER that appeared to be about 7 people again. He also had at least 4 two tops. I couldn't see far enough behind me to expand on that count. When he did come to us, an undisclosed amount of time later, he was kind and thorough and not at all showing the stress I'm sure he was feeling. I saw only one other server the entire time we were there and I'm sure he was taking all of the tables in the dining room we couldn't see. I'm sorry I cannot remember our servers name. Both men were bald and one was wearing glasses. Ours was the one without the spectacles. He remained busy through our meal, and we enjoyed the entire thing. Burrata with prosciutto to start, and then a Wellington to split. Both were phenomenal. The drinks were amazing, even with accommodations for one ingredient I am allergic to. At one point one of our cocktail glasses was broken accidentally by someone not at our table and it felt like the entire FOH staff (all 5 of them lol) came to help clean up and make sure everything was cool. They were all so kind and had smiles on, even though I'm sure they were still too swamped to clean up the mess. Honestly, for our very first visit I'm sure I could have been upset at the wait and complained that our server was too busy, but erring on the side of caution I prefer to presume it was either an unusually busy night or someone had called out, leaving the restaurant short -staffed.
