The scrumptious texture is immaculately firm on the outside but pillowy soft and velvety smooth on the inside. My favorite part is the satisfyingly chewy bounce you get with each bite. I also love how thin the cookies are, making them easier to break apart and preventing a cookie richness overload. The taste reminds me of a naughty McD Oreo McFlurry, and little pockets of subtle salt keep the taste interesting. Chocolate Chip (4/5): This one has all the textural goodness of the cookies and cream, in addition to a chocolatey punch with a soft kiss of subtle vanilla notes.
