Awesome pizza, huge portions, and great customer service. They helped us at almost closing time - super friendly. Check this place out!

Came in on a quiet Monday, it looked clean but a lot of tables for the space so it felt a bit cluttered. We ordered the Antonia's special pizza, and waited about 10 minutes. The worker, who was very nice, carried it out to us as soon as it came out the oven. The pizza was incredible, the perfect amount of sauce and you could taste every topping individually. I will 100% come back again!

We were looking for a pizza place in SLO during our trip and decided to try this casual spot. We ordered the Meat Lovers pizza and it was actually really good ! We loved it so much! Lots of toppings and we kept wanting to eat more. There was only one person working, and he took our order, baked the pizza, and served us. He was very nice, and we really appreciated him: you don't usually get that kind of service in a setup like this.

Wow--just wow! To put this in perspective: it was 11 PM in Pismo Beach and everything was closed except fast-food spots. I decided to look a little farther and checked out San Luis Obispo, where I found this gem. First off, I really appreciate that they honor their operating hours, especially on a Wednesday night. Late-night pizza places are usually more about convenience than quality, but that was definitely not the case here. The quality of the flour and dough was excellent. I finished an entire personal pizza by myself and still felt great afterward. The sauce was well balanced and complemented the cheese and dough perfectly. The cannoli was just as impressive. The filling was sweet and delicious without being overpowering. I honestly didn't expect this level of quality from a late-night pizza spot. To top it all off, the owner was incredibly welcoming--even though I walked in at 11 PM, the service felt genuine and very hospitable. Being in the restaurant industry myself, I also noticed how well kept and clean the place was. Thank you for such a great experience on a spontaneous night!

Food was great! Great service as well. It is small, only a few tables and a bar top style bench, but the weather is lovely, so sitting outside isn't a problem. My husband got the Mexican pizza and loved it, the fresh red onions gave it that little bit of extra yummyness! I got the Chicken Pesto Pizza and it did not disappoint! The fresh veggies really made the pie pop! Don't forget to request a flavored crust when you order, you won't regret it! The cheese pull on those mozzarella sticks was awesome! I tried to get a better picture but we had already eaten them all!

Stopped in for a slice and didn't expect to have some of the best pizza I've ever had. They have a slice special for a slice and a drink for $7.99. Great deal but we regretted only getting a slice!

I wanted to love this after reading the reviews. Presentation - pizza looked good. I liked the thickness of the crust, the ingredients seemed fresh! But man, it was bland . And with so many flavorful toppings I'm genuinely surprised. I got Alfredo, bacon, garlic, chicken, artichoke hearts and red onion. I'm also incredibly disappointed in the sparse toppings - especially when looking at other photos. I paid a lot to get all the toppings and it wasn't worth the price at all. I'm willing to give it another try based on the surplus of positive reviews and hoping this was just a one off.

Not the type to write reviews but I felt like my experience was definitely underwhelming. Got a pepperoni pizza and it was absolutely drenched! Not a single slice was able to be picked up without the sauce cheese and toppings coming right off and the undercarriage/dough was extremely soggy. I only added a star because the ingredients weren't bad after scraping them off the plate and definitely could make a good pizza if made correctly! EDIT- perfect example of how NOT to respond to customers does this guy have a huge ego OR WHAT? I tried to get a slice when it was steaming fell apart waited another 15 minutes till it was way cool and still fell right apart. People like this cannot take criticism and should not be in business. The undercarriage was floppier than a drenched napkin that told me everything I needed to know. Not once did I ask for anything free including that free ranch or that 1 packet of pepper and 1 packet of cheese you provided. My apologies for not being appreciative of the 2 dollar ranch so I could dip it in my pizza that had to be scraped off my plate with a fork. If paying for ranch means you will actually provide a good pizza charge me all you want! Next time learn how to cook a pizza properly.

Still thinking about this pizza a week later my friend and I stopped in to grab a quick slice for lunch before we headed to the train station to return home, and we're so glad we did!! When we arrived, the only slices ready were cheese and pineapple but we asked if any other options were available and were informed that this white sauce + chicken slice, and pepperoni would be ready in 10 minutes. We both asked for this one and they were so kind as to prioritize running that pizza in the oven first A straightforward, no frills, pizza joint that gets the job done well?? And for only ~$6/slice?! that's Antonia's for you

We also had the pizza special of the night which had mortadella. MORTADELLA is our favorite!!!! The pizza was so light and airy we could've easily had a pizza to ourselves. ORDER the pizza!! We originally we going to do separate entrees but decided to share the Mezzi. OMG it blew us away! The flavor of the meat sauce is so delicious! You can taste an onion base and you'll want to eat a bowl of it! The past noodles were big and held the sauce so well. Everything about this entrée was above and beyond our expectation! I ate this less than 24 hours ago and I'm still talking about how amazing the dish was. Thank you for the most incredible meal of our lives! We chose the Cucina for dinner...they also have the Club next door which is not as formal, has a store of products, and some tables for eating. The Cucina has a bigger menu and tables are covered with white table cloths and linen napkins so a step up ambiance. Our server, Maricella, was very pleasant and friendly and stopped by several times throughout our meal to check on us and see if we needed anything. We started with the Caesar Salad and added Spanish Anchovy. I was not a fan of the dressing unfortunately...found it to be bland and really not like other dressings I've had. The salad itself was fresh with large chunks of romaine lettuce, a sprinkle of both ground and shaved parmesan cheese and a few (just a few!) croutons. The anchovies were tasty, not fishy in the least, but it really was the dressing that turned me off. Wife said it was "ok". I decided on the Linguine Vongole and was surprised at how many whole clams were in my bowl! The pasta is housemade and not a flat linguine or more of a rugged thick spaghetti noodle. It was cooked well and the clams were good although a few were a bit tough. I also think the sauce needs a huge boost of lemon; I had also requested no chili flake be added. Wife had the Ravioli di Zucca, which was butternut squash filled pasta with a sage and parmesan cream sauce. It was good...although I felt it was sweet, she loved it. The sauce was creamy and flavorful and the pasta was soft and filled with a nice squash filling. We ended our dinner with a shared plate of Spumoni, which was like nothing we've had before. Their Spumoni is layered with a white cake-like layer and then the typical ice creams (chocolate, pistachio, and vanilla). There was a light squeeze of the cherry topping and small chocolate chips. It was good...needs much more of the cherry topping! Family had the Nonna's Meatballs and this was fabulous! Their sauce was sooo good and had a great balance of the tomato flavored marinara sauce. Really good and next time I'll stick with something with their marinara sauce. Good meal overall and I want to try Club next time.

They have a pet friendly patio which is always a welcome amenity. Nights in SLO can be nippy -- but the patio heaters made outside dining quite comfortable. This evening's dinner: Cioppino -- the broth makes this dish, it tastes like the ocean, perfectly balanced with that patiently cooked-down acidity, crushed tomatoes, garlic, wine, and herbs. Luxuriating in this savory broth is a generous helping of clams, mussels, shrimp, and white fish. Linguine Fra Diavolo -- perfectly al dente, tossed with plump shrimp, scallops, and fresh mussels, everything coated in a velvety tomato-basil marinara sauce. Orecchiette del Campo -- more of that tomato-basil marinara, this time perfectly "cupped" by the pasta "little ears" with chicken sausages, broccoli rabe, and sun-dried tomatoes. The bruschetta came with three pieces, there were two meatballs and about six tomatoes and cheeses made the caprese. They were all delicious, but the meatballs were really good, a great homemade taste. We ordered a variety of mains: the salmon piccata, (nice size serving), baked penne (so good), Ravioli Di Ricotta (very tasty, less ricotta than the penne dish), Tortellacci Ring-shaped pasta filled with braised short ribs, served in ossobuco sauce (my favorite, paired great with the Chianti), and a penne with vodka sauce (my daughter raved about the sauce). For desert we forced ourselves to split up a bomba (Spumoni with chocolate shell) and a crème brûlée. Both were excellent, but we think we should have tried the Tiramisu because the menu said something about prepared table side. We arrived and the hard working hostess sat us at a table for two. I wasn't thrilled with the table as it backed up to the order register so I felt like I had someone always standing over me. Our hostess quickly brought us waters and we began to wait. We probably sat for a good 15 minutes and we were ready to leave, however, Jaime saved the day as he approached our table and quickly made amends. There were other servers working but they seemed really lost or not interested in helping us. There were a lot of other large tables dining around us so I understand why we (a table of two) did not stand out. You never know who you are ignoring though. We quickly made our choices and selected Mama's Meatballs for an appetizer and we were excited to try the Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina served in a pizza crust nest. Jamie did everything he could to take care of us, but he was slammed. He made sure to drop off an order of their garlic knots which were tasty. The meatballs arrived and the flavors were very good which made us excited for the main dish. I found the gnocchi to be somewhat disappointing. The gnocchi itself was good but the pizza nest should have had the sauce poured over it with maybe some seasoning and cheese. The pizza nest was dry and just unappealing. We probably should have ate more meatballs. Overall our experience here was very mediocre (3.5) between the service not being up to par and the food being just ok. I appreciate Jamie doing his very best but he could have used some help from the other servers. I will give a huge shout out to the hostess (wish I knew her name) as she hustles. She was clearing tables and setting up for new customers and really going above and beyond. Will I be back? Probably not but glad we got to try the meatballs.

I was first introduced to this place by one of my colleagues in our industry. We decided to hold a speaker program here, and it turned out to be a brilliant choice. My second visit was just as enjoyable, and I would highly recommend the following dishes: - Bruschetta - Mozzarella Caprese - Calamari Fritti (a bit spicy) - Insalata Café Roma - Orecchiette con Cime di Rapa, Salsiccia, e Pecorino (this dish resonates with me since orecchiette originated in the region of my family's heritage) - Osso Buco alla Milanese - Scampi Piccata - Salmone Alla Griglia When it comes to dessert, here's what I would recommend: - Caffe Affogato - Spumoni Ice Cream covered in a chocolate shell You may wonder why I chose these. The Caffe Affogato and spumoni are what we, as true Italians, consider authentic. Tiramisu, while delicious, is a non-traditional dessert that was invented much later.
