I have been a customer fairly regularly for years at this business and after today, will never again give them my business. If the pizza isn't over cooked and greasy, it's extremely stingy on the cheese and they nickel and dime you for any extra sauce for wings or a small grated cheese. Seriously?! It's convenient so I've been a repeat customer, but my pick up order tonight was so light on cheese, the sauce was practically all you saw on top and basically just tasted the dough. Very disappointed to say the least. When I called them to let them know, the owner took the phone and just replied.. okay and hung up on me. What a Disgusting way to treat a customer. I'm a sucker for a good mom and pop spot that knows how to treat people. The staff here is very friendly and are always good with the kiddies. The food is bomb. Pizzas, meatball app, chicken franchese, or lasagna, doesn't matter what you order, it's all good. Just be careful with the garlic bread.... it's addicting! read more

I always order from Antonio's because they have the best pizzas in town and their staff are cool people. I have been a regular customer for a couple of years now. They are always awesome but today they have given me one more reason why I should never order pizzas elsewhere. I placed a pickup order but when I went to pick it up my son fell asleep in the car. It had been a long day for him and I did not want to wake him up so I called and asked if I could receive a curbside service. Absolutely! They said. I waited for my pizza to be ready and when they brought it to me, the very nice gentleman told me it was on the house and asked God to bless me for being a good father. I don't know any other pizza place that care for people like that. I'm so sorry to post such a bad review! We went to this restaurant for this first time and we thought we were in the twilight zone. We sat for over an hour to be served just a salad. We had to ask for it. And when the server brought it, she said, 'wow you all have great memories.' Not really miss. We are just hungry! I ordered a beer on draft as well and we also had to get up and ask for it after I waited 25 minutes for it. My daughters pizza (cheese) was good but the others dishes were so-so. We were there for 2.5 hours. We barely saw our server and the place was far from busy. Sorry to say we won't be back. Maybe it was a fluke (hoping so) because we love to support non restaurant chains. But it definitely made us use our patience... And we had our young kids with us. With their traditional cheese pizza, the crust is slim and tender, well-cooked yet not overly crispy. The chain adds spices that give the pizza a unique taste. Their Sicilian pizza, much thicker, is similar tasting yet more filling, and is more suitable for large families. As other reviewers have noted, the pizza quality is consistent. Horrible customer service. Insisted I ordered mushrooms on my pizza. I avoid mushrooms at all costs! I order philly cheese steaks and always have them hold the mushrooms! But this order taker insisted that not only did I order mushrooms but she repeated it twice. Didn't happen. Then I ask to speak to a manager and he says "yeah I heard her repeat it twice." Let's see... I ordered for delivery and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour then I get a call telling me that it would be an additional 30min to an hour! Sorry but 2 hrs is way too long to get a pizza delivered! When I asked the guy on the phone if he was serious he was completely unapologetic about it and like " yes!" On a side note i went in once and ordered a Greek salad and I was brought a salad with no olives! Last time I checked olives were an integral part of a Greek salad but apparently they ran out. I think it would have been nice if they had informed me before putting it on the table.... I don't know, the jury is still out on this place based more on service than anything else. read more

Absolute gem of a restaurant!! Nice local pizza place with the feeling of a family hang-out. This was certainly a Friday evening go-to for me and my boys when my wife was out of town, but just recently they went above and beyond to be a wonderful establishment (I'll get to the story in a little bit). The pizza is always hot and fresh (enjoyed both eat-in and carry out) and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Now, to the story which puts this place above the rest (and the reason they have earned my loyalty). I recently hosted a group of 16 young Scouts from around the country to enjoy a week sailing around the Keys. We wanted to find someplace to have a great, memorable final meal where we could enjoy company, food, and present awards and achievements. Many places in the area couldn't/ wouldn't take 16+ youth or just wouldn't call back. My wife went to visit Antonio's and had the pleasure of meeting the owner. Not only did he tell her about different catering options, but then offered a discount for the group, if we just ordered off the primary menu. What a wonderful concession. He wrote a personal note to his staff (in case he wasn't there). We showed up, the staff were informed and happy to serve such a big, energetic party. They bent over backwards to accommodate us, the food was wonderful and fast, and everyone completely enjoyed the experience. I could not have asked for anything more from a family-type establishment. It felt like family. And they most certainly have earned my respect and loyalty. Check them out!!!! The experience is well worth it!! read more

Amazing pizza. Great staff. Very kid friendly restaurant. They even let kids make their own pizza on certain days. Im a pizza-eating fiend. Eaten pizza at many places ranging from Chicago to the tri-state area. I also lived in New York City for 17 years, where pizza was a staple. I've been to many, many pizza shops throughout the 5 boroughs. This epitomizes my personal favorite pizza, Brooklyn style. Phenomenal dough, great cheese, just the right amount of sauce, and perfectly cooked. My kids love it too. My 4 year old son now screams "I want Antonio's pizza!" every Friday. read more

I have been going to Antonio's forever. Since I can remember I have been eating or taking-out from this neighborhood Italian establishment. This isn't a place you go on a date, but it is a great lunch and dinner spot. The pizza is always consistent and I have never had a complain about the quality. Locally, I would say they have one of the best pizzas. If pizza isn't your thing I recommend the chicken parmigiana sandwich or the meatball sandwich. The service is usually always friendly and pretty attentive. What this place lacks in ambiance it makes up for in local quality. I have been going to this neighborhood restaurant for many years and it has consistently been excellent. I usually get takeout, but when we eat in, the service is excellent. The portions are large and the food is delicious. My favorite dish is the seafood combo. It is a huge portion of spaghetti covered with shrimp, clams, calamari and scungilli in a delicious red sauce. It comes with soup or salad and garlic rolls. The lunch specials are great also - large portions for a low price. I highly recommend Antonio's! read more

I'll give you guys three stars. Would have been four but your pepperoni brand is leaving ginormous amounts of oil after it cooks down. I know an old Italian guy Up North that cooks down his pepperoni partially before using for pizza. Throws a bunch on a cookie sheet and then places in prep pan. Today was the last time, I ordered my usual small calzone with spinach and black olives. It came to my door uncooked!!! The dough was not cooked at all!! I love my pizza with red wine vinegar (not vinagrette) to give it that extra sweet kick and the employees look at me crazy when I ask them for a side of it. They always bring back vinagrette . I am going to carefully give Antonio's Pizza-rant a three star rating. The reason it is not higher is because the service was not good. There were many young waiters in this location and in my experience yesterday, the waitress was very inexperienced that she got my order wrong for no reason! She was nice and apologized as she took the wrong order back to the kitchen. My guest ordered chicken parmesan and I ordered chicken franchese. She brought out two chicken parmesan's. She left the pasta there on the table which had the red sauce (this would have been for me, except it had red sauce). I began to eat it. My guest's order was correct so he began to eat too. She took full blame for her error, however, now I had to wait 25 more minutes for the meal I ordered, to come out! It took a while so that was disappointing. By the time my order came out my guest had finished his meal and I politely asked the waitress for some "Togo" boxes. I was ready to leave. When she bought my meal, she brought three big chicken franchese's with no franchese pasta in. She proceeded to tell me that it comes with red sauce and if I wanted franchese pasta, I needed to ask for it. Really? So I didn't get any franchese pasta. The chicken tasted fine but the service ruined the experience. I won't go back. It was so late at this point that everyone was sweeping and obviously cleaning up the store to close. It sucks that my simple order took so long and in the end I got a half done meal because I didn't get any franchese pasta. I don't even like red sauce pasta, thats why I didn't order it!! I also didn't get to eat with my guest, Nothing was taken off our bill for her mistake, which something should have been free. It takes them close to half an hour to make a pizza. When I get there to pick up my order, they have the order all wrong. Instead of apologizing, they blame the customer and insist they did not get the order wrong and that is what we ordered. The so called manager (the one making the pizzas) can't even speak English and is very rude! What a waste of time and of course I left empty handed! If you want amazing pizza and great service you should go to John The Baker! They know how to treat their customers right! Never had a problem there! read more
