DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. They dropped multiple already filled boxes spilling the contents. When we got to the destination the movers took all the wrapping and stuffed my trashcans so that the trash pickup cant even dump out the trash due to how much sticky plastic wrap was jammed into my cans. This company has great value, great prices, and so easy to book appointments. I texted them for an appointment and with questions and I got very prompt replies. I even texted instructions and information and everything was in order on the move day. They got the right addresses, they sent 2 people and 1 big truck which was so convenient and affordable compared to moving car load by car load. I had to move a piano and it was $100 extra but they did a great job and carefully moved it. They have a sturdy ramp to get to their truck. They speak English and are on time and even early most of the time. They were patient and have a mild demeanor of focused work. They have a contract on the phone and clear payments. The movers were great however, a lot of stuff broke. We had a record player that was smashed into the top to make it fit and it completely broke. Not to mention we only hired them for heavy lifting purposes. They front loaded our tongue of the 24 ft trailer we provided and because of that we had to switch moving vehicles and leave our travel trailer behind costing us an extra $1400 to hire a hot shot guy to tow it. I was completely frustrated and wish we would've had friends do the job. Word of advise if you are hiring these guys, mark items fragile and babysit where they go. Also if you are providing the moving trailer make sure they evenly distribute weight properly. read more
