10/10 for the atmosphere! They've created a hidden tropical oasis in Cape Cod! Cocktails are strong - we had the Mai tai and Lapu Lapu. Both drinks were fruity and sweet but the Lapu Lapu was balanced by deeper herbal undertones from the bitters. The tuna poke bowl was fresh and filling. I loved the crunchy tarot chips it came with. Cocktails were AMAZING! We got the frozen margarita and cherry social (the request to sub vodka for gin was allowed) and were phenomenal. We could've drank them like water. This is the place to go. It takes you away from the "basic" Chattam street and the clean beach culture. This was exactly what my party was looking for. It's tucked behind a couple buildings and it makes you feel like you're walking into the jungle! The food was so amazing, I could eat there every day. The drinks were also fun and good! Use caution, hours posted on their website are not correct. It says open until midnight and we arrived at around 7:50pm. The hostess told us they stop seating at 8pm. I pointed out that it wasn't yet 8pm and asked if we'd be able to get a table to which she rolled her eyes and brought a waitress over and said we'd have to get our order in right then before we were seated or had seen a menu. Really enjoyed our experience here! Alcoholic Tiki cocktails are all about $16. They also have some NA options. I LOVED their take on a piña colada which included ube, so it ended up being purple. My love had an awesome cocktails called Smiles with mezcal, yellow chartreuse and Aperol, which was a striking Jack O lantern color. So cool! Atmosphere is so festive and fun you don't even feel like you're in Chatham anymore. Cool Tiki stuff all over- see photos. While our server was initially very nice and solicitous, service declined right as we were ready to leave and we had to prompt him to cash us out. What a great respite from the typical Cape fare and the heat and crowds of Main Street on a hot summer day! The location, hidden down an alley off of Main Street, is perfectly shaded and a cool, comfortable spot to enjoy some seriously delicious food and drink. We enjoyed the Calamansi frozen margaritas, a tangy twist of the traditional cocktail. The hibiscus salt rim was a unique addition. All of our food was very fresh and super flavorful - lumpia, red bean and pork bun, plantains (wonderfully caramelized exterior), pork belly tacos, Hawaiian chicken sandwich (with smoked chicken!), and quite possibly the best poke bowl I've ever had on the East Coast! I judge a Filipino place on its lumpia (egg rolls of the gods) and if those are good, everything will be good. I've also had their Pinoy burger (new to me but has an adobo flavor that I would eat 7 days a week). My friend gave me a taste of his Pork Belly Sisig tacos... amazing. This place is a little hidden so you are going to have to look for it. It's in a little back alley, just keep your eyes open for the sign. Once you get to the back it's like a little oasis. Yeah so I went and couldn't wait to get out of there. Nothing great to say at all really. On Main Street is a greeter and then inside a hostess who will seat you. Mind you I was by myself. Just wanted a quick bite and drink. Layout is weird with cheap tables and frankly a lot of unused space with other areas cramped. Was seated an awkward lounge area. Arrived at 3:00 and at 3:15 when I got my drink was told that they are closing at 3:30 for a private party. So no food unless I wanted to inhale it. Was not informed by greeter nor the hostess. Was nearly impossible to close my tab and stuck waiting uncomfortably at the bar. Drink was okay I guess. Now this isn't a totally pass but go with a few people maybe. Went here tonight for the first time and was delighted! Everything we had was excellent. We started with the little gem salad, then split the bistek, chicken skewers and pork tacos. This was the right amount of food for two people. The cocktails were tasty and well-executed. We tried the Frozen Blue Hawaiian, Frozen Calamansi Margarita, and the Snowy Owl Espresso Martini. Everything we ordered felt creative and thoughtful, as well as fresh and enjoyable. The atmosphere is just right: grass umbrellas above every table, a classic tiki-theme bar, etc. Can't say that tiki and Filipino are typically found together, but Aplaya made the combo work.
