Yea I literally just walked into the Apple Store with my boyfriend in hopes to buy a MacBook. We walked in with 10 minutes till close... Knowing what we wanted to buy and all the accessories that we wanted to get with it. We literally weren't even going to take 10 minutes. The only thing that would possibly take the longest would be ringing us up! We knew when the store was closing and we both have worked in the service industry... So we get it! Staying later after hours is sometimes a pain in the ass. But no one even bothered to come up and great us! Not only that, every employee stared at us and there were only 3 employees with customers and the rest of them were just talking amongst each other and glaring. I was appalled. I know the feeling of wanting to get off work so badly and only having 5-10 min until you lock the gates. But when a customer walks in and it's not that time yet to lock up the doors then personally I help anyone that walks in before close even when there a minute till. Because just like tonight I know how it feels to just be ignored on purpose and not even be greeted or asked if we have questions or what we are looking for-or-if we are looking for anything in particular.... And if we are just looking to look at what they have then maybe you should let us know nicely that "oh okay, well just to let you know we are closing at 9pm so if you have any questions before then I'll be right here." But since all of those people that were working tonight sucked and defiantly didn't give good or even ok service.... My boyfriend and I will never come to this location again even when it's the closest one to us.... We don't mind driving an extra 30 minutes just to get better service. read more

I have been to the 'New Look' store three times now. It is the most 'un-apple' experience ever. Confusing, frustrating, unorganized. People walking in through all doors, some have associates there some don't. People mushed together from two lines while out of nowhere another Associate shows up and randomly picks someone to help. I finally make it to the front after :10 minutes, Apple Associate: 'Well we're busy now can you walk around the mall for three hours till we text you'? Me: Uh, No how about tomorrow ? Apple Associate Nope. My next opening is Friday (4 days from now) Me: 'Seriously'? Ok put me on the list and text me'. Ok. I leave the mall then return 3 and a half hours later to wait on the unorganized line for :10 more minutes. Apple Associate: 'ok just go over there and sit on those boxes and someone will come to you'. Me: ok so I go sit down with other confused people. And the guy says; ' ok we are getting ready for this class on this remote control Star Wars robot'. Me: I have a technical problem with my phone. Apple associate: it's ok someone will help you. :10 minutes goes by and I'm frustrated. I flag down an associate who looks like she lost her customer. Me: can you help me? Apple associate: sure, I'm with someone but, what's your name? Me: my name. Apple associate looking around: ok what's the problem? I just can't believe what happened to this company. I LOVE THIS APPLE STORE! I went in because my daughter had erased iPhoto, taking with it my entire photo library! I was devastated & crying all night trying to recover them! There was something like 10000 photos! So, after being up till 3am, I took it in. (I had recently upgraded to a Macbook Pro so this 4yr old Macbook was my children's). I was told they wouldn't be able to get me in till the afternoon... but, upon hearing my problem the (WONDERFUL) employee who has seen us since day 1, took me to the desk to see what was wrong. He asked to take it in the back & returned a little while later with all my photos & iPhoto restored! I LOVE THEM! My family & I have always made all of our purchases here... And, we have between us the entire line of products. The store is busy, but, there is always someone to help me. But, the purchase is just a small part of it, it is the customer service afterwards, that makes them truly excellent. I have gone in many times with problems, as has my family & they are always able to help. There have been times with a family member that we were there every week! But, they are always so patient with us. & that is what keeps us coming back to Apple & this store! read more

Very disappointing experience at the Apple Store. I came in for my appointment to fix my mom's phone, which is under my business account in my name. While another employee was helping me, an employee named Juan suddenly jumped in and accused me of possibly having a stolen phone. I asked to speak to a manager, and a Genius Lead named Mark came over. While I was explaining what happened, Juan interrupted again and told me not to lie and not to put words in his mouth right in front of the manager. When I asked for his name, he said he didn't care. Very good experience. I walked in at about 5:30 pm on a Monday and it wasn't too busy other than in the back near the Genius Bar and stuff but I made my way over to the Apple Watches, which I was purchasing that day, and was greeted nicely by the man that helped me. I told him I came in for a watch and he immediately offered for me to try it on. I did since I hadn't before. He compared the size I was getting to the size of his own for a comparison. Asked me which one I was looking for and had it brought out. The person who brought it out also introduced himself and thanked me for my business. Before leaving he told me if I had any questions or concerns to come back in and they'd be happy to help. read more

The Arrowhead store staff is horrible. The supposed manager also needs customer service training. But when the manager is rude and condescending I suppose that explains why the overall culture of this store is but a reflection of the manager. As I read the reviews I see others have been upset by the lack of customer service at this store. Store owner needs to invest into CS training. As a secret shopper I can tell you the 2 men I interacted with should merely be fired. What an embarrassment to have these men representing your store. Don't bother making an appointment if they ask you to. The store is way too busy to actually keep the appointment anywhere near the time you are given. If this were a restaurant scheduling a reservation they didn't keep they would be closed for business pretty quick. Horrible service. Had a appointment for my AirPods not working. Sat there for a hour and a half for them to run tests and tell me it's not working. sure enough I have warranty but they told me I would have to send them in because their system can't read the serial number. They don't seem like they know what they are doing. They messed up multiple times and wasted my times. Never again will I go here read more

Worst birthday ever! Took my macbook in for a simple software update. Guy said 45min and I had 1:30pm appointment. After spending my birthday with my 2 boys at the apple store. They gave me my laptop back with a fried hardrive and "sorry man it happens". WHAT!!! I spoke to the manager until 4pm and left with a broken computer and a mental note to NEVER return or purchase another apple product! read more

I had an excellent experience at Apple Arrowhead. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire visit smooth from start to finish. This is the first review I've ever written. Just came back from the Apple Store at Arrowhead. Adam at the Genius Bar did an exellent job at resolving the issues with my iPOD Touch 4th Gen. Only few shops of this kind know how to satisfy the customers, that is why I cannot think about a better service from them. I had a short tour to this shop for a battery for a y mobile phone but alas! They could not serve me that so I am not exactly satisfied and not dissatisfied with them. Why would anyone go for help at the Apple Store when MacMedia is around the corner with excellent staff and extremely courteous help.

Love the products and love the customer service both in store and over the phone. I cannot wait for the newest products every year!
