This is definitely one of the biggest and the prettiest Apple stores I have been to in LA . They have all the current phones and iPads and everything you ever needed as far as Apple products go! It's a great place to learn, they even have classes! I highly recommend brushing up on your computer skills! I always have a great experience at any Apple Store I go into. The staff is very well trained and accommodating especially at this particular location, which was super busy when I was there a couple weeks ago, 6/27. The Apple genius managed to make time to help me and answer a few questions without an appointment.

Wonderful store! Stopped in because I needed a charger for my Apple Watch and the lady that helped me was fabulous. Also used my "find my" to tell me what version iPad I had so I could get the correct case for it.

We came for a charger for iPhone 14 for my aunt and they were very fast, I would say this is the biggest Apple Store in LA, they have like 40 workers here and we also wanted a charger for an iPad 10.2 and they don't sell is any longer :(

To be clear the 5 star review is for Eric S and Eric S only! Eric S. and Richard (an older Caucasian man, description due to not knowing last name; he was terrible) were the main staff I interacted with during my visit to the Apple Store on 1/1/26. I arrived right when they opened, so that I could have my phone repaired. Eric S. greeted me right away and checked me in. He handed my ticket to Richard and sent me to the back to wait for further assistance.Once Richard had my ticket, everything went downhill. He never spoke to me, just took my ticket and walked around the store, completely ignoring me. I sat there feeling uncomfortable, and had to ask another team member what was going on. I've honestly never experienced such bad service. When I came back to pick up my phone, Eric S. checked in with me. I told him about what happened, how I saw Richard walking around with my ticket and not assisting me. Eric went above and beyond to help me, even though he was heading to lunch and didn't have to stop. He really saved the experience. Huge thanks to Eric S. for being professional and kind. I just hope no other customer has to deal with Richard, because the lack of communication and respect was unacceptable.

Beautiful Apple Store at The Grove! It's next to Nordstrom at the north end . Stunning selection and visuals ! I look forward to coming back soon . Plenty of parking in the parking garage and a very nice mall in LA!!

The Temple of Nature and Technology.

I admit, when I first saw the Apple Store at The Grove I was pretty impressed. With it's glass doors, 70 foot ceiling and rows of live trees it looks like a combination of a human terrarium and a temple to the coexistence of nature and technology. Now, I'm am most definitely an Apple person: I'm not a zealot, but my MacBook and iPhone (and various other devices over the years) are essential tools to me. A few days ago, my MacBook had a problem with the screen. I have no idea what happened, but the entire screen was dead. So, I brought it to the Genius Bar. Now, I've brought devices to the Genius Bar before...my old Macbook gave up the ghost after four good years and I was able to buy a new MacBook and have all my data transferred in a day. Until this visit, I'd always visited the Apple Store closest to me: the one in Glendale Galleria. And I'd never been disappointed. However, here the repair took four days and even though my device was ready at 1pm today, I wasn't informed of it until after 6pm. And I had been looking at my phone hourly to see when I could grab it. So, while this place looks great, it's Genius Bar could use a little work.

Milanese loop is unraveling, sharp edge CUT ME DRAWING BLOOD

Regarding repair # Repair Number: R693828161 They are making me jump through hoops to get a Milanese loop that is UNRAVELING and CUT ME, DRAWING BLOOD replaced. The band is actually UNRAVELING on the right hand and is SHARP. I went to Santa Monica to get it fixed and they said they were going to replace it but I have to come pick it up. I told them I wanted to pick up at the Grove. Then I realized what a pain it would be to have to drive there, park, pay for parking (they don't validate) and told them I wasn't up for it because I was not feeling up to. Now that I feel better and am ready to fix this before my travels, they told me the repai order has been closed and I have to come in and ask for a replacement AGAIN! It is SUCH a hassle to have to go and park there and pay for parking, its literally 1+ hours of my time each time and I'll have to do it TWICE. I literally cannot understand why they can't just mail me a replacement because I have to PAY FOR PARKING AND SPEND AN HOUR OF MY TIME EACH TIME AND I'LL HAVE TO DO IT TWICE. They are lucky I don't sue them because this defective brand CUT ME. Its literally unsafe to wear! Fix it and MAIL me a replacement. I don't have time to drive and pay for parking TWICE because your product is DEFECTIVE.

went in to pick up our newest toy - a desktop for our office. there was a line out the store to get in, pickup line was much shorter. it wasn't super quick, but I also wasn't in there all day. service was fair. hate that they don't validate even after making a 2k + purchase.

The biggest one I have ever been to, and not by choice, lol. My friend and I were walking around, and he said I HAD to look inside, so I did. As most of you know, I am a proud green bubble and have been for my entire cell phone owning life. He, however, is an apple freak, and he is one of those friends who continuously clowns me to get an apple phone. Well, that's not happening in this lifetime, and certainly not in the next, lol! I will say that this store is huge, and it's definitely a spot for all you apple lovers. Look up when you go in. It's like being in a museum! No one greeted us when we went in, but that's probably a good thing. You should check it out if you're at The Grove.

Why is it impossible to get anything done/fixed on your first visit. All Apple Store are trash but this one seems particularly useless.

The man who "helped" me upgrade my phone is an absolute SNAKE. Here's what happened: I see on AT&T that I'm eligible for a free upgrade. I go into the store to make sure getting a new iPhone won't mess up my bill or my plan, and if the phone is truly free. He says it wont, and I say great I'm going to the Apple store. He says, please I get commission if you go through me. I decide to throw him a bone. Biggest mistake ever. This SNAKE then proceeds to tell me that he can actually save me money with a new plan. I was paying $160, he says he can get me down to $120. Then he says I'm in luck because its Black Friday and I can get a free line and a free phone, and that actually makes my bill less. I told him I don't really need another phone or line but he convinces me this is the best deal. He instructs me to go home to transfer my phone and then to come back so they can mail my old phone back to make the new phone free. I go back. The printer is broken, they can't mail it themselves. Fine, I'll do it myself. Cut to AT&T gets my old phone. They don't give me a credit because the new plan he forced me into doesn't accept trade ins. Now my bill is $178! I go back in. They claim to do a manager override. That does nothing. Then I go back in, and an assistant manager (he was actually nice) gets on the phone with corporate to get me my credit and to place me on an eligible plan. The new bill will be $155. Why is my next bill $214. I call corporate AT&T. The lady on the phone was like the original person you talked to straight up lied to you. Your original plan was the better deal. That second free phone isn't free at all, its $600. They still didn't credit the phone I mailed back so thats another $1000. They escalate me to fix it. The clown on the phone says "there is nothing we can do." I tried to cancel AT&T but then I owe for the devices. I am going back tomorrow. It is now my main mission in life to get this SNAKE fired. I tried to warn the other unsuspecting customers that they were about to get screwed over, but they won't believe me until it happens to them. NEVER EVER AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Karma will get this snake. Hope his commission keeps his sad punk a$$ warm at night.

When I called AT&T, I was informed the deal is only available to customers 55 and older, which no one disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I returned to the store to request a return, but Hamilton refused. He also declined to provide his last name, would not connect me with a manager, and denied me access to the store restroom. I now have to spend additional time contacting AT&T to cancel a service I was misled into purchasing and arrange to ship the device back -- all on my day off. This is a serious customer service and ethics issue. Management needs to review this interaction and take appropriate action.

This shop charged me $150 to replace my screen and claimed they were installing an OEM replacement, which turned out not to be accurate. Within seven hours of the repair, the screen was no longer sitting flush with the phone, the display stopped working, and my phone began overheating severely and shutting off periodically. I took the phone back to the store, but the owner wasn't there. I explained everything to the sales associate, and he told me there was nothing they could do because they couldn't guarantee the phone would work properly after the repair. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I then requested that they reinstall my original screen, and they did--but they still refused to refund my money. The customer service was also disappointing. While they weren't disrespectful to me personally, I watched them argue with and speak very disrespectfully to an elderly woman who was trying to get help. It was completely unprofessional. I would not waste my time or my money at this business. I highly recommend going directly to Apple instead, which is exactly what I did. Apple charged me essentially the same price, provided a 90-day warranty, and even extended it for an additional three months. Save yourself the frustration and go to Apple. This place is a joke.
