I have been eating at Applebee's for years and have never really had a bad meal. However, on this last visit I ordered a veggieburger and it was completely disgusting. I do not normally complain but because it was so bad I had to. The waitress was very professional and apologetic. She even removed the meal from my bill and gave me a baked potato. She also thought it was important that the manager knows about this. After speaking to the manager and discussing the lack of items on the menu for vegan/vegetarian and patrons he said that it would probably be better that I contact corporate because they would probably listen to me more than they would listen to him. This kind of felt like a cop out and that he was passing the buck. Come on dude, it's a simple email to the upper management with some simple suggestions. Applebee's is a huge chain and there are over 16 million vegan/vegetarian's now in the US. That's a large amount of people that are left out and not considered. read more

We were very happy with this location. Got the boneless wings, hot of course. And the chicken quesadilla. This is the first time trying the tomato and basil soup, very good taste. My wife's friend got the wedge salad, sorry I took her to the market broiler, so she said it was not that good, but good. Her kids enjoyed their lunch, I believe a cheeseburger and fries and a turkey sandwich and fries. Everyone enjoyed their food. Server was on point. This restaurant is very inconsistent with their steaks. My husband and I have ordered to-go a few times and have been disappointed in our steaks every time so we've decided to just stop trying. I like mine medium-well and it's usually way past well! My husband orders his medium and his is usually cooked well. The food here at Applebee's has improved drastically over the last year. The service here is also impeccable. We had a small problem with the kids meal we ordered and the manager Ted came over within 2 minutes and apologized and instantly made it right and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy. Monika, our server has helped us many times and has become one of the reasons we continue to visit. There are multiple servers that are absolutely great. This place was a hoot! A couple of friends and I went out last night as a spur of the moment thing and we decided to come here. All I can say without saying too much is that this place is fantastic. The people are ALL friendly. Everyone was talking to us and making sure that we were having a good time. Even when they "messed" up they were super cool about it. They walked by us and I questioned whether they had our food or not, but they came back and were really funny about it. That's service. That is enjoying your job or at least having a good time where everyone around you enjoys your company. The food was delicious! We ordered the spinach artichoke dip, mozzarella sticks, three-cheese chicken penne, and the chicken tenders basket. They were all warm and it was a greatly prepared meal joined by fantastic service. When we arrived we waited for a host to seat us down we did not like that but understood it was busy. Also it was a long wait to just get our drinks so we were ready for them to take our drink and food order. It was nice of the manager to come check on us. But we still waited 20 min later they came with the drinks and 1 appetizer. 30 minutes later she still hasn't came to out table to ask how we are doing or if we were ready for our check. We went here for years. I loved a glass of KJ Chardonnay and the lime chicken was great. They discontinued that wine "People ALWAYS want that one". I went here on May 4, 2019 and for one the waitress was slow but nice. I was waiting about 20 minutes to place my order, and roughly another 20 (at least) to receive the drink. Dinner that would normally take roughly an hour for my boyfriend and I took almost 3 and not because we were talking a lot after our meal. Other than this, the chicken here DO NOT EAT IT. I'm currently throwing up everything in my stomach, fever, chills, all the good stuff from god poisoning and my boyfriend ate everything that I did except the chicken (which I was warned about by his mother but I forgot). We only come here once or twice a year to support the kid's school. Service is slow, unfriendly and off putting. Food is mediocre at best. Wait time for our food is usually over an hour. It's also hard to enjoy anything when you can hear everyone around you complaining and the manager trying to console them. read more

Awful. Awful. Awful. need MAJOR improvement. My husband and I went for the second time to see if things have changed and they haven't. We got sat down as soon as we entered but 20 mins pass by and no waitress to greet us and offer drinks. The manager needs to be changed or step it up. I have really enjoyed the food here on the several times my husband and I have visited. There was only 1 time I had to ask for my burger to be cooked more fully (I prefer well done). I must concur that the servers can sometimes seem overwhelmed, but busy is also a good thing. I'm not sure I would trust a restaurant that had nobody there. The worst place ever. The food was over cooked and the service was bad. Our server Ciara was nice in the beginning but changed throughout our visit. We were there celebrating but that turned out to be a drag. Then to top it off the manager came over and addressed us only which made us feel like we were being pointed out and yet no other customers there were never addressed the way we were. Never again would I go to a Applebee's in the future. I only went there because I was given a gift card but that place is bad news.
