Tonight I took my family to the Applebee's on Sierra Lakes Parkway. Our meal was tremendous, but our waitress Blanca M was fantastic. She made our dining experience special and very fun. She's a great waitress and a great person. We enjoyed our visit there very much so we will be going back just because of her. I had the mushroom onion, Swiss cheeseburger and fries which was fantastic. My daughter had a prime rib sandwich and it was fantastic. I asked them if I could have some of the anju dipping sauce for my burger and it made the burger so incredible. We came for dinner and had to wait a bit although there was plenty of seating in the bar. They sat us in the family dining area even though we requested the bar to watch games. Seating is so close you can literally feeling the person person behind you beyond the conversation! All you can eat food choices were good but after the first serving they get smaller!! My daughter and I went in yesterday for lunch specifically for their all you can eat shrimp, wings and riblets around 2pm. We were seated right away by the host. Our server Karen was so sweet and attentive! Our food came out hot and fresh & she was very attentive on putting in our second round when we were about half way done with our first. I like coming to this particular Applebees cause it's always clean. Staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The service is quick and food is delivered fast to your table. They have a good selection of food and drinks on the happy hour menu. Parking lot is big you will always find a parking. read more

1 1/2 minute read: First time visit to APPLEBEE's. My wife and I were driving home and she got hungry. We were near APPLEBEES, so I suggested we try them out, she agreed and the rest is history. Going West on the 210, we were approaching Sierra Parkway, so SIRI said to take it, then turn Right at the light, then Left, at the next light, then Left (again) at the next. It was a busy time. We had to park at the next door lot of CHASE BANK. We were cordially greeted, we waited 5 minutes, were seated and we ordered. Jocelyn asked for the 1/2 rack of BPB-Ribs, and I chose the Rib-Eye. Everything went very well I didn't ask the Hostess her name but she was fabulous. The menu items all looked gr8. Went in the other day with my family and was not happy with Jessica's service at all. Definitely will not be going back.

Jessica provided some of the worst service I've experienced. She was dismissive, didn't seem to pay attention when we spoke to her, and had a very disrespectful attitude. We had to repeatedly ask for things because she wasn't attentive, and it honestly felt like we were bothering her. The entire experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. Definitely not the kind of service I expect when going out to eat. read more

A close friend invited us here for a Cub Scout Fundraising Breakfast on 11/3/2024 from 8am to 10am in support of Pack 103 Rialto. The following breakfast was served at the fundraising: 3 Small Pancakes 2 Sausage Links Scramble Eggs Orange Juice or Coffee The restaurant is nice and clean. The services were impeccable. Every minute, they would ask us if we needed anything, any refills, how was our foods, etc. Never had service this good! I enjoyed my time here. The breakfast was delicious! I came to this Apple Bee's for a fundraiser for boy and girl scouts. Some of my Yelpie friends joined as well. It was a great event. For every ticket purchase, it came with pancakes, eggs, and bacon plus orange juice. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was clean and organized. What a great venue for a fundraiser! For many years running strong Applebees serves its community bringing that eatin' good to the neighborhood. Met up with a group of UFO friends. A big thank you to the wolves and bears in pack 103 and all other scouts supporting this pack. These young men and women were hustling! What attentive service and care for all of the guests that day. We indulged in their speed and prompt delivery of coffee, OJ, breakfast, sugar, the white one then the pink one, cream and extra napkins, another fork, ketchup, hot sauce and more napkins. A prefixed menu of sausage, scrambled eggs and pancakes with butter & syrup. A perfect Sunday morning breakfast. The restaurant is located in the Sierra Lakes Marketplace next to Lowe's. Large parking area clean and spacious restaurant. Great for breakfast fundraisers or special occasions. Stopped by this place for a lunch gathering, and the burger-fry-drink combo for $9.99 did not disappoint. The burger was juicy, the fries were a great portion, and the service was amazing. Stopped by Applebee's and was actually surprised by how good everything came out. I ordered the breaded chicken over fettuccine alfredo, and it was cooked well the chicken had a nice crunch without being dry, and the pasta was creamy and seasoned just right. The breadstick was fresh and warm too. I also tried one of their drink flights; the flavors were solid and a fun add-on. Customer service was smooth and friendly. Worst food I've had in a long time and extremely disappointing when you're looking forward to eating. The croutons were stale, the shrimp smelled bad, the Ceasar was disgusting and tasted like egg. The worst thing of my visit was that when I ordered my entree , the first time I received it, it was ice cold. The second time that I received it, it was burnt enough to teeter on the edge of too burnt to eat. Our waitress continually ignored our table, not getting us the condiments and beverages that we requested several times throughout the visit as well as rarely coming to the table. Ok stick with me here kinda a long story. Had a to go order on 7/5. The chicken sandwiches, the breading was undercooked on both sandwiches and they were inedible. Applebees emailed me a survey and I was honest about my experience. And though that was the end of it. Normally I don't do yelp reviews. I was then send an email by someone named Johnny. Asking additional questions about my experience. I answered honestly and politely. Johnny then asked "we'd like to offer you a $30 gift card to our restaurant. Would you be open to accepting it?" I said and I would accept the gift card. But I haven't heard from him since. What kind of game is that. The hostess working on 1/20/26 had a bad attitude. She didn't say hi, and didn't say a word when I asked her not to sit us at the bar because we had small kids. The server asked her to drop off some utensils and my mother said thank you but she couldn't smile or say you're welcome. Well let me begin by saying I've been to this location before and had great service for a young lady who works the bar area tables. But this day I got seated with my family in the main dinning room our server was great at first with introducing himself which I wish I would remember his name but I can't . First of all I ordered a beer and my wife a drink . My beer was taking longer because of the keg needed changing . My beer never came until I spoke up about it . The waiter seemed shocked but then got worse. Our food was cold . I even seen the manager say something to our waiter because all he was doing was talking to his co workers not being tentative at all. We also never got utensils until I asked. I ordered for delivery, garlic mash potatoes, baby back ribs and greenbeans. My ribs looked and tasted like they spent too much time under the heat lamp. One bite was too much. The green beans were perfect. My mashed potatoes were missing. The most upsetting part was, in the area were my mash potatoes should have been was 3 packages of hand wipes for the ribs. We ordered the 2 for $25 Onion rings were pretty good for our appetizer, I got the hamburger with fries and my nephew the chicken and shrimp upgrade... that was a joke. Upgrade was not worth it. My hamburger was super greasy, no seasoning, no cheese and the size of kids meal hamburger. The staff here are all really nice! I came here with a large party on a Friday. They had another party that was taking up the section we needed but they went out of their way to offer us a couple different tables that would be able to fit our entire party. I was really appreciative of them working with us and getting a spot for us. The majority of my party ended up saying they wanted to leave after waiting and I felt so bad. I felt really bad telling them that we were gonna leave, but the staff were all still very nice even after all of that.
