All you can eat- don't expect to get in more than two orders (16-18) in 1.5 hours

You get what you expect from an Applebees. There are a few exceptions here and there but this one fits the mold. Short staffed, two servers on either side can't handle three tables each while the bartender has 15-20 easy. Not sure if they were in the kitchen helping or they just didn't care but their attendance was sporadic at best. They advertise an all you can eat boneless wings but it takes so long to get fried food that you get the standard order anyway. If they were staffed and trained correctly it would probably be a different experience but even management was barely on the floor to assist. The only kudos I can give is to Kristen the server because while she was being yelled at by the gentleman in front of us for the same thing she held her composure.

It's your typical Applebee's and the Happy Hour dead are great M-F from 3-6pm is 1/2 off apps. My husband and I will come here have a drink or two and 2 or 3 apps and rarely spend over $25. It's a great value for the money and service has always been good. New to this location is Keno so even more of a plus!! They now have a Kentucky lotto machine onsite.

Good food. Lots of variety. Quick service. Good 2 for $25 specials. Ample parking. Great drink specials

My husband and I have been here a couple times; most recently, we came just to get ourselves a green beer on St. Patrick's Day without driving all the way to Lexington (although I argued that I could simply make green beer at home with the beer and food dye we already had). ANYWAY. The best deal we can get here is the 2 for $20. With that, you get a choice of appetizer and two entrees. You can't just get any appetizer and any entree off the menu -- there's a select few offered with this deal -- but there's good options for everyone. I usually prefer to get a pasta entree. It's not the best tasting dish ever, but it does the job -- yummy and stuffs me full. Yes, this location is your typical upper-priced American fare with a small bar and several televisions. Beers, drinks, appetizers, foods, desserts, got your basics covered. Clean, friendly, good for groups. Also great for a night out if you don't want to sit at Steak N Shake or a crowded Buffalo Wild Wings. Whenever we go to Applebee's, it's kind of a 'treat' because it's more money than we usually spend these days going out to eat (if we go out at all). Tight budget = eat more at home. I'm glad Georgetown has Applebee's as an option, though.

    Chicken Wonton Stirfry

My family and I dined at Applebee's for Veterans Day since my parents are veterans and they were able to get a free entree (they were also offered a free beer!) For my meal I ordered the Chicken Wonton Stirfry which I really enjoyed. The flavor was a little spicy (but not too much) and the portion was exactly the right amount for me to feel satisfied but not too full. I really like how this restaurant includes the calorie count of each meal on the menu - this helped me to make a more healthy decision for my meal. Service was also excellent.

We arrived at our hotel early today and needed to get dinner. We are traveling through town and…read moredon't know the area. So we looked up online what was good to eat here, in Georgetown. FatKats was labeled, "The Best Pizza in Town." Here are my thoughts. The restaurant had a reversed Pizza Hut vibe from the outside. The inside was full of purposeful graffiti and stickers on the walls. It was fine. It seemed fairly clean. The Good When we arrived, my daughter was having a HANGRY meltdown. One is the servers came over with crayons and coloring pages. I was optimistic! The pizza was pretty good. That is the star of the show. The prices were ok. The Bad Well, it took about 15 minutes to even order. Then, the salads arrived in a fairly quick manner. However, it had a little lettuce, some cheese, and a bunch of carrot slices. We were short on napkins and had to ask multiple times for them. My order was incorrect and had to be sent back and redone. We had to ask multiple times for drink refills, items that were missing from our order, and condiments. Overall, I would say the pizza was good but not amazing and the service was acutely lacking. I think if I could I would give a 3.5

We came in and one of the servers hollered at us from the bar area that she would be with us shortly. She sat us in a booth in the front part of the restaurant. The floor was a greasy slick feeling under your feet. My wife said she slipped and slid all the way to the restroom and back. The restaurant smelled like dirty soured dish water. We don't even wait for our waitress to return to wait on us. We left without even ordering a water.

We were seated right away inside. They have patio dining, too, but it was hot! Casual place with nothing much to talk about visually. But, comfortable and the staff were welcoming. Our waiter answered our menu questions and offered suggestions when asked. All three of us ended up choosing the Cuban with Cole Slaw. And, we got a side of Onion Rings for the table. The food was good and the sweet tea was cold and refreshing. I enjoy Cuban and Reuben sandwiches and try them when I find them on menus. Their version of a Cuban comes on a bun, not the traditional pressed and grilled Cuban bread or other soft, airy bread. So, it was messy to eat and didn't offer that dense Cuban treat I enjoy. It was delicious, don't get me wrong, we all liked it. But it isn't a Cuban Sandwich by culinary standards. I've had food from The Brown Barrel at events where their food was brought in and it was all good, too. They also have an attached bottle shop where you can buy good bourbon at heavily inflated prices. Overall, this is a solid place for a meal and I'll go back when in the area.

There was no parking in their parking lot, so we had to drive down the hill and try our luck with street parking, then walk back up about 5-7 minutes to get into the restaurant. A bit of a pain, especially since the restaurant was only about 50% full. The host or person at the front desk was hiding - sitting on the floor on his phone. We had to lean over the counter to ask him to get up so we could ask him to seat us. He ended up being our server as well, after he literally argued with a coworker who walked up while we were inquiring about a table. "I just took the last two damn tables, isn't it your turn?" doesn't inspire confidence that you're a welcome guest. I ordered the Kentucky Hot Brown. When in Rome, right? The menu says you can get it with Mornay sauce or Kentucky Hot Brown sauce. I asked the waiter which was better - he said the Hot Brown sauce. Sounds great! It came out with the mornay sauce. It was still good, but I was a wee bit disappointed. My companions enjoyed their meals. I picked up a reasonably priced bottle of Sazerac Rye on the way out, since they didn't have any left at the distillery when I was there earlier in the visit.
