When it comes to Applebee's I really don't expect much. Maybe because I saw a decline in them for a while. But this trip was different. From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and looking to help us. When we were seated and asked questions about the menu our server was not only knowledgeable but nice too. In the past there have been times when we ask questions it's like we are being a burden or something. I wasn't all that hungry so I just ordered off the happy hour menu not expecting much. My girlfriend actually ordered a meal. The mozzarella sticks, brisket quesadillas, and artichoke dip were all hot and delicious. My girlfriends steak was flavorful. And the $1 margaritas weren't bad for a buck either. Maybe this place was under new management, maybe they hired employees who actually care or maybe we just got lucky with the shift that was on. Really enjoyed our large & filling burgers for lunch today! Our toddler managed to take down a full half of her burger which was beyond impressive. We were pleased with the quality and flavors. There were plenty of toppings, plenty of juiciness, and like I said very filling. Their fries are probably one of my new top favorites also. We went during lunch time and feared we would scare away their guests with our 1 & 3 year old but oddly it wasn't that busy and everyone seemed to love smiling & chatting with our kids more than the dreaded glare contest. Our waitress was extremely friendly and patient. I wish I could recall....I was too distracted with my children (who by the way destroyed the area-thank you Cheerios & graham crackers)but I believe he name started with a K. Our favorite quote was, "Dude, I have 4 kids I get it." That made us feel so much more at ease! We've visited this Applebee's location a few times in the past and the service and food was always "on point" and this time did not disappoint. The manager "Concepcion" greeted us at the door and held it open for my disabled husband and greeted us with a pleasant conversation. Our server Kayla (Rochelle) was attentive and our food came out fast and was absolutely delicious. They updated there menu and the prices slightly increased but that is expected during pandemic era that make us continually adjust. Overall everything was fantastic!! read more

Came in last night with my parents for our first meal out together after my dad had a major heart attack. There was a fifteen minute wait despite it not appearing busy and many tables being open. I got the feeling that they were short staffed as our server was managing tables across the floor. The hostess asked if we needed anything else after bringing our food, and I asked for wings and she said she would let our server know who we hadn't seen in quite sometime. I also asked for a fork because someone at the table still didn't have one. Ten minutes later the server hadn't come by and their food was getting cold because they didn't have a fork to eat it with. The server finally came by and I asked him for a fork... well he forgot too! We were getting ready to go and the manager comes to our table. Oh yeah to top it off my dad didn't like his chicken because it legit tasted like it came out of a can.. so he didn't really touch it but wasn't going to complain. The manager points out that he hadn't touched his chicken and he expressed that he didn't like it and it tasted odd to him. I then asked her about the fork and if the wings were still coming. There was never an order put in for the wings so she put one in and apologized for the chicken but made sure to point out the 25 cent extra charge for the ranch that comes with the wings when I tried to order them again for a third time. Well needless to say the wings never came so they took the wings off the bill and fifty percent off the sandwich my dad didn't barely touch. Which was a 27 dollar sandwich by the way!!! read more

First time having dinner here. We were not greeted by the host right away. We decided to sit at the bar due to open sitting. Waiter by the name of Ricardo greeted us rapidly and asked for our drinks. This place is hit or miss, but mostly miss. You are at the gamble of the staff. If you get a good cook, consider yourself lucky, it's mostly half cooked consistently. Our visits have slowed considerably due to taking less gambles our order will be cooked ok. But, this last time we could not have felt more un-welcome by the staff and management. We just had lunch at this location and have to say we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We ordered from their two for twenty dollars menu. I got the Bourbon Shrimp and Chicken which was served on a sizzling platter with mushrooms, onions and country style potatoes. The wife ordered the Cheddar Lemon Chicken. We selected two house salads (included) Everything was delicious and our server Autumn was excellent. Good service and very tasty food at an attractive price. Update: To the woman who commented back on my review that clearly works at this Applebee's: You really just verified that I will never be back to this Applebee's. First off, I can understand that the other delivery apps can make for more to go orders, but that does not allow for the quality of your food to go down. It should not take 30 minutes to cook a steak and we should not have received cold food because of there being other orders. Is that how you would handle an in restaurant order? Second, I do live in a first world country and I know there are people in other countries who would have appreciated that food, but you know what? I paid my hard earned money on that meal and I expected it to be what I paid for AND to include everything I paid for. Lastly, we DID tip our server (even though we didn't even technically have a server) when we checked out online so don't try to tip shame me. Ours is not the only bad review on this location, so obviously I am not at fault here, it's your lack of quality in your restaurant. I really hate to leave a bad review because we love Applebee's, but after tonight we won't be back to this location. It's Valentine's day and I am sick, but my fiance still wanted to have a nice dinner. We ordered ahead with the intent of curbside pick up. The site said it would be 25 minutes from when we ordered, an reasonable amount of time for it to be ready. When my fiance arrived, 2 minutes after the time posted, he received a text it would be out shortly. 10 minutes went by, still no food so he went inside. He was told they were just waiting on the steak. Another 10 minutes went by and he asked the kid again, getting irritated because it doesn't take that long to cook a medium rare steak. It was almost another 10 minutes before the food came out. Almost half an hour after it should have been done and almost an hour after it had been ordered. He gets home and everything is cold except for the steak, which was missing the grilled onions that we paid extra for. There was also no dressing in the bag for our chicken tenders. Basically, this ruined our Valentine's day dinner. Our dog got most of it because it was soggy. We would have been more understanding if it wasn't that it wasn't even very busy at the time of our order. We will not be back to this location again. read more

Our fifth time to visit this location... and I will still give them the 5-stars. First visit, a business associate invited for lunch meeting - service was professional, servers were smiling, food came out on time. Second visit - my husband's birthday surprise dinner. Same service - personable staff, professional servers, awesome timing of food served. Third visit: my birthday - I ordered my GG Martini - and it was spot on. Not too watery, not too thick with alcohol. Just right. Servers followed up, still smiling as always. Fourth visit: very late night at work, most restaurants were closed. We checked out Applebees - still open at 10:30pm - servers were still smiling, though I could see they're exhausted. We were seated, and waited on just like during normal hours - staff did not hurry us out, did not show annoyance or impatience. We were able to finish our meal very satisfied. Fifth visit: the last server we met on our fourth visit remembered us - to the "T" - he commented, "no class tonight?" First off - the welcome staff (greeter) was very friendly. She was able to communicate well that we had a 10-minute wait for the next available table. We were seated by another friendly server, before the other server (who remembered us) came in to take our order. This visit - I requested the server to have kitchen customize my meal - not found in the menu... THEY DID... I will give them 10 STARS, if I could. I never had any bad experience in this Applebees location, so far. By the way - all visits with exception to the fourth... we arrived to a full-house. I understand human nature when tasks get overwhelming --- I will not fault momentary lapse of service quality; I will not also judge based on a one-time experience. I am a regular customer.
