This is the WORST Applebee's I've ever been to! My ribs came out colder than room temp, notified my server who promptly asks me "should I have them remake it or microwave it?" Are you serious? We went here and had pretty bad experience. My steak was over cooked for what I asked for. Along with that I ordered a 8oz and they brought me a 6oz and instead of asking before preparing it and changing me less only offered me a discount after I brought it up. Last night my fiancé and I went in for dinner a few minutes before happy hour. We were bummed we couldn't do the half off appetizers but we did find another deal which was 2 entree plus an appetizer for $22 and immediately ordered that. The server was alright but the manager was excellent on handling our order since I had some minor issues with my pasta being barely any coating of sauce... it tasted like boiled pasta out of the microwave with shaved cheese on top. The manager's name is Victor and he exceeded out of his way to make us satisfied, the server, ehhhh, not so really... I would have this review a two stars but Victor deserves five stars for his awesome service and providing us positive attitude! I probably won't be returning due to the lack of customer service from some of those servers but I would be returning to a different Applebee's around town, maybe in Lacey! read more

I used to love Applebee's....when I was a kid. I came here for a kid's b-day party and even though we had a large group, they seated us and waited on us very quickly. The reason why my review is so low is the food. It seems like everything served here comes out of a bag or can and NOTHING is fresh. I seriously can't imagine how much preservatives and high fructose corn syrup is in their food. They do have a great dinner deal for two people where you share an appetizer and each get an entree for $20. We tried their buffalo wings, which were 99% breading and 1% chicken so it tasted like a bread ball drenched in buffalo sauce. Eh gross. The entree selections were dominated by shrimp, which I am allergic to so that eliminated 5 of the 8 possibilities for me. We ended up trying the riblet basket and the oriental chicken salad. The salad hardly had any lettuce, and was mostly dried noodles and almonds. Weird, and gross. The riblets were good. The BBQ sauce was alright, and overall it was OK. They were having happy hour, which is a pretty good deal. I had a hurricane and it was very strong and delish for only $5. I needed all of that booze to get me through the crap food. Overall the service is great, but the food is gross. I ended up paying for it later that day. read more

Some of the worst food I've had from a restaurant. We ordered curbside takeout and the food was literally room temp. We got the chicken strips with fries and the lime chicken. The fries were so old and dried out that they were inedible. They went straight in the trash. We got an appetizer too, the buffalo wings. They were cold just like the chicken strips and the celery had dirt on them! I mean come on! We ordered our food at 6pm too so you'd think they'd have hot food at that time! Plus its not like this food is hard to make. You know most of it comes out of a bag and into a fryer or skillet. How lazy are your cooks that they can't rinse off the celery or make hot fries?! I think some heads need to roll in the kitchen and the management. Clearly something is not working at this restaurant after reading other reviews. Don't wast your money on this trash. You're better off buying some frozen food at the grocery store and making it at home. Its practically the same thing and you'll save a ton of money plus it'll be hot. I have come to the conclusion that Applebee's has fallen on hard times. Service is really not up to par, and the quality of their appetizers leave a fair bit to be desired. Couple all of this with a happy hour that isn't worth coming in for, in terms of value. The bartender, N. W. seems more preoccupied with inviting patrons who are regulars to a party at her house than with paying attention to the rest of the bar. She could also learn to practice some discretion by controlling the volume of her voice. And, make sure you ask for the check very clearly, because even with the bar emptying out, it is a hell of an ordeal getting a check. Then again, I think our bartender needs to take up a career in party planning, rather than bartending. read more

Just today ordered a large Carside to Go order for five adults. We placed the order online, picked up the food, paid, tipped, and drove home, only to find that one item was missing. When we called the store, they transferred us to the manager, Victor, who found our missing order. On a whim, and because I had a sleeping 5 month old at home, I asked if they would be willing to deliver the missing order. I live about three miles away. Not only did the manager deliver the missing item, he also brought us some drinks for the trouble. I've never seen an Applebee's go above and beyond like this. We appreciate the service and will definitely repeat business at this Applebee's more frequently. read more

Hey sis, I love this place but tonight it wasn't the best. We brought my cousin for his first time here and he originally ordered the three-cheese chicken penne but she said they did not have the penne pasta so she said if he wanted the classic broccoli chicken Alfredo instead and he said it was fine. So she brought it and he started eating it and he could not finish it. He told me to try it because he said that the chicken was WAY too salty, so I tried it and sis the chicken tasted like if you licked rock salt. Well I just had a great experience, I went in for the endless ribs and they were really good (I liked the asian sauce the most). The servers were awesome, always getting us napkins, sauces, filling drinks, and just making sure we were okay. Once I got done my first plate of ribs they had a second one at the table. I've never really had anything except the salad until yesterday. Me and a group of girls went to dinner last night after seeing a movie and mall crawling. Upon looking at the menu, I ordered a mango tea. The waiter brought me my tea and the first couple sips were amazing. After about 5 minutes, I went to take another sip and my tea tasted like pure water with coloring. The waiter came back and I told him, and he said "Well I put a lot of syrup in there" thinking I was the one in the wrong. After demanding another one, he took mine and went back to remake it. We ordered our food (which looked amazing) and I got my 2nd tea. The waiter set it down and said "This time I put A LOT of syrup in it, and I should be charging you extra, but I won't." which put me in a sour mood because he was speaking in an annoyed tone. I tasted it and all I got was a mouthful of sweet syrup, on further inspection, the guy didn't even stir the syrup in, it was all piled at the bottom. Our food came after 10 minuets of ordering. My portion looked good, but it didn't come with fries or bread like I thought it did So after eating a few bites, I went to go take a sip of my tea... AND IT TASTED LIKE WATER, NO FLAVOR! The guy obviously didn't know how to make tea. So I went on eating my food without a drink and finished. The waiter came back, got us our leftover boxes... and took my friends bread. He didn't bother to ask if she wanted it, he just took it and left. All in all, the waiter was rude, had an attitude, made my tea wrong twice (didn't bother to stir the syrup in), and took my friends bread away. My husband and I visited this Applebee's late at night a few nights ago, after I had gotten out of the hospital. I hadn't eaten in several days and it was the only thing that sounded good. Boy was i wrong, our visit cost us total about 65$, and I cried on the way home. Terrible service, WORSE food, same food had different portion sizes. Don't bother. Paid with my CC, I can prove it, message me if anyone wants the story. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband NEVER complains, and is SO embarrassed when I do, and even he wanted to hang around to talk to a manager. If I hadn't been feeling so poor, he probably woud have. He then immediately went to the next table to take their order. I watched him then go to the back of the room and do something there for a while. I assumed he was putting together some silverware. But then he walked to the back room out of sight. I waited a while longer then walked to the bar to ask for silverware from the bartender rather than stare at our food any longer. She apologized. When he finally came back, without any silverware, I might add, he said "Oh, who got you silverware?" I told him I'd gotten it myself and all he had to say for himself was "Oh".
