I have been to this Applebee's a couple of times on the past. So, on this day (8/13/21) our power was out and I didn't want fast food. I know that so many places are short staffed and I hoped that would not be a problem. When we got there they said "10 minute wait." And they were spot on. So far so good... then this wonderful waitstaff decended on my table, offered me a chance to charge my phone and was one of the best parts of my day. Ashley is her name and she was awesome. Not pushy, or fake, she was just nice and paid attention to see if we needed something. If you are headed that way look for her, she was great. I visited this Applebee's for dinner with my girlfriend and a friend from work, and we had a great experience. I've been a big fan of Applebee's growing up on Long Island, and have developed a high bar for an ideal Applebee's experience. In that context, I was really impressed with this location's atmosphere, service and food quality. Starting with the atmosphere, this Applebee's wasn't patronized exclusively by middle- and high-school students, but instead had a diverse crowd that was respectful of noise expectations. The staples of Applebee's restaurants were all present, including a bar, clean tables and booths. Our server was respectful, and honored our Yelp check-in offer for a free appetizer without a fuss (some places can make this a little tricky). We ordered a number of apps and sizzling entrees, all of which were cooked promptly and came out hot. The food itself tasted great, and the shrimp was cooked well-throughout. Overall, I think this Applebee's is a model for its peers, and should continue its current trajectory. read more

If you're looking for a decent cheaper meal, Applebee's is your place. This isn't going to blow your mind with their chef's choices but they offer a decent selection at a good price point. Enjoyed a 6oz sirloin steak, yummy potatoes with cheddar and bacon, the garlicky green beans was a good thought but very rubbery, they must have been frozen green beans. My husband enjoyed a steak salad. Our waiters name was Dan. Fast, friendly and very courteous, he checked in often on us. I've never had such a disastrous dining experience. I went with my sister and three nephews. We waited over an hour for our food, people who came in after us were being served before us. My Asian Chicken Salad was raw bagged coleslaw with chicken. It was terrible. Our waitress was great however. Two different managers stopped by to ask how our experience was, both apologized and gave us coupons for $5 off our next visit. The fine print on the back states that we can only use one coupon per table per visit-We definitely won't be going back to use one, let alone three more times to use all of them. Okay, I didn't used to like this place, but after the menu change this dining experience was pretty decent. After telling the waiter my coffee was cold and stale, he brought a waitress and both served us fresh coffees immediately. I ordered the salmon with garlic mashed. After a bad experience a few years ago, have tried a few times times, hoping things had improved..... last night, after waiting over 50 minutes for an Asian salad, which I had requested with dressing on the side....arrived with hardly a handful of greens, drenched in dressing, with a pile of chicken (also drenched in dressing), a bunch of crunchy (prior to being drenched) asian noodles, and at least a 1/2 cup of almonds....with a container of ranch dressing as well.....not at all what I was expecting....guess I won't be back because they still have issues... read more
