Do your self a favor and don't waste your time. My Mother and sister came to purchase a hood from this location. They told her it was brand new and has 0 damage. We went ahead and purchased it and a little while later we finally finished our remodel. An appliance installer came to install the hood yesterday and once he peeled off the stickers he noticed the whole hood is completely dented in. Right when we heard that we called the place and sent them photos and they tell us there's nothing we can do about it even though they told us multiple times it had 0 damage. Horrible customer service. Don't buy from here! SINCE YOU LIKE TO CHANGE YOUR COMMENT 100 times because you have nothing to say I'll add a-bit more! (To come and lie to protect the business you know how to do) But to take care of customers who experienced issues with your merchandise you don't know how to do. PSA we never opened the box until yesterday. So to sit here and lie is just ridiculous. You basically said " if we had the part we'd give it to you but because we don't you'd need to pay for it ". After spending a lot of money on a hood already that turned out to be dented , you're looking to squeeze more money out of customers. This is just unacceptable. THE HOOD WAS NEVER REMOVED OUT OF THE BOX. THEY DID OPEN THE BOX TO SHOW US HOW IT LOOKED. We did not inspect for damage. They told us it had 0 damage and with good faith we purchased it. Don't blame customers for damaged appliances when you yourself know you sell damaged stuff. We contacted you almost 2 months after because we had not finished our kitchen until now and had the chance to install it. "If you really do the most for your customers and "deserve a medal" you would have ordered the damaged part. But you didn't. The first thing you did was informed me we would have to pay for it. So yes you deserve 1 single star. I'd put 0 if I could!!!

The information that they provide is incomplete and incorrect. We bought a dish washer Bosch and were told it is very easy to get a front cover for it from Amazon,however that was not the case and we are still struggling to find someone who will put a front door cover on the washer.i wish we just bought one from Home Depot and not be in a spot where we don't know what to do.Do your homework when you buy anything from here. read more

Came here with my mother. The customer service is poor. The sellers know nothing about the appliances they sell. They couldn't answer our questions. Be prepared to Google and look up these things for yourself. once my mother paid for her refrigerator, the kindness went out the window, and we were stared at as if we didn't belong here. I should have did my research with this place. After reading several, I Too had the same Awful experiences. I waited and waited for delivery. Same excuses about the truck out of service... hmm sounds like same terrible excuses. The customer service rep was rude and raised his voice telling me that the dryer that was finally delivered was broken could have been fixed by popping out the side walls. Why why would I want that when I just purchased a new dryer with scratches. Long story short it took them one whole month to replace my dryer. Lots of Me calling them and lies on lies. Very sad... I wanted to help small businesses and all they did was selfishly do for them. I'm still waiting for my refund of delivery from the manager who personally said would call me & take care of it and still nothing. Bought a LG hood vent in Nov 2023. Barely had a general contractor try to install and realized the brackets that should have been pre installed weren't because the inside brackets were all bent and we can't put in the screws now. Also the duct cover bracket is also missing. We made the mistake of not checking everything after buying and only after trying to install realized the issues/missing piece. All I can do now is learn from our mistake, there goes almost $500. So much for "brand new, open box, no damage". read more

My partner ordered a fridge here and got it delivered to our apartment. Mind you, we wanted a BRAND new fridge and what does it mean to buy brand new? NO damages, NO knicks and crannies PERFECT condition. My partner asked if there are damages, and the person he was texting stated there were dents. Obviously no who wants to buy anything brand new with flaws in it! So he said there was another one with NO damages of the same type of fridge in stock Upon arrival, the 3 people who delivered were ABSOLUTELY amazing and we tipped them. Once delivered, we found out there was a dent on the left side of the fridge and the owner had the audacity to say that he didn't even check (and said to us there are no damages on this one. Don't LIE and say you checked when you DID NOT) and had the audacity to say "when you push it in you can't even see it" REALLY??? So you're telling me when you buy something brand new you're okay with it having flaws??? We hoped he would compensate us for the dent but nope. Which is pretty frustrating. Also, he stated that delivery will be at its point of destination, and my partner stated we are on the second floor then he added another fee. BEWARE - as this place is not an authorized reseller of any appliances, NONE OF THE APPLIANCES THEY SELL ARE UNDER MANUFACTURER WARRANTY, THEY WILL TELL YOU OTHERWISE BUT DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! I purchased a $2000 Bosch oven from this place. It was installed and as soon as I turned it on I knew something was wrong. The fan was making a loud clanking noise and when the oven came up to temperature it showed an error code on the screen. After months of trying to get them to fix it they told me I should consult the manufacturer as it was under warranty. THE MANUFACTURE told me that they are a second hand appliance shop and nothing they sell comes with a manufacturer warranty, which is clearly stated in the manual. it's 6 months later and I'm stuck with a $2100 oven that doesn't work read more

Estefany was super helpful with all my questions about the Viking fridge we had bought. The fridge is working well so far and has some minor cosmetic scuffs and dents but for the savings this was negligible. All my followup questions were promptly addressed and she helped me with installation questions. She provided great customer service and they have a great selection of appliances from top of the line to affordable models. Also a nice selection of TVs. I was shopping for a refrigerator as mine (15 years old) broke few days ago. I got a referral from a friend of mine who is a contractor and usually buys appliances from here. So the next day i decided to stop by at Wholesale For Less to check their refrigerators. First, we went and Kevin showed us all refrigerators that suits our budget and needs. They have open box appliances at relatively cheaper prices than regular retail stores. He took the time to answer all our questions as we didn't buy a refrigerator long time now and the newer models have so many new functions which i wasn't aware of. After my wife and i chose the best refrigerator for us, i asked Kevin if they could deliver it ASAP, as all my groceries worth $100 went bad. He called the delivery company they work with and scheduled delivery right next morning. The prices are just perfect as the repair would have cost me about $550 for my old unit, so it wasn't worth it. They offered payment option to pay off in 3 months with no interest, which helped me a lot. The delivery and installation was very professional. To make a long story short... we bought a refrigerator and it was replaced twice after both times the technician couldn't fix the issues. Every time I called the store, they were apologetic and responsive to the problems we were having. Finally, one of the suggestions was to go back to the store and pick a new one which is what we ended up doing. They did offer a full refund at one point but we decided to take advantage of their great deals on top notch appliances, we are expecting the new and hopefully final refrigerator tomorrow. They new refrigerator we picked was more expensive but they gave us a $200 discount for all our troubles. They were very friendly and responsive but we did have to follow up with them because getting a call back was just not happening but as I mentioned once on the phone, they took care of it. I purchased a dryer from the outlet and it didn't work. It ran,but it was making a loud banging noise. I contacted the store, and explained the situation. They were understanding of the situation and they sent a technician over to see what was going on. The technician whose name is Charlie arrived with his tools, and began to troubleshoot the issue. Within minutes Charlie opened up the dryer, found the problem and fixed the situation. Because of Charlie's wonderful attitude and true professionalism is the reason why I'm giving 5 stars. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Pasadena Kitchens. I scheduled one of their…read moretechnicians to come by a clients property to inspect the downdraft vent for the kitchen range. After coming by to inspect the vent, I was expecting a follow up call to let me know what the assessment was and what part(s) needed to be replaced and/or if the entire unit needed to be replaced. I called Greg multiple times over the next two days and did not get a response. I called the store directly and spoke with multiple employees about the situation and they said they would speak to Greg and have him call me, yet I never received a call from Greg. After a week of no returned calls from anyone I decided to go into the store to see if I could get some answers. I went in multiple times and I was told once again that they would contact Greg and get me some answers but still (almost two weeks later) I have not received any calls from Greg or any other employees at Pasadena Kitchens. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed with my overall experience and will not be returning to Pasadena Kitchens. I'm in real estate and have over 700 agents in my Pasadena office that I will make sure to tell to stay away from this place. Very unfortunate that my experience lead me to have to leave a negative review. I hope Pasadena Kitchens does better in the future with their customers, but they will definitely not be receiving my future business or recommendations.

Huge variety of refrigerators for those of use on a budget. The one we chose has a dent on the back where you can't even see and got it at a good price. They delivered next day and even hauled away the old one for an additional $25 it was raining so I had to tip more than that. I would highly recommend this place and will be back for future appliance purchases
