I will definitely use Appro again! I needed a microwave installed - he arrived the same day I requested the appointment, on time, and everything works just the way it is supposed to. I would have made this 5 stars but there was some miscommunication internally that led them to send one person for a two person job, which made it more difficult on the person doing the work. I am grateful that I saw APPRO mentioned on Next Door. Not only did they fix my refrigerator's broken water dispenser line, they discovered an unrelated problem. The cooling fan motor was seriously overheated and so the fan was not working. They ordered a new motor and returned to install it. What great service! I called after 2:00 on a holiday weekend with a refrigerator issue. They called back within 30 minutes, asking if a repairman could come between 5 and 6. To be sure he had the right parts for my refrigerator, another repairman dropped of a box of parts at my house. It took about an hour, he was able to fix it, the price was really reasonable. The appliance worked for only 2 cycles after the repair - now the issue is worse than ever. It appears that the interior arm was broken or detached in the service, and the drainage issues are now worse than before. The dishes do not come out clean, and we have to, by hand, drain the dishwasher. read more

Service technician is great and knows what he is doing. He did diagnostic on my fridge who was leaking water at the bottom, he cleaned some debris and tightened the a nut on the filter housing. The fridge is working now and no water leaks. read more

I had AAPRO come out to fix my washer and, at first, it seemed that they had. When I found that the issue had not been resolved, I called them again and 2 techs arrived to fix the issue. Once they left, we found out the problem had still not been fixed AND the cover inside the drum was now broken. I contacted them several times, was told a part was delayed in arrival. I first contacted them JANUARY 2023 and it's now April 19 and it's still not fixed and they have not responded to my additional requests for an update on the missing part. I am out money and time and convenience. Very frustrating. I wish, if they couldn't figure out the problem, that they would have told me up front. My impression is that they are not able to handle complicated issues. I do not think my issue was complicated but I am not an expert. At the very minimum, they should have refunded my money, offered to at least pay for the part they broke inside the machine or RESPONDED to my messages to get an update on the missing part. read more

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I hired this company July 21st and it is now August 24th and my oven still has the same error I hired them for. They have been to my house 4 times. One of the times Faud even came to fix his technicians fault and still the error was still not fixed. I have has my GE stove for 2 years but they still said it's a motherboard issue and changed that. I told them it is a cooling fan sensor issue from the beginning. I have 2 year old daughter that I cook for regularly and I am pregnant so the oven working would've been a big help. When I actually asked them to finally refund me my money I had to go back and forth with them through text. Faud even threatened that he wouldn't refund me if I didn't leave a 4 star review for a job that was not completed. All I can say is DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. read more

Very disappointed. Our GE fridge was not cooling properly so we contacted APPRO. They arrived promptly in early may and cleaned out some ice in the fridge and charged us a service fee. A week or so later the problem came back and they said we needed a new fan. It took forever to order the part. When they came back to replace the fan, the technician said the fan wasn't the problem and that they would get back to us. We NEVER heard back after waiting over two months to have a functioning fridge. We eventually bought a new one. The worst part of it all is my hardwood floors are COMPLETELY destroyed. When we notified the technicians about our floor they just said "well this is what we have to do to move a fridge." We just received our new fridge and the installers quickly noticed the damage. They took care to remove the old fridge and left zero damage. How can you work on fridges day in and day out and not know how to carefully remove a fridge? Further, why are people paying for an insured contractor if you refuse to fix damage you created?? I really am so upset because all I was left with was a payment for a service, no fridge repair, no communication that the fridge would not be fixed and damaged floors. read more

Disappointing. APPRO responded fastest to my Yelp request to determine why my broiler and oven both stopped working the same day. But - the tech was late. Using a voltmeter, he claimed that both igniters needed to be replaced. However, the one igniter he had in his personal vehicle was the wrong one and said he'd have to come back. While possible, its seemed unlikely that both igniters would die the same day. I did some research and learned that the tech should also have checked the board, gas valve, and perhaps the wires behind the oven. I communicated this info by email and the company said they would get back to me in an hour. Never heard from them again. The next company figured out that just the oven ignitor was out and had one in the truck. Problem solved that day. APPRO at least had the common sense not to try to charge me for the visit. Lesson learned, Fast response isn't always the best. Talk to the company before they come out. read more
