Pretty empty for a Saturday night and the DJ only played Latin music, which would've been fine, but the evening wasn't advertised as a Latin night. One of the bathrooms was either locked or out of order, so there was only a single stall for the entire establishment.

Came here to end the evening for my brother's bachelor party and had a blast. It was pretty packed and people were down for a good time. Overall good vibes from everyone there. If you're single, I would definitely check this place out. Also super unique decor / atmosphere. Security guard in front who checked me prior to entering (some Hawaiian looking dude) was super chill when I told him I had a little fireball shot in my pocket from our festivities earlier - he appreciated the honesty and said I could pick it up after the event if I wanted to. Thought that was a pretty good start because usually security guards act like they hate their lives, jobs and especially you if you're male. The security guard monitoring inside/ clearing paths for the bottle service girls was power tripping a little, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he has to deal with drunk idiots all night. My one issue was that, while the music was decent, they definitely could have played more EDM. As a person who used to be a huge festival guy, I was sad that I didn't hear any at all (it's all hip hop). But it wasn't terrible, just my only complaint. Overall, will come back to this place when we're looking for a fun night out.

The corner table at the end of the bar is the best spot!

Last week I celebrated my 30th birthday at this venue, I reached out to their Instagram page and got a hold of Sam, which helped me through out the booking process. I was able to get a good deal on the table. I have around 30 guests. We got there around 10:45 PM, there was no line and even tho they were short on staff they were still able to take care of us. My group got in pretty fast and the club was popping already. Saturday night they played hip-hop songs like hypy type of vibe, bangers after bangers my friends and I can't stop dancing. It was not crowded but just enough for it to be lit and comfy at the same time. We ended up getting 4 bottles! My friends told me that the drinks at the bar is reasonably priced-$15 drinks which is a steal! It's like having a house party with strangers! The crowd is classy and more matured but still knows how to throwdown without being annoying! If you're looking for a venue where you want to celebrate this is the place! You can dance and have fun but if you wanna take a break have conversations you can go to the outdoor area. Btw there's also food! After 12 my friends started to have the drunchies so we got some fries and pizza!!! Thank you so much Apt 503!

This place is a great place to lounge and hang out with friends while having some drinks. There's such a positive vibes and a really cool atmosphere. We celebrated a friend's birthday with about 30 people and this place was more than accommodating. They have really cool artistic paintings and scenery on the walls throughout the place. Great for selfies. The bartender was super cool and at the end of the night, she was making her own concoctions . I will have to come back here with more friends.

Ask the Community - Apt 503

How do u get inside the venue?

There is an elevator that takes you up to the venue. There is typically security downstairs to take you or help guide you as well.

Is this 21 and over only?

I think it is. They check ID before you are allowed inside.

Where do I sign up for guestlist? The number posted on the website was just ringing the whole time and no one was answering?

You have to send an email with the names of everyone in ur group to info@apt503.com

I've emailed and msg'd them on yelp regarding a larger party and no one has answered. Anyone know if they would be accommodating if 15 people showed up at 730 on a Friday night?

Well, that depends if you're looking to get a table or if it's just a large party that you can all get yourselves on a Guest list? If you're not looking to get bottle service, I'd suggest just emailing to get on a guest list... this Friday and…

How much is it to reserve a table with/without bottle service? And how many people per table?

This is from my email correspondence with them- "Bottles start at $360 this is including 20% gratuity and tax. Please note that on the menu prices include tax but excludes…

What is the dress code here?

    AB(f'n)G

Hi! I'm interested in spending my birthday here, I was wondering how far in advance it's recommended to RSVP? Thank you!

RSVP as soon as you can! But you need to make sure that your party is even ratio and have everyone's name or else they won't let you in. If you end up with an uneven ratio number of guys, I would suggest purchasing a table for your party.

What is the dress code like?

I would say a nice top and jeans and dressy flats/ heels for the ladies, and a buttonup and closed toed shoes for the men. It's dressy casual for a bar!

    Is this only 21+?

    Yes.

What type of music is played on Friday nights?

Honestly depends on the DJ but APT 503 does play predominately hip hop/rap music.

How much is a table/bottle service?

    Cheapest starts around $300-360

What is dress code for men n women? what if my friend decide just to go that day do they need to pay?

Dress semi formal. Bottle service is recommended

    Is there an entrance fee?

No they don't charge for an entrance fee. You need to rsvp by email (including you with your guest too) email: info@apt503.com & they would recommend yourself & guest to be there by 10:30p

Which night is better? Friday or Saturday?

    Saturday

I was instantly so glad we chose this spot to celebrate our anniversary because it was the perfect setting for a romantic date night. Now, let's talk about the food! Everything we ordered was delicious, with the exception of the Korean aguachiles, which we probably could've skipped. We also tried the bluefin bibimbap, oysters, and the oh-so-tender short rib that practically melted in our mouths. But the most unforgettable dish was also the simplest: the Korean fried chicken. It wasn't necessarily something out of the ordinary, but it sure tasted like it. The perfect crisp, flavor, and seasoning had us eating every last piece right down to the bone. Our server also made the experience even better. She gave us some of the best recommendations and were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the entire meal. We absolutely loved this restaurant and are already planning our next visit!

My friend and I ordered the soy marinated prawns, beef tartare stone pot rice, creamy chicken soup, Wagyu beef soft tofu soup. The prawns were nicely marinated in a slightly sweet slightly salty soy sauce, and came paired with some barley and seaweed to make mini wraps. Delicious and a nice way to start the meal. The creamy chicken soup was indeed very creamy and smooth but the bowl is really small and would've been better with a higher soup to noodle ratio since the noodles soaked up the yummy soup. The tofu soup was surprisingly bland even though it was very red. It could've used more umami flavor or spice - something to jazz it up since the tofu, egg, and beef itself were not seasoned. My favorite dish of the night was the steak tartare stone pot rice. It came with a lot of veggies that helped balance out the sauce and I'm a sucker for crispy rice. However, the rice itself wasn't seasoned thoroughly as some spots had absolutely delicious sauce while other spots were bland. And the sauce wasn't a part of the tartare on top so it wasn't a mixing issue. The staff are kind and attentive, even with us being tucked away in the back corner and hidden by a curtain panel.

The restaurant really does feel tucked away once you get inside the Rodeo Collection. The space has warm lighting, colorful details, and a playful Mexican-inspired look that makes dinner feel fun without becoming over-the-top. We started with guacamole and empanadas before moving on to tacos. The Baja Style Fish Tacos were a favorite, with crisp fish, fresh slaw, and chipotle aioli. I also had the Grilled Prime New York Taco, and the steak was cooked really well and stayed tender. With the caramelized onion, guacamole, and salsa fresca, it had plenty of flavor without feeling overloaded. Between those two, we were already very happy with our taco choices, and there wasn't much left on the table by the end. The cocktails were excellent. My friend's drink came served in this ceramic donkey, and we immediately became a little obsessed with it. We loved it enough that the donkey somehow ended up making an appearance in half our photos by the end of the night. Our server checked in throughout dinner and gave us plenty of time to enjoy everything without ever making us feel rushed. We finished with churros, which arrived with dipping sauces and were a very easy decision once dessert was mentioned. They also offer valet, which is especially convenient for a Rodeo Drive dinner. I went in because Instagram kept putting The Hideaway in front of me. For once, my feed was useful. There were four of us, and the restaurant wasn't very busy, there were plenty of open tables and what seemed like a good amount of staff. When we were first seated, we were given the regular menu. Once we mentioned that we were there for the Girls Brunch, it honestly felt like the demeanor toward our table changed. The service was extremely slow. We waited around 30 minutes between some of the food items, our drinks were forgotten, and we were rarely checked on throughout the meal. I'm usually pretty understanding when restaurants are busy or short-staffed, but that didn't seem to be the case during our visit. Between the long waits, forgotten drinks, and lack of even a simple "How is everything?", the experience became frustrating, especially since we were there to celebrate birthdays. Unfortunately, the food and drinks were mediocre as well, so the overall experience just didn't feel worth the time. I really wanted to enjoy this place and the Girls Brunch seemed like such a fun idea, but based on our experience, I unfortunately won't be returning.

The atmosphere is immersive, theatrical, moody, and every nook and cranny of this place is beautifully detailed. Our group embraced the requested all-black dress code, and I was a little disappointed that some other guests didn't play along. When a place puts this much effort into creating a particular world, dressing the part really does make the experience more fun. The spirits themselves were excellent. We tasted vodka, whiskey, and rum, and all three were remarkably smooth, interesting, and clearly very high quality. I loved that the tasting was guided rather than just having drinks dropped in front of us. The storytelling and presentation made us pay attention to what we were actually tasting and gave the evening a nice sense of progression. We also happened to be there while comic artist Matt Harley of Marvel fame was sketching, which felt perfectly suited to the setting and made an already unusual night even more memorable. The space is gorgeous: candlelight, artwork, strange little details everywhere, dramatic lighting, beautiful glassware, and even the outdoor fire element. There's so much to look at that you feel like you're discovering something new every time you turn around. Our whole group LOVES Halloween, so this felt like the absolute perfect way to kick off spooky season. It has exactly the kind of dark, mysterious, slightly magical atmosphere we were hoping for without feeling cheesy or gimmicky.
