Great service and punctual. Peter kept me updated on the arrival time, so I knew exactly when he was coming. He drove to our home in the mountains and spent quite some time trying to solve the issue with the bathtub. You could tell that resolving the issue gives him a satisfaction as well. Totally unprofessional people. Peter was rude when he called me. Its either their way or highway. He called me and said he can only come now and when I said I needed to talk to my home warranty, he got mad and said why you need to talk to them. I told me who is he to tell me that. He came to fix the Faucet and he was really rude with my mom. I reported him to my home warranty right away. I had to call someone else to fix the work he did. Stay away from these guys. read more

My Insinkerator garbage disposal broke and fell straight down under the kitchen sink cabinet rendering my sink and dishwasher completely unusable. I called my Home Warranty service and was assigned Aqua Fresh. Peter came out noon the next day and realized a special part was needed because the drain hole of my custom sink was too small. The special part was not available anywhere nearby and home depot etc would take 2 or more days to deliver---Not ideal given it is my kitchen sink! Peter was undeterred and went to several stores all around the South bay and finally found an available store that had the piece in stock. He came back early this morning and installed it properly. He cleaned the sink before installing it and tidied up after he left. He is a competent, nice, and hard working guy who takes care to do quality work. I had an opportunity of using Aqua Fresh Plumbing Service. Peter worked on this project alone. The finished product was nice. However, the the work pace was slow. In my opinion, the job should have taken half the time. To install two sinks (under mounted), it took four and a half hours. He used some of the time in his truck talking on the phone. Secondly, the plumber did not bring his own items to catch water or clean up. I had to provide him with towels. I would have liked to see the counter tops wiped down after the job was completed. On one of the sinks Peter put tape around the pipe threads, but he did not apply the threads to one area on the second sink. When I asked him about the missing thread, he replied, "it's ok." I paid more than expected, because the plumber did not account for some hoses that were needed for the job. I would have liked to been prepared for the payment amount. His work was good so I don't want any to take away from that, but there is room for improvement. read more

We had a leak in one of our gas pipes at our home. The home warranty company had Aqua Fresh Plumbing take a look. They came promptly and looked carefully at what it would take to fix the leak and submitted their report to the home warranty company. Once the project was given the go ahead, they came back promptly too. It was a tricky fix because the existing piping wasn't quite done right and was in an awkward place to fix. Someone else might have required us to rip out part of a wall to make the project easier for them but Aqua Fresh Plumbing worked hard to figure out a solution that wouldn't require more extensive work. They figured it out and did an excellent, professional job promptly and efficiently. I was most grateful for their careful work. read more

Peter is the best! He had done some work on my house in the past, so when I came home to find my water main leaking just past the meter I knew who to call. He came out the next day to check out the leak and scope the work. Seeing I was in an emergency situation he brought his crew the following day (a Saturday) and by sundown the whole main was replaced! It was some 50 feet of main and they managed to get it done in one day with no heavy machinery! I was impressed. Peter is a guy that can be counted on. There's no good time for a problem with your hot water heater. Still, it was a rather cruel twist of fate when ours started leaking the day after our son was born. Luckily, Aqua Fresh were able to come out the next day to diagnose the problem and install a new water heater first thing in the morning the following day (MLK day). Most unprofessional and a rip-off ! We engaged the plumber to unclog our toilet. He came, did that in less than 10 mins...great! But, in the process, said we have a leaky pump and said we should fix it, given that we were wasting water. We said ok and since he suggested we do not replace the whole toilet, we said he could go ahead and just replace the pump....since it would be more cost efficient. By this point in time, we were $400 lighter in our purse strings!!! It took him another brief 30 mins to go buy the part and then replace it. He was off with his $400. That night, when everything was silent, our generally quiet toilet, would wake up every 15 mins to make a roaring sound. We called the same plumber to come and take a look, since this problem did not exist before his arrival. He came, looked and said that some other part needed replacing since the LEAK was not fixed!!!! And he would charge another $200!!!! Aquafresh did not diagnose the problem correct and though he promised to go look for the part and then come and talk about pricing again, he has not showed up or followed up. It has been 3 months since this happened. He was rude to us, unwilling to listen and our entire experience was just horrible. We will never hire Aquafresh again ! read more

I needed a new toilet installed and set up a call for a plumber through the customer service desk at Home Depot. Peter from Aqua Fresh called me within sixty seconds! He said that he could buy the toilet for me and transport it to my place plus take away the old one and he was available in a couple hours. Amazing! He was even ten minutes early. Tidy work, professional, solved a couple unexpected moments easily, and completely finished within an hour. The price was not cheap but it was fair. Terrible service. They came March 4th in Dublin to evaluate a job to replace 5 faucets in my rental. They came and quoted me a price. The quote were to include labor and parts except for the faucets. We supplied the faucets and all other misc parts like hose, and valves are to be included in the quote. My tenant called and said the plumber can replace the kitchen faucet but will need to come back next week. Had to pay plumber in cash. They never told me they don't take credit card. The week turned out to be another week , etc. When my tenant called because no one called to schedule a return trip, they said they would get back to him. They called and said a plumber will be there in an hour. Tenant works at home and could not be available with such short lead time. Tenant continues to call to follow up and the same old story of "we are extremely busy and can only service you between other jobs. Finally, being very patience, finally on April 2nd, the plumber shows up and replaces Hall bathroom faucet. He then get paid in cash again and tells my tenant he can't finish the next job today. Will need to re-schedule and that he need to talk to me about more misc parts that will needed because of corrosion. Really? He looked under when he came to evaluate the job. I called office and they told me if my tenant and I didn't like the scheduling I could hire another plumber. At this point I decided that it best we parted ways. I have never had such poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I rate them the lowest of bad businesses. read more

A thief and a liar. The job: install a 36" gas flex line from the wall to the cloth dryer. A 10-minute job. On the phone he quotes me $75 plus parts. I tell him I have the parts and he responds he prefers to use his and I can always return mine. He calls saying he is on his way, but I'm away. However, my wife is home. He installs the flex line in 10 minutes and tells her it's $145 plus $40 for the parts (I had paid $30 @ Home Depot). When she tells him the agreed price was $75 he makes up all sorts of excuses, all of them lies. She ended up paying him the $185. Watch out! read more
