All has been good since then. They also reworked a bad drain pipe and installed a new faucet in my kitchen as well as installing a new faucet in my utility sink. These were jobs that I had been procrastinating about for years and I was glad that A&D was able to take care of them for me. Darren came out and gave us an estimate to replace the pump. One of his employees came back and replaced the pump that was burned out and this is where the issue comes in. The person that was working on our pump unplugged the sewage ejector pump for some reason and left it unplugged after they were done. As we have used Darren in the past we fully trusted his company to do a great job and they have until this time. It was a week later were I was downstairs doing laundry and found that where was water coming up from the floor drain and it was all over the floor and leaking under the baseboards to the room next to the laundry room into the carpet and into our bathroom as well. I reached out to Darren and explained what was going on and he asked me if I could take pictures and text them to him....right there was a RED FLAG....a customer calls you and tells you there is a problem with work done as their house and instead of coming in person to see, he asked for pictures. So I take the pictures and send them to him and he responds that he will have to see if he wanted to go through his insurance and that it did not look like it would be more then his deductible, also get a quote for the damages. After sending him the quote I do not hear from him in a couple of weeks, then he responds that he had some health issues and that he was in the hospital, mind you this is in the beginning of January. I wait until the end of the month to follow up with him and he stated that he was just getting out of the hospital and he has a long road to recovery and to bear with him a little longer. I apologized to him and asked if there was someone in the office to take care of the matter and he never responded to me after that. In March I texted him again asking if he was doing well and were we stood on fixing the basement...he never responded and after several attempts trying to contacting him he finally responded in may stating that he is finally getting back to work and needs to catch up and to give him a week or so and he will get back to me. A week later I reached out to him again asking for an update and he stated that he was going to visit his daughter in Wisconsin and to follow up with him next week!!!! A week later I reached out again and asked how it was going and his response was slow! This is now the end of May so I waited until the middle of June to reach out to Darren and to my surprise he was back in the hospital. Its now the end of June and I reach out to him again asking for an update and told him this has been long enough please but the issue to bed. Darren does respond this time asking what my address was and he will mail me a check?!?!....Darren then doesn't remember the quote I sent him and had to resend him the quote again. After some banter back and forth he then stated that he's not sure who was to blame for the unplugging of the pump????? I was shocked to hear this from him! July 9th I followed up with him again and did not hear back from him. At this point I was ready to get a lawyer involved, so I let him know that and Immediately he responded back saying he had some cash on him and would drop it off at the house. It was not the full amount for the quote I sent him but I took what I could get. Darren did say that he would get me the rest of it as soon as he could. I texted Darren July 17th asking for the rest of the payment.....after reaching out several times I did not hear from Darren until October. This time he was not taking responsibility for his work and as a business owner. All I wanted to have him do is make the situation right and pay for the damages and he couldn't even do that. It is now November that still haven't herd from Darren about getting the rest of the money. I KNOW THIS WAS LONG BUT ITS BEEN A YEAR DEALING WITH THE LIES AND I WANTED TO BE AS DESCRIPTIVE AS POSSIBLE SO YOU DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID BY USING FLUSH PLUMBING. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE SOMEONE ELSE.

We had received a quote from another company that was extremely high, so, we decided to get a second quote from EGV Sewer. The staff is very nice, they had Armando come out the same day and provide a quote. When I tell it was significantly less, it was!!! EGV Sewer was even doing more work i.e. replacing the concrete sidewalk. Anyway, we had an issue last weekend as we were waiting for the work to be done. EGV Sewer again came out and quickly fixed our issue to give us piece of mind until the work was done. They came out on 7/8/26 and did the repair, we did have an surprise where we needed more work done; however, it was still overall 2k less than the other company. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this company. Great pricing, customer service, and quality work. Thank you Armando and team for fixing our issue. Also, shout out to Katie in the office, so pleasant, and always getting back to me promptly! After more than a week I had to call another service, the other company took care of the issue and noted an error in the work . When I felt necessary to write a review on Google I received an absolutely unprofessional reply stating "I don't know why we didn't come back, sorry" and "this work was done 2 years ago" adding in an accusation that the second service was "bashing h20" and "that guy hasn't worked here in 2 years, have a great day" How is that service? And the company that I had in never once even asked who did the original work , he just showed me the issue and fixed it for a fair price for his time. Now I know there are many good reviews of this company, which is why I called them. But if they cannot take an honest negative review then perhaps they should remove the option for customers to leave an account of thier personal experiences
