For $8.65 you get to pick out all the stuff you want, no limit, but I do think they go my total weight, so like if you pick 2 meats, you get less of each one, still generous with the stuff you pick though. We just filled out the little forms, circling what we wanted. They even offered shrimp for no extra cost. You won't get that in any Chinese restaurant! I got shrimp for my protein and the chef put a ton of it in! My friend had a combo of chicken and shrimp. We watched as the chef tossed our stuff in the air in the wok. They run induction burners, so no giant flames ... prob a good thing inside a hospital! Our food is served in to go boxes, no plates here. My wife loves the chicken curry salad on the fresh croissant. It's hard to stay away from such a winning dish! I most recently had the turkey, pear, and brie sandwich. Holy cow! That thing was loaded and so scrumptiously good. The dinner menu is also excellent and has some special items that you can only get for dinner. Speaking of specials- they also have a daily special that always sounds great, though I haven't had any because the regular menu items are so good.
