    Beef and Cheddar Sandwich
    Sabrina L.

So I can't really remember when the last time I've tried an Arby's. This review is for the new Arby's on hwy 50. We were in Carson City late and hadn't eaten dinner. I was about to pass by when I quickly turned into their parking lot. We walked in and was greeted. We saw their 2 for $7 special and decided to do that. We also added a large cringle fries. We looked around, the place looked clean. We sat down and waited. The person who took our order came and actually delivered our food to our table. The presentation was nice. Everything was pretty warm. The fish sandwich was amazing. The bun was fresh and fluffy. The beef cheddar sandwich was also real good. There was plenty of beef on it. We all agree that we liked the fish better but both were so surprisingly good. The large fries was so good. They cooked it perfect that it had a nice crisp to it. We are actually excited to come back next time we are in Carson.

Taking lot 3 vehicles, no one at drive up. Order #2 meal. Skimpy on meat, bun was cold and dry, like it was old. Asked for curly fries, got a mix of traditional & curly fries that were warm and looked reheated. Out of root beer soda, ketchup & horses sauce at the counter. Nate bugs inside, on food.

I understand that they have specific vendors to get their food supplies from. But they ran out of a main ingredient on a Monday and couldn't substitute in a local sourced product? On top of that, they couldn't call and let me know? So I get their and told "We're out of sweet potatoes, we refunded it." Handed me my bag like that was it. I meal for 2 people. I then asked if they had a soup option. Was told yeah, birra. 10 min later that was ready. Not coming back, now waiting to see if I get a refund for the missing potato. I paid for the soup separately. The service was slow and very apathetic. Like they didn't want to be there. If you decide to try this place, go in person to put in your order. Don't rely on the website for accurate info. Edit: 4 days later and the promised refund of $15 is still not on my catd. Supposedly the put it in and it was cleared by their processor. I still don't see it though. Plus, the manager I talked to was rude and hung up on me. Edit: 14 days later and Order.co and the HPP2 are now playing the pointing games. Bunch of theives. Done with ALL branches of this business.

There are so many tasty-looking choices. We've found them perfect for sharing, and this last time around they also offered us a sample of their homemade potato salad, which tastes like it was made fresh for a picnic right on the spot. We've also appreciated how clean both locations were, and how friendly the service staff was. I think the owner might have been working at the Hot Potato Pie 2 location, because we asked when they'll be coming to Reno and he said soon, coming to Virginia Ave. While stopping for a lunch potato has been a highlight of multiple Carson City trips for us recently, we're very much looking forward to easier access now that they're going to be local to us in Reno :)

Inside is very clean and modern, so it's not like going into a third world place like some places ... but sometimes those place have great food. You just put your order in with the guy at the cash register. The menu is up on the wall. My friend got some pupusas, sort of like grilled stuffed tortillas. I went for the super burrito and we shared some street tacos. Tacos were just $2.25 each and the burrito was $9.99. I got both with al pastor for my meat choice. The salsa bar has lots of different choice to choose from from mild to super hot ... all labeled. The cooks just call out your order, so you better listen for it. The street tacos had a ton of meat on them and I just put some salsa one all of them as well as adding onions and greens. Wow, these were some of the best tacos I ever had! Just pick them up and fold and shove in mouth! Tasty! The burrito was a little different than other burritos I've had. The tortilla shell wasn't as thick of doubled over in the folding so it wasn't as easy to get it to stand up to eat hand held from one end, but having less tortilla is better cause it's easier to bite into and the taste of the fillings come through better. I like this burrito! I'd come back here again if I'm in the area. Sometimes I have my crew with me for work out on East Carson sometimes, I'll bring them here.

I do go through the drive-thru, but I honestly recommend going in for the best and fastest experience. You truly can't beat the prices at this place. A good-sized burger is still less than $6. I fed my family of four tonight for just $25. Solid food for solid prices. The inside service is super fast. The drive-thru is also fast, but certainly slower than the drive-thru. The employees are always kind and courteous, and they keep the place super clean. I've never had a bad experience at this location with either service or food. Overall, it's an In-N-Out. You kinda know what you're expectin,g but this location lives up to the hype and is dependable for inexpensive, quality food and service.

Reposted from the OP (I am NOT the OP)9…read more I'm an anonymous driver for Uber Eats, and I recently picked up an order for a customer from Sonic. The pickup instructions in the app stated that drivers should press the button at the ordering screen, but upon arrival I was instructed to walk up and ask for the order instead. An employee then motioned from inside for me to come and retrieve it. Unfortunately, the bag they handed me was already defective and had begun tearing on the side. As soon as they passed it to me, the bag completely gave way and the contents spilled onto the ground. What concerned me most was that the employees attempted to pick up the food they considered "salvageable" and place it into a new bag rather than remake the order. I found this to be both unsanitary and unethical. When I objected and requested that the order be remade, the employees refused. They informed me that they would not remake the food, threatened to call the police, and stated they would have my vehicle towed if I did not leave and accept their decision. Because I was unwilling to deliver food that had fallen on the ground, I contacted Uber Support. Uber attempted to intervene and called the restaurant on my behalf in an effort to have the order remade. However, the manager and staff still refused. Ultimately, Uber was only able to offer me half compensation for the time and inconvenience. My primary concern throughout this entire incident was the customer's health and safety. Food that has fallen onto the ground should never be repackaged and served to a customer. Allowing contaminated food to be delivered poses an obvious risk of illness and is completely unacceptable. Is there any way to have the local health department or appropriate agency investigate this location to ensure proper food safety procedures are being followed? Customers place their trust in restaurants to handle food safely, and this experience raises serious concerns about the standards being practiced at this establishment.

She was visibly annoyed when we asked and responded, "They are in the bag," in a rude tone while rolling her eyes. The napkins were placed underneath the food, and when we found them, they were already soiled with grease from the tater tots. Within less than 10 minutes, the bag had become so greasy that items were starting to fall out. Fortunately only one tater tot and ketchup packets fell out and not an entire burger box. This was our first time eating at this location and trying their smash burger, which turned out to be extremely messy. Given the lack of courtesy and the condition of the napkins and packaging, this will be our last visit. Definitely lacking customer care, quality and customer service skills.
