Arby's is one of my favorite fast food places, but honestly I don't know how they stay in business. I've been coming here for years and have never seen more than 2 customers at a time and that's usually during the lunch rush. Two stars because the sandwich was good, counter person has a lot to learn about being personable. First they forgot the potatoes cakes so they took the bag back, then when I got home realized they had taken the curly fries out and did not put them back in when the potatoe cakes were cooked, grandson was beyond pissed off, he has been waiting all week for this lunch and worked hard this morning. As a huge meat lover, Arby's is the perfect place to get a meaty sandwich. Their bread is toasted, the roast beef and chicken are good quality, and the cheese is nice and melted. Their sandwiches are simple, but pack a lot of flavor, and a LOT of meat. This is the perfect place for people who like a high meat to bread ratio in their sandwiches. The workers are all nice and wear gloves and masks, and you usually only have to wait 5 minutes for your order. Their sandwiches are a little on the expensive side, but for the quality it's worth treating yourself out once in a while. I would recommend the French Dip sandwich (shown in the pictures), one of their chicken sandwiches, and their curly fries because those are pretty tasty too. I've been coming to this Arby's for decades. Slowly but surely the quality of the food has slipped, and the prices have skyrocketed. Portion sizes have shrunk as well. The customer service that was once stellar has deteriorated as well. The last straw was when they took an Arby's email coupon I was using and added extra stipulations into it to force me to buy more expensive menu items to receive the free beef sandwich promised in the coupon. This was a classic bait and switch. Customers who don't have a history at this Arby's will continue to visit because they don't know what good deals and customer service this location once had. I think I found a new love for Arby's. If you want a nice break from a hamburger/subway/salad/shall i say any other fast food joints, you should try Arby's. I had it once when I was younger and never thought anything of it. This is the second time probably in my lifetime that I went, and I really enjoyed it. You should try the Smokehouse Sandwhich. This location is very clean. Quick ordering and short wait to get the food. Fries are always good. However, sandwiches are often not hot enough (the cheese is not completely melted). Makes me happy to know there is still a few of these around. This one seemed to be pretty new inside as well. We shared the beef dip with swiss and some large fries. The beef tasted fresh and was hot and yummy and the fries were also hot and yummy. NOTE: the beef dip is enough for two people to share if they are not too hungry. The only thing I would say and I know this is odd, but don't have the food be ready WITHIN SECONDS of ordering. While speedy service is great, service THAT quick, makes the customer hyper aware the food was not freshly prepared but rather sitting under a head lamp. With that kind of thing in the mind, it might sway the way someone feels about the food. I tried to put that out of head and was pleasantly made happy by my food. GOOOOOO good heat lamps! read more

Usually I like Arby's. I love the red ranch sauce and potatoe cakes. But I give this Arby's a one star because of the service. I paid with my atm card. The cashier who was an asian lady, swiped my card. But she put in 130 dollars instead of the correct amount of 13 dollars. She also ran it as credit, which means that when she returned the$130, it would take 3-7 business days. I was on vacation ( went to disneyland).
