The staff was polite and professional. My food came out fairly quickly. The interior was clean and really themed well to resemble a real Firehouse. The food was better than most you'd experience in fast food. The bread is super soft and fresh. My cheese steak was tasty along with the chips. Really nice soda fountain as well along with iced tea. Absolutely pathetic experience at Firehouse Subs…read more Showed up hungry, ordered one single sandwich (a basic Hook & Ladder, nothing custom, nothing complicated). They told me "10-15 minutes." Cool, no problem. 30 minutes later, still nothing. Watched five different DoorDash and Uber Eats orders fly out the door while I stood there like a forgotten houseplant. Employees were moving in slow motion, chatting, scrolling on phones, and somehow still managing to mess up online orders in front of me. The lobby was practically empty, so it's not like they were slammed; just pure incompetence.
