Had a wonderful experience at Arby's. Service was straight toward the lady made sure to repeat my order. Our meal was delicious. I had the sliders Buffalo chicken sandwich. My sister try the wraps she had 3 chicken wrap. And my son wanted to try the fries with a chicken sandwich. It was very clean. Many seating available. Confession time: I love me some Arby's. Not all the time mind you, but every now and again, I get an itch that only a Classic Beef 'n Cheddar doused in Horsey Sauce with some curly fries can itch. With the said said, even if I was in full-blown roast beef chemical withdrawal, I wouldn't head back to this disgusting side-wing of a truck stop version. The whole place was absolutely filthy, despite a complete lack of customers. The two employees on staff clearly couldn't care less about doing anything about that fact, or anything else for that matter. After I so rudely interrupted their relaxation time and cell phone browsing by placing an order, it took over 10 minutes to get my sloppily assembled food. This location is an absolute embarrassment. And while we're at it, why does allegedly fresh roast beef have the toughness and chew ratio of beef jerky. Pardon me while I drown this flame retardant petroglyph in horseradish sauce desperately trying to bring some flavor and moisture to bear on my souvenir hockey puck. This Arby's is connected to the truck stop and very small. It's managed by the hospitality company that also runs the truck stop. The drive thru, despite being all lit up informed us through an automated recording when we pulled up to order that it was closed. This was a Friday night at 8:30PM and right off 2 major highways! The staff was so unfriendly...no greeting or communication with the customers just a blank stare. To boot it was over $18 for 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and 2 fries. Went here because the Arby's on the military base was closed and we were in the mood for Arby's. Service was ok, the cashier was friendly and although he got our order wrong, but can't blame him, I think he couldn't hear with the mask on. Boyfriend wanted French dip and was given chicken wrap (miscommunication due to the # on the menu). He offered to give him the French dip instead but we paid for it and took the wrap home. I got crinkle cut fries which I prefer over curly. Mac & cheese was good. Reason for the 3 stars, tables and eating area needed to be cleaned and there were bugs when boyfriend got his drink. Service was average but they got our big order correct! Our favorite was the smoke house brisket sandwich and loaded curly fries. Our least favorite was the Buffalo chicken. The meat tasted better than usually fast food and we didn't feel horrible after eating it. I just started working around the corner so I've only been here twice but both times left me totally speechless and not in a good way. The firstT time I drove through and ordered a large curly fry I pulled around and paid the guy took my payment gave me my card back and then I sat at the window for about five minutes before I had to knock on the window to let him know he never gave me my fries he was too busy on his phone and forgot to give me my food. The second home which is the straw on the camels back I went and ordered a three piece chicken tender meal I pulled up to the window he took my payment he gave me back my card he then comes back and tells me that they're waiting on chicken I spent 15 minutes of my 15 minute break in the drive-through at Arbys is the only car there they made my chicken he gave me my chicken but never gave me my fries I had to remind him he had to give me the rest of my meal and that I paid for a full meal. read more

Arby's - they have the meats! The television commercial pretty much sums it up. Today's visit was for the seasonal deep fried turkey sandwich. The sandwich included lettuce, tomato, bacon and Arby's signature sauce. I went all-out and ordered curley fries too. Don't tell Arlene, but I also ordered a classic roast beef sandwich with horsey sauce. It's often hard to find an Arby's local to you, so this location came as a surprise when my navigation system recommended it a few months ago. The last time I stopped, I went to the drive-thru. This time, I went inside and was greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic staff. The restaurant was clean and the service was good. It has a entry through to the truck stop next door. Since I've never been inside a truck stop, it made the visit even more interesting. More on the truck stop in a future review. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE. I ate here yesterday, at about 3:00 PM and I later became violently ill. I got home at about 7PM and felt very chilled. I decided to head to bed early. By 9:30 PM I woke up to vomit filling my mouth in my sleep, I was so desperate I almost just puked on the bed but made it to our garbage can. I threw up for about 30 minutes unable to move from the spot on my bedroom floor because it hurt so bad to move and the vomit was constant. After that I sat in the shower and vomited on myself while sweating for a bit. I now have a temp of 100.2 and have been vomiting and experiencing some other foul symptoms for hours. All while caring for my baby and getting my online classes done. I used to love Arby's, but after this experience I will never eat it again. I have been so ill, there's been moments with my head in the toilet thinking this will never end. And I was the only one out of 3 people to eat this food. We ate all the same food the day before and for lunch, Arby's was the only thing I did different and now I am paying for it. The food even looked disgusting but I was hungry and couldn't help myself. Easy place to get something quick in a drive through while nearby the entrance to the 295. People are friendly, especially one man who is very polite. Mozzarella sticks are always good here as well as the poppers. Sandwiches are not visually as good as the menu shows. Very sloppy, just eh. And pricey too. There are a good variety of sides to pick from that you can make a meal of. Stick with the sides. I will try a sandwich again and take a photo before consumption. read more

I have been fortunate in that every time I go there, the food is fresh, warm and DELICIOUS. I typically go there to eat their Beef & Cheddar sandwiches, but recently tried their classic chicken sandwich. It was terrific; as good or better than Chick-fil-A! read more

The worst of all the fast food places. Had seen all the "we have the meats" commercials and the food looked good on TV. The actual experience was horrible. The Beef Brisket sandwich was some dried up lunchmeat on a roll with a glob of disgusting barbecue sauce in it. The pizza and buffalo sliders were just as horrible. Went on Friday and it was wonderful. Service was great, food was good. Today, Sunday, went again and it was a disaster. Service was horrible to the point they made our order and forgot to give it to us. When we got the food, we still had to wait an extra 5 minutes for one of the items. I went there right after it opened and it wasn't too busy and everything went smoothly....today I went again and it was a complete disaster. There was a manager and two workers behind the counter and the restaurant got a little busy and they were completely overwhelmed. We were given someone else's order and it took around 10 minutes for them to give us the correct order. The manager did apologize to us for the trouble. Then, after we got our order, the manager started yelling REALLY LOUD at a customer at the drive-through. She was telling the customer, I'm going to call the police on you, or something like that. For a minute I thought maybe there was someone with a gun or something but then I figured out it was just an unhappy customer. It disturbing and not an enjoyable experience and I will not go back. They didn't have enough people working there. The bill was over $20 for 2 people and the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. The fries and milkshake were good but the sandwich wasn't that good. The bread was kind of soggy. read more
