Came here before watching a movie at the new theater across the street and was pleasantly surprised and satisfied. We ordered the roast beef slider, buffalo chicken slider and a bbq bacon sandwich and large curly fries and loaded fries and it was all tasty, hot and delicious. Horrible customer service got my order wrong through the drive through. Drove from La Habra to Buena Park when I got home no cheese in any of my sandwich's that I asked for. I have never been to Arby's and well my instincts tell me not to go there again. I went Saturday for the first time on my way to Knott's Scary farm. We were pretty hungry and anything looked good at this point. I ordered the Turkey club sub sandwich, it was cut in half so I shared with my sister. Now it was delicious, it really was. I figured it was the least greasy thing I could find that's fast. I give it 2 stars because my stomach was hurting so bad then next day and I couldn't leave the bathroom. The food was not coming up....it was going down....way down...for....a while...uhhhh...yup. I later find out that everyone else who ate Arby's with me that day, felt the same way. Went to Arby's on Beach Blvd. in Buena Park on Sunday. They messed up a sandwich order, so I called and told them about it. The Mgr. I spoke to (Bryan) was courteous and apologetic, saying he would replace the meal. Today I went to go have that meal replaced. I drove up to the window where I spoke to Carlos who was the Manager on duty, but not the General Manager. He was rude, and said that he was only going to replace the sandwiches and not the meal. I explained what Bryan said, but he argued saying that he only wrote on a post it note the name of the sandwiches. I said he also told me that he was going to write it in a book, but that post it note isn't a book. Carlos continued to argue with me saying the drink and fries were fine saying "I am not going to replace them!". I told him that I'm not stupid and that if I was going to steal from Arby's, it wouldn't be curly fries and a crappy orange drink! Carlos continued to argue and said "Next time..." I cut him off there and said there won't be a next time, I won't be back! This is terrible Customer Service. haven't been to an Arby's in over 20 years...it tastes more bland than i remember...with the added horseradish sauce...it yummed it up a bit. we had basic sandwiches and some fries...fries were super yummy and crisp. This is tough. When I'm in the mood for fast food, Arby's is a place I'll choose because they seem "less unhealthy" than typical McDonalds. I like their roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. (Their Market Fresh sandwiches are also delicious...and fresh...and huge!) However, I was introduced to their potato cakes which I love even more. (I use about 4 napkins per cake to blot all the oil off.) The Jr. Roast Beef Kids Meal with Potato cakes for around $4 is enough for me for lunch. I could eat more, but this small portion is enough to fill me for the afternoon and makes me feel like I didn't just eat a terribly bad meal. OH...don't forget the Arby sauce. It's the best part. So today, Malinda and I make our normal trip to Arby's after getting our pedicures down the street. We usually take the food back to the office but today decide to eat there. As soon as I walked in, it smelled like grease. As far as I can remember, not all fast food places are like that...are they? Or is it because I'm usually in the drive-thru? I'm sitting at my desk now and all I can smell is grease still. In my hair...on my clothes. Ew! The parking situation also sucks. It's located on the corner of a strip mall. When the drive-thru has more than 2 cars, the driveway is blocked so you can't get in or out to park. But at least this location has a drive thru, which is why we go here instead of the one on Lincoln. So....in conclusion...I'm not giving this location 1 star because it's Arby's, and for fast food, it's a good choice. But drive-thru, don't eat there. read more

Big turnaround from Arby's. It used to be one of the worst places I could think of -- like, almost Burger King. Recently they've revamped the menu to include healthier options while retaining and spicing up some more traditional fast-food faves like curly fries and chicken sandwiches. So now instead of wrenching in pain at the sight of an Arby's, I smile and think, you clever devils! How inventive of you to consider giving people what they want! I had the worse experience here with the woman with the last name Gomez who claimed she was a general manger. I highly doubt this because general managers don't behave in manors like this turning away business from customers who were wanting to order lunch. I had a stupid little coupon for a free shake and the coupon said free with any sandwich so I asked for the slider. She said it had to be a expensive sandwich. The coupon said Amy sandwich. Tonight I was impressed with the service I received from the server 000139/Carson. He was very nice and polite. He first asked me how my day has been to start it off with a smile. Then, since I ordered two sandwiches, he helped me save money by ringing up my potato cakes and soda to make it a combo before adding the second sandwich. (I'm going to save the Loaded Italian Sandwich for tomorrow.) Then he even bought my order to me when it was ready.they are more courteous here than at other Arby's! I love this Arby's the staff treats you like family and is easy going with coupons and specials. They are always quick and I've seen them go out of their way for elderly customers.
