Some lighter choices of salads and wraps with unique spins, plus traditional tasty looking burgers and fries. Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice lady who explained the menu. We were taking our food to go, but the location looked very clean and chill so I wouldn't have minded eating there. The food was outstanding. The tandoori wrap I shared with my daughter was plenty for the both of us. I really liked the occasional surprise of a crispy onion and appreciated that it wasn't too heavy with beans. There was a generous amount of chicken and fresh veggies. The sauces were nice- some I liked more than others. We will definitely return in the future.

Being the newly added burger and all the rave, I decided to order a Big Arch and other items on the menu for the family. The n the families burgers, I ordered extra cheese (on 6 burger). To my surprise, I was charged for the cheese, but they did not add it to the order. I ordered large fries, they were not in the bag and when brought to their attention, they said I never ordered them and to pull back around the drive through. I also ordered hot honey for the nuggets, they charged me for it but provided hot mustard instead. All these items I could overlook, but when I bit into my Big Arch, they had left the wax paper on one of the burger patties. They cook the patties with wax paper on them that had become attached to the meat. Then the proceeded to build my burger with that attached and serve it to me. Disgusting, and how is that even possible unless it was intentional. After taking a bite and choking on the paper, I realized it was across my entire burger. When brining this to the managers attention her first response to the other employee was "can't you help them? And what do they need? After letting her know she serve my food with contaminates in it that choked me, she decided to help. While she was helping, one of the other employees behind her was complaining about when she will get her break saying it is going on 4 hours without even a suggestion of break. This place needs some serious looking into. Not only are they serving food that could kill someone but they are potentially breaking labor laws. Oh and don't bother calling their cooperate line as I did and I requested a call back from someone higher up and I still haven't received a call. I haven't even received an apology or explanation about how I was severed wax paper and charged for items and I did not receive.

The fries were good. BK uses a thicker cut, so they retain their quality longer. However, the Original Chicken Sandwich was just OK and was poorly seasoned. C'mon man, how can you mess up salting a chicken patty? It's shaped like a submarine sandwich. So I bite into one end, and it's bland with no flavor. I get down to the other end, and it's so salty I can't eat it. Ambiance? I didn't go inside.

Service was quick and super friendly. I didn't try their ice cream, but a couple other customers mentioned it's worth checking out. Maybe I'll be back just for that, but as for the hot dogs, I'll have to pass next time.

I live in Oakland and so I have access to the best taco spots around. Even so this place holds its own for a fast food place. The taste was there but it was a little small - possibly just because it was wrapped and not open face. Could have been an illusion. We don't have Del Tacos in San Francisco or Oakland I think because there is good mom and pop competition.... and Taco Bell is a whole different crowd. Apples and oranges. I visit my friend in Lincoln and noticed these were around. I was curious his take on them as he is a MExican food snob. He approved and liked the weekly deals on two odd weekdays. My last time to one of these Del Tacos must have been over 20 years ago in the Las Vegas desert in Baker, CA. I think because of that it brings back good memories of being 2 decades younger and being on a road trip.
