Didn't have Jamocha shakes, service was slow. This franchise needs to be run to the ground. I gave Arby's another chance but never again

I went to this Arby's yesterday and I was a little apprehensive. I was working and needed to get 20 orders filled for my co-workers. My boss told me to get every person's meal packaged individually. I thought for sure that it was going to take forever and they it would get all messed up. This was my first time getting fast food for my job so I was very nervous. The employees that helped me were Sukhi B, Sukhi D, Santa, and Rommel. They could not have been more helpful. They quickly and correctly got together each order for me, telling me what everything they set down in front of me was. They helped me get drink holders and even offered me a box to carry all my orders. They made my job of picking up lunch so easy and they were SO KIND TO ME. They were professional, fast, and efficient. I wish every transaction I had at a restaurant was like this. I was blown away by how helpful the staff was to me. I guess they probably got a new staff b/c they people were AWESOME unlike the other reviews. I only ate one meal, obviously, but it was good. The fries were crispy and hot. The sandwich had a lot of meat, I ordered a #3. I could have probably ordered a smaller sandwich. The turnover was delightful. read more

This location is newly remodeled and very clean. Food was ready quickly and very tasty. I will come again on the way to Reno.

We have lived in Vallejo, Ca. Since 1969. Arby's was here & then it closed. A different fast food took over the space then it closed and back came Arby's yeah. Then it closed. We miss something terrible. We love Arby's. read more

Normally I like Arby's, but today was a big disappointment. I ordered the Chicken Pecan Salad Sandwich. Completely tasteless. Chicken covered in a flavorless white sauce and almost no pecan or apples with only two grapes in the whole sandwich. The sandwich was a big size, but 60% of it was the bread. In addition the bathroom was pretty dirty, I heard three people also complaining about it and there were a lot of spider webs under and between the bench seats inside. The Chicken Cordon Bleu is super yummy. So are the Gyros, and the mozzarella sticks. I think the prices are kinda high but the food is great. They are really friendly and cheerful at the drive-thru. Luckily they do have small items too with lower prices. Junior melts, sliders, and I love the Junior Shakes. read more

They made my sandwich wrong the first time. But manager Maria quickly fixed it. The orange cream shake was great . Loved the jalapeño bites with bronco berry sauce. Loaded fries need some work. Overall good service read more

I have never had any issue with Arby's before, But last week was so bad! I ordered the club wrap and it was over saturated with tasteless mayonnaise! The bathrooms were dirty with an empty soap dispenser in the sink! Such a big disappointment overall! Don't think will be back anytime soon read more

I love their Greek gyros and I wish they still had the Greek salad. It's not like a typical Greek salad with feta cheese. It has beef/lamb meat and their delicious tzatziki dressing. Bring it back, please!! read more

Since the newly, remodeled Arby's re-opened, the service has been fast. (Drive thru wise) I dropped by this restaurant to pick up the husband some lunch. He ordered the Roast Beef Gyro with curly fries and a medium root beer, no ice. I was the only car at drive thru and I was able to order my meal and get my meal in less than 5 minutes. The only part of the order was I ordered a medium curly fries and they did not fill it to the top. It was more of a small curly fries, but you paid for a medium size. If I knew that was the amount of curly fries I would have gotten, then I would have stuck with a small size order and get the same amount of food, but cheaper in price. I'm sure the workers are new and its still a work in progress, so we shall see for my future reviews. I'll come back and try something different and order a small instead of a medium. Lesson learned. read more

I knew there was a reason why I do not eat here. Today just reconfirms why I stay away. I was lured here because of my love of bacon. Arby's was playing very heavily a commercial for a BLT that was stacked Hella high. On a bun. It looked delicious, and I told myself the next time I was in the area I'd get one. So, I was in the area, and decided to get both myself and my son a BLT, because he shares my same love of bacon. I get up to the speaker, and didn't see the sandwich I was talking about on the menu. But I asked the person at the speaker if they still had that BLT sandwich. She said yes. So, I proceed to order two combos with curly fries and potato cakes on the side. When I got home and opened my sandwich, it was a cold, non toasted, regular bread sandwich. The bread was thicker than the layer of bacon. Matter of fact, the tomato was thicker too. Needless to say, I just ate the paltry serving of bacon that they gave to me out of the sandwich. The curly fries were decent, the potato cake was thicker than a hash brown, and I only ate a couple bites of that. I won't be going back to Arby's, because of the deceptive advertising and mediocrity of their "meats" portions. Yeah. Yall got the meats alright. Ol stingy butts. First off, this is a fast food comparison (it wouldn't get 4 stars when compared to another restaurant). This remodeled Arby's is great. I didn't realize how much I missed the occasional roast beef sandwich until it closed. This location is modern, the staff is friendly and helpful. The food was on par or better than other experiences at the fast food offerings in this area. Do yourself a favor and next time you're looking for a hamburger from another fast food chain, make the right turn and treat yourself to a roast beef sandwich and curly fries! read more

I've never been to any Arby's in my whole life until recently, my pregnant wife is craving beef. Usually making 10pm runs here to grab a roast beef sandwich. Wife likes it and it combats her hangry moments so yeah, I guess it tastes good even though I still haven't tried it. read more

It's Arby's and 3 stars is the highest score I'll ever give a fast food place. That said, I'm glad they're back and the new look is clean and pleasant. Saw some folks complaining about the wait but I had no problem. Parking lot was packed and the drive thru was easily 6-8 cars deep but I had my Food in less than 10 minutes from stepping into the line. My only complaint is that the potato cakes were a little too crispy from being overcooked a little. Welcome back! read more

Arby's food can't help but be delicious but this store needs a new manager or owner. I live near here and my family loves Arby's, so we're here pretty often. Our order is screwed up about half of the time. They are SO slow. Even though the place is empty, it still always takes forever to get your food. The full posted menu is never available. They are always out of something I want. Specifically, kids meal items like yogurt, milk, and chocolate milk are often unavailable. The yogurt has never been available, despite being always on the menu. Yesterday at 6:30pm, no cherry turnovers. The older woman who is there a lot (I think she and her husband are the managers or owners) is super unwelcoming. A smile once or twice might go a long way but we'll never know for sure. Like others have posted in photos, the place is overdue for an upgrade or at least a cleaning. Everything looks old and dirty. read more

I love arby's food usually, nothing satisfies my hunger more than a beef and cheddar, a side of potato cakes, and a large coke. I'm so sad to hear you've done away with the potato cakes, they were delicious and certainly set arby's apart from other fast food. Arby's is great! Typical fast food restaurant: don't expect awesome service or quality ambiance or whatever fancy people expect... and you're good to go! As they're obviously famous for their roast beef, get the ROAST BEEF! Their Jr. Chedder Roast Beef dollar menu sandwich is great, and so are their special burgers! read more

Bought an Arby's meat mountain for $12 and was surprised about its size. I thought it had good flavor but the major complaint I have is why was the meat refrigerator cold??? That was just nasty to bite into something that cold with room temperature bread and hot chicken.. read more

They closed the Arby's in Dan Jose down and I have missed it! We were so excited to find this one while heading home from out of town and we weren't disappointed.... Great sandwiches & yummy fries! Typical high pricing that Arby's has always had but it's been so long I'm not complaining haha The restaurant was clean and looks newly renovated. Friendly employees. Will definitely stop when in the area again. read more

I have been a big fan of Arby's ever since I first tasted my first Arby's roast beef sandwich back in the late 1970's. I can remember when there was an Arby's in just about every bay area city. Good times. But that number started dwindling over time and what remains are this location and the one in Sunnyvale. I was happy to see this restaurant open back up after it's remodel. The food is great and the choices are many. Arby's has always been a great alternative to all the other restaurants out there. I will be back. read more

This place has horrible service. The last two times I have gone here I have used the drive - through, and both times the window attendant failed to speak with me to place an order. Went Friday evening ordered 2 kinds of roast beef sandwich combos, 2 kinds of sliders one didn't have the buffalo sauce that was supposed to be on it, also ordered 2 things of jalapeno poppers all the food was hot and fresh. This Arby's is not clean, and the bathrooms are disgusting. The food doesn't taste fresh, and their prices are not consistent with other Arby's that I have been to. No dollar menu, and many things pre-printed on their menu boards have been manually blacked out. Not sure what's going on there. read more

I like arbys. Not many locations in the bay area so when I'm in Fairfield I make sure to stop in. The menu keeps getting larger which having a larger selection makes it more desirable for those who might not want roast beef sandwiches. I stick always with a super arbys roast beef with a jamocha shake. read more

Zero stars if possible!!! Went through the drive through and ordered jalapeño poppers with my meal instead of fries. The Indian lady had horrible customer service and was very rude. After leaving this horrible excuse of a restaurant I realized that they didn't give me my jalapeño poppers. I returned to the said Arby's and met with the same lady she was disrespectful and told me I had to pay another dollar and I asked her after your mistake, after leaving, and having to drive back do you really think I should pay you another dollar? Slow, slow, slow................ And it's been open for awhile and the employees act like it's their first day of opening. Mass confusion. One employee was lost because they were out of salad bags for bagging salads for the customer. Just put it in a regular bag moron. Then he walks around holding a drink cup with his fingers inside the cup. Nope don't want that cup! Then he goes over to make my chocolate shake and he can't figure why it isn't working? Calls the manager over and she tells him, the chocolate isn't working. and walks away. He's left there trying to figure out what to do next? Finally call my name for my order and then says, "Oh there is no chocolate shakes, would you like another flavor?". So my order is bagged and ready to go, but now I have to decide on another flavor of shake. Why didn't you ask me that when the machine broke down for chocolate. Another employee is annoyed because the Mgr and another employee are making the orders but can't get one order finished up front. And I get my order home and the salad has NO CHICKEN on it!!!! What?
