My wife and I hadn't been to Arby's in quite a while, so we decided to stop in since we were close by running errands. My wife is not a big beef eater, Arby's is the perfect spot for her since they have so many menu options that appeal to her. She decided on the Crispy Chicken Wrap, and I decided on one of my all-time favorite Arby sandwiches, the Arby Super. Evern though it's not on the menu anymore, they'll still make it for you. The Arby Super has extra been on a sesame seed bun, lettuce, tomato and, what they call, a Red Ranch dressing. It's basically a Catalina type dressing, red and sweet tasting. Her wrap was delicious, and I savored my Super Arby's sandwich and the curly fries. We had an awesome visit to our local Arby's and plan on returning again real soon. read more

My cuz wanted to grab a bite before our movie. I suggested Arby's because, it's so delish. When we got there the employees were motioning to the drive thru. We were like what!? So, we went and placed our order inside. The cashier was disgruntled? I asked for the Jr Roast Beef and she impolitely mumbled they did not have one? Our food quickly came out. My Roast Beef Sandwich was packed w Beef! The Bun was soft with an aging appearance. I ate the whole thing. I'm not complaining just saying. The Mozzarella Sticks were salty, hot and crispy with gooey Cheese. Yum! I was really impressed. I believe this Arby's has been renovated. It was nice and clean with a peaceful modern appearance. We left and thanked them for their service and rang the bell. The cashier became friendly and seemed to be happy we rang the bell. I realized why the cashier was not happy. First time at this location. Three customers and I had to wait at least 10 minutes for our food to be done. 10 minutes isn't too bad, being I rather wait then have my order messed up. The staff was friendly, plus food was hot and fresh. The gyro wasn't as good as the one's I purchased from other locations in the pass. I'm not a big Arby's fan so I can't see myself returning to any location unless they start selling burgers again. read more

We just checked out the new Arby's in the area and I was impressed. Very nice store good design. The store look small with a drive-thru. But their actually is plenty of seating inside. The service was very good the young man at the counter was good. The food was fresh and hot made to order. My favorite sandwich is the regular roast beef and curly fries. I think they have the best curly fries. There are plenty of other items on the menu but I stick with my usual. I'm happy they moved into the EastChase and I-30 area they are a great alternative to plain o burgers. read more

Whoever the woman was working today between 12:30 and 1 is rude and ignorant. From the moment I said I had a mobile order at the speakers she had an attitude. Everyone has a bad day but when you work in a customer service environment you can't take your life issues out on others. When I got to the window she tried to tell me there was no drink on my order and continued with the same nasty attitude. When I told her I could show her my receipt online she insisted there was no drink on my order but that she would give me one anyways refusing to even look at the receipt, as if I did something wrong or was trying to get something for free. This location already always serves cold food but add the nasty attitude to it and having to put your own food in the oven to warm it isn't worth it anymore by far. Won't be back read more

Ordered arbys through uber eats at this location. Uber eats orders are specific because you have to check the boxes for everything in the order. I ordered a combo meal and it was missing the fries. The safety seal on the bag was broken and there was no receipt. A broken seal and missing items makes the remaining portion of the order unsafe, can't be trusted and I simply had to throw it out. The only requested sauce was arbys sauce, instead I received Horsy sauce and ketchup. No straw or napkins. I paid $20+ for a single meal not including the 25% prepaid tip for the Uber driver. Did the Uber driver pick up and deliver a botched order or did the Uber driver compromise the order? I have to idea. I reached out through the Uber eats order to address this issue and received a refund for $6. Im still out $14 plus the 25% tip I prepaid for the driver (I wouldn't expect a refund on the tip) but between Uber etas, arbys and the delivery person the ball was dropped and I was stolen from. Anytime I have gone through the drive through and ordered here at this eastchase location the people working here are nice enough. I understand this location has been the target of vandalism and theft in the past and I want to support and patronize my local businesses including this arbys, but this experience has not been conducive of that. I've ordered with Uber eats in the past and have only had one issue and it was resolved satisfactorily. But this experience again super disappointing. Was coming home from out of town. Headed to Popeyes but didn't realize there was an Arby's next door. Went to Arby's and ordered the chicken, bacon, and Swiss burger and mozzarella sticks. It was a wait and there was only 1 in front of me, but that's ok. When I got home 4 minutes later the sandwich was cold and the bacon was hard. The sandwich didn't even sit under the lights all day, it sat on a counter. I couldn't even eat it. I have always loved Arby's and it always seemed to be the best fast food place, I guess not this one. I will say the mozzarella sticks were really good. The best mozzarella fast food sticks. Ok, been open a month or so, and basically, enjoy it while it lasts. New, clean, employees still pretty happy and optimistic. Hey folks, I usually go to Arby's to try one of their new, "looks great on TV, but not so much in real life", sandwiches, and to get my curly fry fix. That's it. Nothing life changing, so honestly the general malaise you find in fast food joints doesn't effect me as long as the food is still good, fast, and correct. I'll probably continue to stop in until everything here goes downhill, but let's hope it bucks the trend and stays reasonably nice enough that there's a reason to keep coming in. Until then, four star for me, since my expectations are pretty low on fast food joints anyway, and right now this place is doing great. read more

Awful service won't be back. I have been to the Eastchase location several times and waited 30 minutes at the drive-thru when I was the only person in line with no customers in the store. Horrible service, I get that you're not going to get the best customer service at a fast food restaurant. We went in there today and ordered a 2 meals and we sit there for 20 minutes (no one else was in there) we were sitting there trying to be patient thinking maybe there was a reason for the hold up. Went to the front counter and they had cleared our order off and totally forgot about us. Late evening craving for the MEAT lol This is my favorite location. Although not very old, it's recent arrival has made me happy. The late night staff are friendly and attentive.
