I think the employees are what makes a business be good or bad. I'll just say this, management really needs to evaluate each and every employee on the night shift. One individual has 0 customer service qualities and clearly doesn't like her job nor wants to br there. Isn't helpful by no means and snapped at me for trying to get her attention knowingly she seen me trying to get her attention because once again my order was wrong. The food was cold this time which was unusual. It's almost the only thing open late at night thats decent so I keep going back but all it takes is one bad egg to make the whole thing go to crap. read more

Sherica is the entire reason I am writing this review! She was one of the nicest people I have ever met at a drive thru. Our order was taken as soon as we drove up. It was ready quickly. It was served hot. Our food was fantastic. The only issue was that our Jamocha shakes tasted more like vanilla shakes but they were still good. The roast beef was a bit overcooked but not bad. Walked in just a few minutes ago. A friend and I were not greeted when we came in, just stared at. No one let us know they would be right with us or any other form of customer service until we were walking out of the door. Also, a worker coughed over the fryer without covering their mouth. One of the best fast food places in Bellevue! Every time i go to the drive thru they are always so nice. They make the food fresh for you and YOU CAN TELL! Highly recommend them for a quick bite. Lee, the manager on duty, is also very nice to talk to. Arby's deserves more love!! read more

Stopped in for lunch and ordered two regular roast beef, fries and drinks. After we sat down we put what we thought was the Arby's Sauce on our sandwiches. OH MYLANTA someone had accidentally put the Arby's Spicy Pepper sauce in the Arby's Sauce Can you say, "SPICY HOT!" We had already exchanged our fries for FRESH fries so when I brought the sandwich back and asked if they changed their Arby's Sauce because it had never been hot. The older man (Owner??) was pretty upset. "What do you want ~ a new one!" Me: "yes please and my husband needs a new one too." His response: "Where's the other sandwich?!" No apology from him even AFTER the young guys figured out what had happened and told him. The saving grace was the young guys DID apologize. SMH. read more

Very clean and nice interior/exterior, especially for Arbys, most of which haven't been updated since the mid-80s. I went there for the first time on Sunday, not expecting much partly because of the continued poor ratings on this site. Let me begin by saying Arby's is probably pretty much my LEAST favorite fast food; I get roped into going there occasionally because the wife likes it. Having said that, I did not experience any of the personnel issues that many of the other yelpers did. The line was long, but went quickly, and my order was taken efficiently and correctly. Now for the bad. It's Arby's. It's a few ounces of deli-meat thrown halfway on and halfway off a white bread bun. Glob some plasticky cheeze whiz on it if you feel like you must. Either way it could be made at home, better, for probably 75 cents (Note: Arbys used to send out pretty good coupon deals-4 for $5 or even 5 for $5-and that made it almost worth it, but I haven't seen decent Arby's coupons in years). A bright side is that I do like the curly fries. Just to reiterate, I really don't care for Arbys in general, if you have to have it, this location is probably the best location I have ever been to. I feel guilty about leaving it a 3*, but they're franchising a product that is in my opinion really neither great tasting nor a very good value. read more

All I can say is I've been greeted by one of the clearest, friendliest, fastest and most professional drive thru workers at any drive thru anywhere. .Im not sure but I think his name was Lee Smith. . Probably the manager. . Food was hot, fresh, fast and cheap. . Had coupons. . I'll definitely make thus a regular stop if the service and quality remain like this! This is the last time I will waste my time and money at this location. Tonight was the 3rd chance I have gave them to improve on something as simple as getting the order correct. Ordered a beef n cheddar and recieved without the cheddar, cherry turnover was apple and the sandwich was so small for the price so into the garbage it went.
