I fear Arby's has joined that list like Pizza Hut, Red Lobster, Bucca di Beppo, ya know, those eateries fated to be just a wonderful memory of yesteryear. I hope not. Because Arby's really does HAVE THE MEATS! Ordered Half Pound Roast Beef. That baby was stacked! Refreshing in the days where a Wendy's Baconator (remember famous slogan; "Where's the beef?") has shrunk to the size of a Jr. & most fast food sandwiches of any kind are all roll. They have Half Pound version of their other classic: Beef N Cheddar (which gets a bit sloppy at that size) but still good! When app does BOGO offer, it rattles my brain that I'm getting TWO of these giant sandwiches for only $7.99. They are generous w/ their deals & I like that, allowing one to order a 2, 3, 4, or 5 piece Potato Cakes w/ incremental discounting for every added cake! Husband & I order a 5-piece & split it. McDonald's would never have a small, medium, large, x-tra large, & jumbo french fries. And if they did, they'd fill them only halfway. My takeout trick, when I get home I slap a slice or 2 of American on Half Pounder (cheese is extra on menu) & dip sandwich in ketchup. Pretty delish! Snag the $2 Cherry Turnover & you have dessert. It's nice to have options. The texture of these sandwiches is unique. The same skinny fries & burgers gets old. And btw, their double burgers (tho more $ & not as greasy-satisfying as other chains) are jumbo as well. All their sandwiches ring good- just a meat to roll ratio issue is why I push the 1/2 pounder as best value. I lived in the South for many years, and Arby's is one thing I missed a lot after moving to PA. I was surprised to find one near work. This Arby's location is very nice--staff are friendly, organized and efficient. They keep the store clean too. I usually order online and pick up during my lunch break. 2/8/20 Well I haven't been to an Arby's in prob 25 years. I'm trying to ditch fast food as much as I can but I was in the area and figured that this would be a nice change. I have most often gone to Friendly's in the past but I passed by Arby's a handful of times so I gave it a try on Saturday. I got a roast beef and cheddar with a siide of white cheddar mac and cheese. The food was good, I liked the sandwich a lot. The macaroni was undercooked and there was too much cheese sauce. It was ok but it didn't have a nice tangy punch like white cheddar should have. Looking back I should have tried the curly fries. My friend ordered those and they were delicious! She ordered a turkey sandwich and it looked so good! Packed with turkey. The bathrooms were clean too. I would definitely go back but I'm only in the area on a semi-regular basis. It was a good experience! The counter help was friendly. Lots of dirty tables though and barely anyone in the restaurant. That shouldn't be. The condiment/soda area seemed tidy. read more

What a sh*# hole! My wife and I both got sick from our food last night! It all started with a new employee being training in the register, on a Friday night, at dinner time. Then, we realized there were no carbonated drinks available. Above the drink dispenser, the ceiling was dripping through the ceiling tiles. And to top it off the food was horrible. The fries tasted like they were made in reused oil and we both started to get stomach cramping within about 30 minutes of eating our food. The manager of this establishment should be fired or put through retraining immediately. read more

So, I don't usually write reviews, but when I expect something simple like a large Barq's rootbeer, I was met with a drink that I completely refuse to touch after looking at & tasting just a few sips, as if it were contaminated or spiked with something deadly. I say this not to add suspicion, but because not only did it taste weird, it tasted and looked like nothing I've ever had before, not even birch beer. I have absolutely loved a vatiety of different rootbeer brands since I tried it at a young age. I also wouldn't be writing this if I had not been taken aback by something so surprising. Sure, this is a long negative review, but I would kindly ask why you think it is acceptable to provide a driver with even a drink without the need for any type of quality control? This question goes for not only Arby's, but for all other restaurants who feel that utilizing 3rd party delivery companies to handle what you make, just to sit in their car, get to their destination, and run away from their customers' door step the minute they know they are good to go. I have gotten hundreds of orders that are wrong for the wrong reasons. Thank you very much for giving my mind the opportunity to work overtime. I want to tell everyone what a great Reuben you can get at Arby's! I was really surprised it was so good! I had one Saturday at Arby's for the first time in years. Well since having that one I craved another Reuben at a tavern near by and the day after. It wasn't as good as Arby's. Then a week later I tried a near by cafe and their Reuben couldn't stand up to arby's. Well I went back to arby's for another try. I wasn't wrong Arby's had the a great tasting Reuben!!!!!! I loath and despise fast food but I must admit their fish sandwich ads drew me in! Anticipating the place to be dirty and gross! Much to my surprise the place was immaculate and looked like it just passed a barracks inspection ! I ordered my fish sandwich expecting it to be nasty dried out stale and cold but again to my surprise that was not the case! The fish itself was freshly made and hot, the lettuce was crisp, fresh and green and the roll was also fresh and properly toasted. All in all I would say nicely done! read more

The fries were burnt, cold and greasy. The drink was tasteless. I have had better brisket, but it was decent for a fast food restaurant.

This place is a hit or miss. My review is for drive through only. I love the food here but the Stars have to align . The satellites have to hover into place and just then you may get your order correct. If it's not the order it's some one at the drive through window making you feel like your a simpleton. Kinda like u were the one that didn't pay attention in Arby's take out school and they received there masters degree in arbysanomics. Even though they may screw up the order,or belittle you at the window those damn curly fires are a little piece of heaven. Recently there has been an older woman who has been working the window and she was very friendly. I actually had to stop and do a double take, Because usually I'm crying the first second I pull up to the window.. She asked me if I need anything else, I actually felt safe giving her my card. She even brought the food to the window and went through the the bag repeating back what I had ordered. And then she goes ok sir. It's all there. You have a nice day. My faith the the Arby's chain has been restored for now. I have never gone inside at the recommendation of friends but I took there word on it judging by the epic wins at the drive through. When I eat here I'm kinda a pig. I'll get two bacon Swiss chicken sandwiches with this amazing delicious scrumptious curly fries and just because it's Arby's I'll get a roast beef sandwich. Not Happy Not Happy Went in order a large Rueben meal looks like it was sat on ordered chicken club hardly any meat on it ordered the big kahuna brisket well didn't receive that instead they gave me the big kahuna chicken and brisket and ham which looks gross and why would anybody want to eat that combination of meats also ordered big cheddar beef large order of chicken tenders two Curley fries and two jamocha shakes total came to $41.00 so now I sit here watching my family eat their very expensive fast food meals and I eat nothing all because of ignorant people not taking the time to get the order right. I had an order thru Gruhub and it was sitting on my porch for a half hour. I happen to look out and saw it. Never got confirmation it was delivered. We ordered shakes and got no straws. We ordered sauces and received no sauces. I have the receipt right here and it shows sauces. When I called the store the man that answered was like so. So why are you calling. It is like any other Arbys. I am giving them a lousy rating for customer service. They didnt fill my order and didnt realize it till I got home. The place is FILTHY! the tables hadn't been wiped in hours the floor had noticeable spills on it.
