Expensive!! This location takes too long to make food. Wouldn't recommend this place to eat

The cheddar on my roast beef sandwich was thin queso from a can. My wife's gyro was cold and when I took it back, the kitchen staff nuked it until it was an inedible hot gooey mess. And the girl refilling the soda machine with ice used a guest chair to stand on to pour watery ice into the top of the soda machine, then didn't clean the chair when she returned it to the dining area. How in the hell can they already be serving cold food when the restaurant just opened? I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich a beef and cheddar and Mac and cheese. Omg if I didn't know any better I would think it was alpo. The max and cheese was so lumpy I didn't k is if I was eating cottage cheese yogurt or Mac and cheese ... smh and it was luke warm wasn't close to being hot. I don't know why we bother with this Arby's. They can never get their orders right, and the food is subpar. I had medical treatment yesterday, and wasn't feeling up to making dinner. So hubby stopped by Arby's on the way home from work to bring dinner home. He did not check the bags for accuracy before he left the place, so he accepts blame for that, but seriously, we shouldn't have to check up on Arby's to make sure they do their job right. I ordered a French dip sandwich, they forgot the au jus. Son ordered a root beer, and the machine must've been malfunctioning, because all he got was a cup of carbonation and barely any syrup. He wound up throwing it out. Sure, we could've gone back to get a replacement, but we live in the North Valley's. By the time we would've wasted gas and driven out there to get it corrected, the rest of our dinner would've been ice cold and completely inedible. It was not worth the effort. The last time they did this, I did call, it took a long time to get a manager on the phone, one who would be willing to fix the problem by at least giving us a coupon. It really was not worth the hassle last night, especially when I wasn't feeling well. Over $30 spent on garbage. We won't be back. But it's easy to see why Arby's restaurants are hard to find now. What a sad, sad location. Let me first say we received great coupons in the mail for Arby's. We decided to stop in with our coupon, $9.99 for two Arby's beef sandwiches, 2 curly fries, 2 drinks and an order of mozzarella sticks. The whole order would have cost about $17 without the coupon . We stood by the register as no one came up to help us, just chatted in the back ignoring us. And she knew we came in because she was standing at the counter when we walked in. Waited two minutes at the counter before she finally came up. We handed her the coupon and asked that we get one side of cheese and add cheese to one. She looked at the coupon, and pressed a few buttons for a minute , and finally had to ask what to do. Our total came out to $12 and some change . The cheese was only .70 cents more, but we were in a hurry and didn't feel like asking why it seemed a little higher, turns out our order was rang in for .75 cents more, but didn't feel like being petty about it. Before we even got our drinks our food was ready, in about 30 seconds. I mentioned to my boyfriend how could it possibly be fresh and hot in that amount of time. Took our food to the table and just as I suspected , fries were cold, cheese sticks were cold . I immediately took them back and let them know they were cold, and she said "well it's going to be 4 or 5 minutes", I said ok that's fine. I just wanted hot food! Sat back at the table and realized they forgot the cheese. Went back and got cheese, she was very annoyed. She called our number again in a few minutes for our fries and mozzarella sticks. This time they were hot. Not impressed with this Arby's whatsoever. It's the ONLY one in the area and has horrible reviews . Maybe a letter to corporate about this sorry location is in order. However, last time I was in this location I tried using an Arby's gift card and they said they couldn't take it because they didn't have a gift card machine. No clue what that even meant. I know this is fast, but I have to thank Moran again the manager at Arby's. Last night I was furious was going to retract my previous review of this particular location. At 7p.m. last night my husband who I love with all my heart(he likes to make make his version of a gourmet dinner anything from a box. Last night he made his institutional spaghetti and meatballs). I won't eat it and hadn't had anything yet.After he finished he looked at me and said "Lets go to Abry's and get a french dip and your favorite pecan chicken sandwich and split cheese sticks". I always give exact coins $20.26. She gave me $1.00 instead of $2.00 back. She gave me NO RECEIPT. Joey said nothing he normally doesn't like to complain when it comes to his food. He always jokes don't mess with those making your meal. When we returned home the apple turnover was not there nor the cookie we ordered. His french dip to completely burnt not edible burnt. He gave it to Matilda our pup he was so angry. My sandwich hardly had anything on it only the bread. We always pay extra to split cheese sticks we were cheated on those. Unless something's really, really screwed up I don't say anything and it takes a lot for Joey to get angry especially over food he asked me to call Arby's local and say something as well as online. I was so mad, did quickly. That was at 7:45 p.m. We left for an hour to GSR Joey had to talk to a friend. We came back at 9:45p.m. Moran(who was off yesterday) called. Disappointing. It's unfortunate it's the only one in town. This place has gone downhill the last cpl years. Long ago you'd get a nicely stacked sandwich, whereas now it's thrown together so quickly the meat, cheese & sauce are disproportionate and nearly flat. I'd avoid the new short rib sandwich that looks so yummy on the commercial. Reality isn't even close to the photo. Very little onions, sauce & most of the meat is fatty/gristly & couldn't chew it. The bread seemed stale & when I brought it to their attention they'd forgotten the cheese they threw it in the microwave which made the sandwich even more rubbery. Hate to waste such an expensive sandwich, maybe the dog will eat it. For a $7 sandwich they can do better. read more

This restaurant has posted that they are open until 11:00 pm. Went to there at 7:00 pm and the drive through was blocked off. Went to the door and it was locked. Sign posted said drive thru orders only. While in the parking lot several other people pulled in expecting them to be open also. There were lights on in the inside. Why post you are open until 11:00 pm when you are going to close at least 4 hours earlier. read more

I come into Arby's occasionally on Friday's to order lunch for the business I work for. Honestly, I always recommend this place because of the Manager there. I think her name is Roxy. She always does an awesome job making getting my large order complete so quickly. She really hustles to get everything together. She places everything in a box so it is easier to transport and even helps me get it to my car! She is amazing! It's nice to be remembered at a restaurant you go to often and she makes you feel welcome and appreciated. We love getting the French Dip sandwiches. They offer a 1/2lb size and a classic size, so it's easy to find something that can fill up the hungry and not so hungry. The reason for the 4 stars is that most of the other employees don't seem that motivated or overly friendly. Also, the girl at the cash register was telling me the larger French dip was 8lbs, not 1/2lb. Which is incorrect. The counter is lacking smiling faces, and knowledge of the menu. read more

I LOVE Arby's so sad to rate this location three stars. I ordered through DoorDash my issue is not with DoorDash. I requested Arby's sauce with sandwich and with the curly fries as offered on the DoorDash site. I ordered a mint shake and marked if they were out to cancel item. When order was delivered I received a vanilla shake, no napkins, no Arby's sauce. If you are going of offer the availability to order from a delivery site extra care should be taken when putting the order together. Walked in to pick up my online order from the pickup cart that specifically states online -"During pickup- bypass the line, locate pickup cart, find your name on the bag, and pickup food bag from cart." AS PER ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS!! However, when I walked in, I noticed 5 customers not being helped, and 4 employees talking amongst each other as the manager was yelling at others in drive thru. As I was grabbing my bag, the manager came over from drive thru area and grabbed my hand stated "what's your name, don't grab the bags!" Took the bag from me as she let go of my hand. The service at this place is a bit more accurate than I've come to expect from the average hamburger joint. I decided to wander from the usual to Arby's new Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich. I was surprised that the brisket is very tender, much more tasty than their usually roast beef. The crispy onion straws have the potential to add some texture. Unfortunately, in spite of the fact that they put mayo and BBQ sauce on it, the sandwich comes off as seriously dry. In spite of that, I wish I had asked them to keep the BBQ sauce, which is INSANELY sweet, and completely overwhelms the sandwich. Also, they put the sauce on the same side as the "crispy" onion straws, which ensures they are a soggy mess that taste just like everything else by the time you actually get the sandwich out of the box and sink your teeth in. read more

Went here tonight to try the Meat Mou gain and it was just as fun and crazy as you'd expect a giant all meat sandwich to be. It was a whoooooping 10$ but its huge. The chicken fingers really cracked me up. Hadn't been to an Arbys in a while (years) and I was glad to see they've added sliders and now have two sizes for the beef and cheddars. Terrible service! These employees need to be trained better. The drive thru wait was a much longer wait than normal. I got to the window and after getting most of my food (again waiting for a bit) I was told it would be 2 more minutes for one of the items. I asked if they would like me to pull forward and park, he couldn't answer my question. He had to ask another employee who still wasn't sure how to answer. I stopped in here with a group of 4 others who were giving me a ride back to Burning Man on Thursday evening, Sept. 1st. I had just met them in the WalMart parking lot and offered to buy them dinner/gas in exchange for a ride back to the event. I had spent the day at the Nugget Rib CookOff, so I only ordered a small, unsweetened iced tea for myself, but their meals came to about $40. (meals were about $5, plus sides of large curly fries $4.48, onion rings $2.49, tea $1.61, & large sodas $2.14) Food looked great and the place was clean. I even used the restroom, which was also in order. The iced tea container was empty, but the employees at the front counter filled my cup for me, twice. The ice machine wasn't working in one of the soda machines, but they also offered to give me more ice. Overall, friendly staff and typical fast food. Plus, they're parking lot was spacious and there was plenty of room to park the RV we were driving back in. Also noticed several RVs with "for rent" signs on them in the parking lot. (Note: If your RV is still for rent on the Thursday of the Burning Man event, you might be pricing it a bit too high.) read more

There were around 4 people in ther dining at the time as well as 2 cars in drive thru and a smelly homeless person also 2 seats from us. Our food took more than 10 min and it wasnt even right. There was no cheddar on one sandwich and the fries were cold and old. We asked them to drop new fresh fries and remake the sandwich which the cook glared angrily about that.
