This is $52 dollars worth of food! Booo I'm booing Arby's

Love Arby's but this location sucks! Really awful service and food is mid at best. Ordered Uber, who wayyyy over charged me, Arby's forgot half our food order and didn't get the sandwich's we did order correct. When I called to inquire about the order at Arby's the lady who answered told me they can't help me, even though they messed up the order?!? I even said I'd drive down to get it right and she didn't care, I'd have to pay again," go through uber " can't help you! What does it take to make good on a wrong done by your staff, everything cost sooo much money why not just be a nice person, and give me wait I paid for? ! ..also uber only gave us a 5$ credit for over $20 worth of food missing and everything else wrong we paid extra for.. delivery is a great convenience which a single mom like me really appreciates. But this is just rude and ugly behavior don't order here they do not give a F* if your money is wasted

I hadn't been to this Arby's in many years, or any Arby's for that matter, so I decided to stop by for lunch while I was out and about. The cashier was very friendly and patient as I looked over the menu and placed my order! I ordered the Chicken Sandwich and I was very disappointed before I even took a bite. There was barely any lettuce, the cheese wasn't even put on well, not to mention that I had to spend more to get cheese, and it just looked terrible. And, to compliment its looks, it didn't taste very good either. The curly fries were fine, very average, but not really bad either. Than finally the Mac and cheese bites. They were bad, really bad. The Mac and cheese tasted undercooked while the surrounding breading tasted burnt. Talk about a terrible combination! Not only that but you only get 4 of them, what a rip off! Overall this was a very poor experience with bad food all around! It's very disappointing to taste such bad food from such a big brand. Hard pass here and I'll probably never eat at an Arby's ever again.

You guys! I am a long time lover of Arby's but have noticed over the years that the quality appears to have been going downhill. Admittedly, I doordash a lot and chalked it up as one of those restaurants best enjoyed in their dining room, so we decided to do just that tonight for dinner. We spent $49, because we love the sides. -Potato pancakes were delicious -Jalapeño poppers pretty good - Mozzarella sticks of everything was surprised how much better these were than they have been in the past - 2 Large brisket sandwich meals with curly fries - The curly fries were decent, nothing to write home about The saddest part of the whole meal was the COLD "brisket" abominations we received, they don't even get the merit of being referred to as a sandwich. We were nice about it, let them know they were cold and Im not sure what they did different to try to satisfy us but the abominations were brought back out, still cold. Other than the temperature, which is already unforgivable, here's what else was wrong with it: - cheese wasn't melted -cold grease destroyed the bun -the texture of the "brisket" was that of greasy, floppy, bacon, coated in a jelly fat substance. COMPLETELY INEDIBLE. I wouldn't even feed this to a dog starving on the street. It was that foul. The meat was also different colors and just tasted gross. Photos included for your reference. Ambiance was great though, service and quality in food lacking. Won't be back. R.I.P. Arby's.

Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Very typical fast food. Never a long wait, foods always fast food quality nothing more nothing else. Quick meal before or after shopping! Recently went and got the Buffalo chicken wrap. It was pretty good, vegetables were fresh. My husband got a tender combo. Chicken was very.... Bread. Not sure if there is much chicken in there. Mostly just deep fried breadcrumbs or whatever they use. Asked for ranch, got bbq instead. Overall it's exactly what you expect!

Classic and crinkle cut fries

I have not been to an Arbys in 25 years. I went through the drive thru. The cashier, her name was Jay is AWESOME!!!! She was Charming. Professional. Welcoming. Amazing. I am the Queen of Customer Service. She is the Epitome of Who You Want, Need to Represent Your Business. The Sandwich was bigger than years past. Super Delicious. Ice cold Delicious Sprite. My crinkle fries were chewy, not crispy or this would be 5 Stars hands down. Thanks again Jay. Because of You I am Bringing My Whole Family. The Arby's sauces are Still the Best.

Hubby had a half day, so when I picked him up, we were hungry for lunch! Came across town, and didn't realize there was an Arby's right here! We were planning on trying the sushi, but decided on Arby's. Drive they was long and busy. They were actually fast on putting our order together. Downside: No straws or or napkins! We checked the bag and I had to run inside. But the dining area was closed?,.. no I wasn't going through the drive thru! I called, and they came outside and apologized. Just check before you leave the window!

Manager lied to my face about size of shake! Gave me a small when I ordered a medium, sure charged me 5.08 ! These places need to learn the screwing over their customers will have bad consequences!!!

Curly Fries (Large)

First timer having Arbys. Customer service was good. I ordered online and food was done when I arrived. The dining area and bathroom were clean. Only the mens bathroom open for all. womens bathroom seemed to be out of order. I ended up getting 5 sliders ,and some curly fries with a drink. The sliders were good the buns reminded me of those Hawaiian rolls, cheese melted well. Only thing the curly fries were fried to long or frost burnt. If the fries were better would have gotten higher review from me. Overall was good spot.

The owner of Ruby Shake Shop routinely parks his Audi in the limited public street parking spaces along South Virginia Street directly in front of Raising Cane's, Ike's Love & Sandwiches, and the surrounding businesses. Anyone familiar with this area knows parking can already be difficult, especially during peak hours when people are trying to grab lunch, pick up an order, or make a quick stop. What makes this particularly frustrating is that these spaces appear to be occupied for extended periods of time, often throughout the day, by someone who owns and operates a nearby business. Public street parking in a busy commercial corridor is a shared resource intended to serve customers and visitors, not to function as a personal parking space for a single business owner. This review is not a reflection of the products or service at Ruby Shake Shop. It is simply feedback regarding what appears to be an extremely inconsiderate use of limited public parking in an area where parking availability already impacts customers and neighboring businesses.

Friday nights meant pulling into a stall, hanging out with friends or going on a date, and getting that unmistakable drink in the iconic cup, a burger wrapped in the silver Sonic paper, and hot, crispy fries. It wasn't just a meal it was an experience. Unfortunately, this visit felt like that experience has been stripped away. The fries were cold, my drink came in a plain plastic cup instead of the classic Sonic cup, and my burger was tossed into a generic box instead of the familiar silver Sonic wrapper. Individually, those might seem like small details. But together, they're the very things that made Sonic feel like Sonic. Branding isn't just a logo it's the memories people attach to it. When you change all the little touches that generations grew up with, you lose part of what made the brand special. I hope the food quality improves and that Sonic remembers that nostalgia is one of its greatest ingredients. Sometimes it's the little things that keep people coming back.

I came in the middle of July, so I didn't sit outside due to the blazing heat, instead taking the food and taking it home with me afterwards, but I only saw metal wiring benches, so it probably wouldn't have been the most comfortable, but they did have a huge sun shade over it. I ordered a Double Burger, with fries and a Rootbeer Milkshake, since this place is known for its milkshakes! The cashier was polite when I talked to her and she took my order. Once I got home I was immediately confused as, they don't put your food in plastic holders or anything, they just wrap them in paper which is incredibly bizarre and I've never seen anything like that before! Threw me off for sure. Anyway, the burger was kinda average. Not bad, but rather plain, and the lettuce tasted kinda old or overly wet. The fries were good. Well cooked with good texture and seasoning. Combined with the ranch, they were very pleasant to enjoy! The milkshake however was Easily the star of the show here! I know it's hard to mess up something like that, but even still, it was absolutely delicious! Overall, while I was disappointed with my burger, the rest of it was good enough to save it from a negative review! I'll definitely go back again for a milkshake sometime, and probably some fries again too! Though I don't think I'll be getting their burgers again. Definitely stop by for a delicious milkshake if you're in the area!

The service was friendly and their timing was accurate (it was just about 10 minutes for 2 taco plates that each included 3 tacos each with rice and beans). Price was reasonable too. It was $15 for the taco plate (3 tacos, rice, beans) and that included a can of soda. Beans were very soft and certainly made with delicious lard. Rice was soft and fluffy and light in flavor (but in a good way-- it balanced the plate really well). Red salsa was like a mild/medium and was more hot than the green salsa (the green salsa had a mild heat). We tried the avocado salsa too; I could see that being amazing on a quesadilla. The avocado salsa also has some mild heat to it. The taco truck itself is fine but the area doesn't have the best ambiance (we saw a number of people out on foot at night in the nearby parking lots looking like they were possibly on drugs-- and this was when it was under 30 degrees out with some residual snow and ice on the ground from the recent storm). Nevertheless, the "ambiance" won't deter us from returning again-- and I must say as someone who previously lived in So Cal THESE were the kind of carne asada tacos my taste buds have been searching for in Reno.

I traveled the USA and Canada for many years playing Sax with lots of bands (www.RickMetz.com) and the only choice I had was wherever the band vehicle stopped. Usually, we were under time constraints and we got the quickest thing available. I never liked it... But, if there was a little extra time available, I'd try to find a "real" restaurant in the vicinity to eat at. Didn't happen as often as I would've liked, but I made do. I've tried multitudes of fast food places because of those circumstances...nothing was really to my liking...especially the "major" fast food chains...you know which ones I'm referring to. Then I tried In N Out while touring through California!! OMG! I loved it! Smiling, friendly employees, clean establishments, great customer service...and still fast. (Pro tip: if the drive thru is jam packed? Park and go inside) Always made fresh and to order... Once I learned the "secret menu", that was the kicker for me! (https://www.in-n-out.com/menu/not-so-secret-menu) To be able to customize my burger in any way I wanted it at a "fast food" restaurant? Blew my mind! This is the ONLY "fast food" that I'll seek out... There's lots of debate as to their fries and their shakes. I like the shakes, but only get one once in a while...not a fan of the fries...but, I don't eat a lot of fries anyway... My go to? 2x3, Animal style, no pickles, no tomatoes, add hot peppers.
