Good food, great service. Enjoy the brand new location in our back yard. Will return again.

Today, we finally stopped to test the Culver waters and the sandwich did not disappoint. This Culver's generally has a long line at the drive through, but we caught it at a gap and we were second in line. The the drive through menu was very small and hard to read so we ordered based on what we saw in the photos. We waited about 10 minutes for our food and it was delivered to the car, piping hot by a friendly server. The cod sandwich runs about $5.69. The cod is thick, flaky and moist. The bun is a little oversized but good. There is diced lettuce and a mayonnaise based sauce on the sandwich. The sandwich was good and filling. The side order of crinkle cut fries were very hot and salty. We also picked up a kids meal for our granddaughter for $6.39. She selected the corn dog, fries and milk. The corn dog looked hand battered. We saw there was a coupon for a free custard on the kids bag when we got home and she was disappointed that we did not get one for her. Next time. I like that all the packaging was paper. Overall, great value for good sandwich and great service.

I waited about five minutes at the counter before someone noticed I was waiting for a spoon, and the lady in front of me had the same experience. Once someone helped us, the staff was friendly, so I don't think it was a customer service issue--it just seemed like they were stretched thin. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the food.

The skin on the hot dogs were so tough to chew that no one finished their item. The fries were plentiful but bland. Even though she was whispering to me, the counter staff member kept asking me to repeat myself. She got several order items wrong, and I, as the customer, had to correct her. We did not even share our concerns with the manager because we decided there would be no more Portillo's for us. We would not have used a manager's coupon if we had been given one.

The kiosk was giving me problems so I went to the counter where Grant did a great job helping me! I got a bacon cheese burger add grilled onions. I will say the fries are always fresh and crispy but the burger just wasn't it. It looked delicious but the patty was just warm not hot for just coming off the broiler. The grilled onions were room temp and tasted like smoke or bland flat top with burnt cooking oil. It was slow but I was starving so I ate everything in only a few minutes. But in the end the burger would not be something I recommend or order again. I will stick to the hotdogs and chicken tenders.

You order at a counter and they call your name for pick up. They have a small seating area. There are four 4 top tables. There is one 6 top table. The tenderloin sandwich was large. You can get a large sandwich for $10.95 or an extra large for $13.95. They have over 20 different condiments to add to your sandwich. For sides, they have french fries, onion rings, mac & cheese, baked beans, and chips. They are priced separately. They serve Coke products, which we really like! Our tenderloin sandwich was served hot and fresh. We got it with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onions. They have a variety of sauces you can add as well. Since the seating area is small, my wife snagged us a table while I went to the counter to order. This was probably our mistake. Our order was priced incorrectly in that we only got the tenderloin Tuesday discount on one of the tenderloin sandwiches. We probably both should have gone to the counter and ordered separately. We got sauces on the side and my wife got the ranch and I got the fiery ranch. However, when we picked up our bag at the counter, my sauce was not included, although it was on the printout of our ticket. So, technically you could say both our order and our bill were incorrect Although the bill, you could say, was also our fault since we did not order separately. That being said, we have gone to other establishments on Tenderloin Tuesday and had one bill and we both received the discount. The tenderloin sandwich was OK and fairly priced given market conditions. Would we return? If we were on the far east side of Carmel, we would stop in again. However, we would not drive all the way here from the far west side of Carmel just for the tenderloin sandwich. If you are near their location, stop by and give them a try. They were definitely busy and the staff was friendly.

The loinz and rings were not greasy. Overall a very tasty offering. We will return.

It comes with five lightly breaded chicken breast strips, fries, coleslaw, toast, and a drink. And since we had a BOGO coupon all that food only cost us $12.19. What a deal !! The best part was the chicken strips were hot, juicy, and tasted great. The fries were excellent and the coleslaw was pretty good too. The Zaxby brand dipping sauce was out of this world great. And you can pick from 10 different dipping sauces. Zaxbys food is well worth the price you pay. I'm going back to try the spicy chicken sandwich. Give this place a go......you can't go wrong. The food was yummy, prepared quickly and seemed very fresh. Since it's brand new everything is shiny and clean. The pricing and portions are similar to Raising Canes. Next time I will try the lemon pepper rub as I only had the original today.
