I got my inspection today at 19 Feb 18 at 0900. Me. Randy Fox was the technician who showed up. That man is a COOL CAT! He was very professional and explained the steps on why they do this inspection and explain the importance by referencing state title. I don't know shit but he's very knowledgeable. Wow! I have to say that I am VERY impressed by Marcelus! From the moment he walked through the door he was just very engaging. When you have a stranger walk into your home it's never really comfortable for anyone especially with this virus going around, but Marcelus wore proper PPE and although we couldn't see his smile through the mask you could see it in his eyes and hear it in his voice. He told us exactly what he was gonna do, what he was looking for, and what rooms he needed to be in so we knew what to except. Upon his inspection he notified us that there was a leak in the attic furnace which was cause excessive water in one of the pans. So we called the AC company who installed it so it could be fixed.
